I was looking for a specific vehicle, and wanted to go back to Toyota so I went to the 2 Toyota dealerships in my area & Palm Beach Toyota was where I bought my 2021 C-HR. Delton helped me from the beginning & was very sweet & helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. He was also super sweet to my mom which I was extremely grateful for. He put 2 vehicles aside for me since I work 7 days a week, both jobs f/t. Even though there was someone there waiting to see both vehicles. So he gave me the opportunity to pick the one I wanted. So happy because I ll be driving it for a long time. He made the whole process easy. I hope I can bring him more people, because I know they ll be treated well from beginning to end.

I set up the same day service and they took me in promptly. I was greeted by a service person named Jerry. He was the best. He understood my time constraints, he was extremely helpful in pulling up history I needed, offered to wash car. He truly cares about the customer experience. I also own Mercedes and Porsche brands and I can tell you his service exceeds any I have received previously. Five star plus.

This Toyota location is awesome! They have a great variety to choose from and the salespersons are very welcoming. We dealt with Lucky, Daniel the finance officer, Andy and also Richie the sales managers. Listen guys if you want a great deal head over there and ask for these individuals I stated because you won t regret it! We are so happy with our Toyota Hybrid! They are patient and will explain everything in detail if you d like and also help you make the right choice.

Car shopping had its moments of fun and stress. After visiting 5 dealerships, I finally found the right one! When I inquired about the out-the-door price via email, Jordy G responded promptly within 10 minutes, both via email and text. During the test drive, Jordy's communication was quick and straightforward, making us feel at ease without any pressure. Unlike some other dealerships, there were no "unnecessary" fees and no pressure. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I'm thrilled with my new car! As a suggestion, having salespeople in separate offices or cubicles for sensitive discussions would enhance privacy during the deal-making process.Happy to be part of the Palm Beach Toyota club! :)P.S the music is a vibe

We decided to give it a second chance. A few months back we were shopping around and the sales person treated us like we were not worth his time. However when we decided to come back we were expecting the same but it was the opposite, since we crossed those door Ralph treated us with respect and lots of patience answering all our questions. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations. And trust me it was a lot and he responded all of them. Once the negotiation got interesting if you know what I mean; he brought the big boss Richie and he was super energetic and super nice and knowledgeable as well. What an amazing team and the overall process went quite quickly and smooth. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone we know but ask for Ralph and Richie. To both of you thank you and A+ for the amazing and professional service you provided to us.

Buying a car in this place has completely changed my mind about the whole car-buying process and how ridiculously tedious it usually is. I had a horrible experience at Al Hendrickson Toyota and ended up at Palm Beach Toyota by my husband s recommendation and boy what a huge difference! If you re a young person and specially if you re a woman, i would recommend going here. The whole process was transparent, honest and quick! Huge shoutout to Barbara, Michael and Andy who were super helpful and it was evident how much they wanted to make it happen for me. Went above and beyond to make sure the purchase could be completed and respected my budget, they were also very understanding about my experience at the other dealer and assured me how different they do business here. Will not hesitate to be back when it s time and i ll never recommend my friends and family any other dealer that s not Palm Beach Toyota. Finally, i ve been driving my 2024 Corolla Hybrid for a few days now and i LOVE IT SO MUCH. 10/10 feel so safe and it s super cute. Thank you guys so much may your pillow always be cold

Recently purchased a new Toyota RAV4. I been buying new cars for years and I must say this was the easiest, no hassle and very pleasant experience. I will be a repeat customer. My salesman was Bill Berrios, a very knowledgeable and helpful person. No pressure sales is what you get at this dealership. Absolutely despicable behavior all around at Palm Beach Toyota Service department. They cracked my windshield while changing the windshield wipers and refuse to accept any responsibility for it and have the audacity to attempt to gaslight me into thinking that I somehow didn t realize that I drove the car in with a cracked windshield. All of this is absolute nonsense and they know it.Before I explain the overwhelming evidence I have pointing towards Palm Beach Toyota (PBT), I will address the inevitable response that I am going to receive from whomever runs the google account. So far, PBT s only retort to my accusation is that they claim to have my initials on some form that I have never seen saying I agreed to certain damage on the car - they claim the windshield is on there as being already damaged. A couple issues with this. First, this document is either a forgery or I was intentionally deceived about what I was signing. I specifically asked for an explanation before signing anything that morning and never was anything about damage ever mentioned to me; I never would have signed anything that declared damage to the windshield upon bringing the car in for service. Next, I did not sign off on anything until PBT already had my car in their possession for over an hour.As for evidence, PBT provided that themselves. Upon leaving and paying for my transmission flush and wipers, I received their inspection document that they do upon intake and it lists NO DAMAGE to the windshield glass. That should be all I need to prove that I obviously did not drop the car off with a shattered windshield. Additionally, I have a screen recording of all the service recommendations made to me after PBT had the opportunity to check the car over for needed repairs. A new windshield or windshield repair is NOT ON THERE. Out of all the pressing matters that need to be addressed, a cracked windshield would probably be a top priority that should be listed as a necessary fix - much more so than an Air Filter that was recommended despite having been changed less than 2 months ago.Next, I bought this car just over a month ago and have hand washed it obsessively every 2-3 days. I know every defect and scratch on that car - a cracked windshield was not one of them.This would be an open and shut case already but I have more. My main reason for bringing the car in was to have the transmission flushed. While I was there, I mentioned that my wipers were probably fairly old since I had just purchased the car used and I d like them to throw on some new wipers while I was there. Just to be clear, old wipers = they have not been changed in a long time. Here is where it becomes truly indisputable. The point of impact on the windshield is DIRECTLY, below where the metal arm of the wiper arm would make contact with the glass if the rubber wiper blade was not attached and the arm was dropped on the windshield. The ONLY thing that could have caused this crack is the wiper arm slamming down on the glass. The ONLY time the wiper blades have been replaced in a long time is in the care of PBT. Their explanation for this is that the crack was there and only expanded while the car was up on the lift. Unless their lifts are akin to an earthquake simulator, this is ridiculous for all the aforementioned reasons PLUS the fact that I have personally driven this car over 2,000 miles and on several different types of bumpy terrain in the 6 weeks that I have had the car. There is no chance the cracks just suddenly decided to expand when placed on a gentle lift and coincidentally the only time the wipers have been changed in a long time.Also, since I bought the car so recently, I have the inspection documents from that dealership as well and they also noted zero damage to the windshield glass upon sale to me. And to really top it all off, I have a dash cam installed and have audio recording of the technician driving my car out from the service bay very nervously explaining to someone else on the phone that he does not want any trouble with the windshield and...

Later during the negotiation/purchasing process (thanks to Diego and the team) everything went smooth. They were reasonable at every turn to see the deal through. I needed a new car and I wanted a Toyota. I was considering between 2 dealers but called Palm Beach Toyota first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Montpelier Laurent. From the very 1st hello up until the closing sale he made my experience an absolutely pleasure. This is my second time buying with Palm Beach Toyota and I can't express how satisfied I am with their service. It it top tier, 5 star service through and through. And Ed Polden in finance is just as amazing as Laurent. The entire team is quite incredible. If you are looking for a new Toyota you will not go wrong with Palm Beach Toyota.

My experience of buying my first car in Palm Beach Toyota was amazing. Mr. Selim was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond to find the car I was looking for. He was very informative and made it possible to get my car and finance on the same day within couple of hours. I bought used Rav4 with least mileage in a great price. It was a wonderful car buying experince with no hassle. I definately recommend this place and also ask Mr. Selim for assistance.

Alexis was amazing from start to finish, on my first day of visit we worked on three quotes and on the second day I went back, bought my car and picked it up on the same day, all of this super easy and safe! When we go to buy a car, we often feel insecure about unnecessary fees, lies and scams, Alexis went over with me on all the details, making sure I had no doubts, my experience was wonderful, #1 customer service. Great experience buying my first car from a dealership. I'd compared and contacted 5 different dealers over the past month and Palm Beach Toyota was the first and last. I came back not just because of the better deal- but because of my first visit with Shaquille and Dan. This dealer has something special. Every time my wife goes for an oil change, more problems appear in the Corolla than in intensive care.I don't know what happens there but they do recommend repairs that they alone determine......or problems that they only discover......very strange.....because I go to another service and these problems are not detected......better to go to reliable and reasonably cost.

Mauricio Landa gave me a great experience at my Toyota Service appointment today. My appt with Mauricio was on time, efficient, $ as quoted, knowledgeable and very professional and courteous. He did not try to update me in any way. Straight forward and accomplished with kindness what I came in to do. I had an appointment at this Toyota with Service Advisor Leduar Nazala on March 18th 2024, to have the front breaks and rotors replaced on my vehicle. I first spoke with Leduar Nazala in the beginning of March 2024 to make the appointment and asked him how much the service will cost in total, parts, labor, and tax included. He put me on a brief hold to get me that information. He the proceeded to tell me the total cost with parts, labor, and tax included will be $688.00 total. I told him to make the appointment for March 18th 2024. He gave me a 7:00AM appointment time. I then again had Leduar Nazala verify and confirm to me the price of $688.00 as the total cost including labor, parts, and tax, which he did re confirm and verify that to me again. On the day of my appointment I greeted Leduar Nazala, he had me wait in the customer waiting room. When the service was completed I received a text message telling me the service was completed and the total was $779.14. I went to speak with Leduar Nazala at check out and told him that he stated to me multiple times over the phone that the total cost was going to be $688.00, so why am I now being charged a total of $779.14? Leduar Nazala at this point appeared nervous that I was confronting him on this matter, and he stumbled on his words and said this is because of tax. That did not make sense to me since Leduar Nazala already stated to me on the phone that the $688.00 was the total with tax already included. Leduar Nazala was unwilling to charge me the original price he stated it would be. I reluctantly paid the $779.14 via debit. Leduar Nazala was dishonest, and pulled a "bait and switch" tactic on me. I will never be back to this toyota again. I am seeking Toyota of Palm beach to do the right thing here, and refund me the $91.14 extra that I was dishonestly charged by Leduar Nazala. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau, hoping Toyota will make this right.Update 4/8/24On 4/1/24 I received an email from Manager of Toyota of Palm beach, Mr.Bigelow asking when is a good time to speak on the matter. I responded back to Mr.Bigelow within the hour via email with my phone number. I received a phone call from Mr.Bigelow either the same day or a day later. I repeated to him what happened, and Mr.Bigelow said he will listen to the recording of that phone call I had that day with Leduar, to verify if the information i told him was true, and he will call me back the next following day.It is now 4/8/24, I did reach out via Email to Mr.Bigelow in regards to this, however Mr.Bigelow never emailed me back nore has called me back either.This looks terrible for this company and dealer location. I will never return to this Toyota and I will continue to warn relatives and others not to do business with this Toyota.*New update 4/09/24-Mr.Bigelow reached out to me via email and stated that he will refund me the amount. I emailed Mr.Bigelow what the approximate refund amount is. Today on 4/10/24, I have received the total refund amount back into my account that I was overcharged by Leduar.I do appreciate that in the end, Mr.Bigelow of Palm Beach Toyota did do the right thing and reimburse me what I was overcharged by Leduar.
