I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with John, the Assistant Manager at O'Reilly on North Military. I visited the store after encountering issues with my car battery. When I asked John for assistance, he promptly came out to assess the situation and informed me that my terminals needed to be changed. Although he couldn't replace them due to liability reasons, he went above and beyond by guiding me and my 15-year-old son on how to make the repair. John provided the necessary tools and parts, showcasing his extensive knowledge and educating us on the do's and don'ts, all while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and humorous. Despite it being the end of his long shift, he demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his assistance. It's evident why he's the manager of this location. Kudos for having employees like John who genuinely want to help customers in their time of need.

This place is so much better than any of the AutoZones. AutoZone gave me the runaround and sent me in circles to other locations trying to get this battery paid for and installed, which I badly needed. So I saw that green sign and figured I'd try O'Reilly out. There was a manager there named Juan that went above and beyond times 100 by doing an install that would have been a huge pain for me. It would have taken me at least a couple of hours to install it of my own accord due to my current set of circumstances. So when you need anything for car parts, show AutoArea your "O" face and tell them you're headed to O-O-O O'Reilly (O'Reilly) Auto Parts!

The part I needed was in stock, I picked it up on Sunday! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The part was perfect! I am very satisfied with O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts only 3 times or so for VERY small purchases and their customer service goes above & beyond. Visit thiststore when you need auto related items. You won't be sorry! Trever and Tanner are the best! You can find them there on the weekends excellent service.

The prices are a little higher than Autozone but I came here quite a few times for auto supplies. I liked the location. People who work at check out are terrible. I waited 10 minutes right IN FRONT of one rude older man on the phone working the cashier and he made a point to not make eye contact with me or signal that someone would help check me out. This has happened quite a FEW times. Sad there is competition with this day and age- I can easily take my business somewhere ELSE from now on.

Excellent customer service during my recent visit last weekend. Donald who was the manager on duty was extremely helpful and went out of his way to attend to the items needed. Also, the other staff member that was working the register was also extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely go to this location if/when I need to go to an auto parts store.

I called on lunch to verify if they have a part and could price match it to autozone. I told them the part, the price and verified if they had it in stock.I was told by a mainly voice on the phone that they will price match. I got there and a young lady asked me if I needed help(which I appreciated).I showed her my phone and she automatically looked at me with a defensive look and immediately asked me if I was here for a price match. she showed me a couple of parts (without ever asking me the specifics of my car).At which point, I suggested to look it up with the year make and model. She mumbles something about the possibility of the part not being the same and gets a manager who informs me I would have to go back to autozone and get a receipt from there in order for me to get the price match( which was not mentioned at all on the call). This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've called this location and have been basically "duped" due to the lack of training and courtesy of the staff.I wouldn't recommend this location.

Brief but pleasant experience. Had issues with a.c. and was going try recharge kit. The manager james stepped outside to help. Upon hooking up the hose he said this probably wasn't going to fix the issue and returned the item and gave advice on a proper fix. Nice to work with honest people. Thank you James!

Ordered a part and had no issues until I called the next day to see if the part was in before I drove that way and spoke to the Assistant Manager who had very poor customer service, and was unnecessarily rude. This person left a poor impression too me for the company and I hope she doesn't usually interact with customers. Her attitude will definitely be a loss of business for them.

Awesome workers! They really help you with what you need! My car blew two coolant lines and they came outside and helped me make sure I didn't blew my engine instead. They have a lots of cool down to earth worker. 10 out of 10.

Great place to shop. Very good customer service. Bri took the time to diagnose my battery and alternator and she was able to give me the prices of parts. They were also able to give me great recommendations of local mechanics.

Buy there quite often. Working on 2 projects. Went return an item, because I didn't have the receipt, they wouldn't take it back. Not even a store credit. its not a mom an pop store. I guess I expected better.

Go see J at the counter. He is awesome gives great customer service I was in-and-out in 5 minutes and saved a 100 bucks from what Advance charged.

Jennifer is not so pleasant. Her attitude does not reflect her other coworkers. Hope she can fix that .....she's really not that bad sometimes but the customers come first

it's ok to talk to the customer as they come in the door. just because u work there every day and know where your products are doesn't mean i do. please man up and ask if i need something, perhaps i do.
