Came here to get an oil leak checked out and fixed. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and I was actually shown where oil was leaking from. The fix was explained to me as well as all components to repair the leaks were also explained. I was also told of possible small complications that might occur during the fix. In short, everything was upfront so there were no surprises.The vehicle was repaired and returned to me pretty quickly. We had a discussion about general car maintenance and everything was great.The ONLY reason I have to give 4-stars is because I noticed the next day that my hood struts were suddenly no functioning correctly. My work schedule makes it difficult to return (during open hours) to have them problem rectified. So I ended up spending $25 and 10minutes to replace the struts myself.Short of that, the staff were very respectful, patient, and upfront. The price is slightly higher than others, but I appreciate the way business is done here. Receipt included general warranty information, which was nice.

As a car guy who s HOA won t let him wrench in the parking lot I have to say this is the only place I will ever bring my or my families vehicles. Orlando has the best customer service I ve ever experienced in a mechanic shop, he honestly diagnosed and physically showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. He made my opinions matter and took my families well being into consideration upon giving me an estimate that stayed the same when I went to pay. They not only fixed my issue but they went above and beyond and even replaced a seal with a brand new OEM part from the dealer at no cost. Never have I ever trusted a Mechainc like I do now, I didn t once for a second feel like prey being watched by a predator. Once again as a car guy this place is the spot, 5/5 stars for not only the customer service I received but also the turnaround time was impeccable.Orlando lunch with the family on me sometime!A super happy customer,-Avery

If I could rate zero stars I would. This business is highly unprofessional and the staff is rude DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THIS PLACE. The car was supposed to be checked for two issues, the second problem they couldn t even locate the problem through their scan. How do you run a business and you can t perform it efficiently? Before coming the car had no problems in a specific area, then the day after I got the car back now it has a problem. This would have never occurred if they didn t cause errors and worked carefully. I am so disappointed and upset I should have took my business elsewhere from the beginning. Also when I called to voice my concerns the worker named Orlando was very rude and hung up while I was speaking. If the job was done correctly this problem wouldn t be happening. Can t stress enough don t waste your time on this poor quality service establishment. I will be speaking to corporate someone who can actually provide a solution, and Orlando your bad attitude and service will be dealt with.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

This is with deep regret and writing this makes me drop a tear. When I come in on Saturday my cars tires were in perfect condition, despite the fact that my cars engine had its first buffer on the road I needed to let it sit for 10-15 mins my mom then made the appointment for me to get the brakes checked out, when I arrived to the shop around 8:20am I took my car in for inspection. The shop didn t have nothing to tell me regarding my cars issues which was extremely unhelpful, they also then Checked the brakes on my car which means taking the wheel off the car to inspect it. Since I have (decorative grenades cap covers) on my wheels tire valve stems the both front and back sides on the left of my car were tampered with. My front left tire cap was broken as if someone working on it didn t have a care where there tools where going. The main problem I m having with these crooks at the shop is that they damaged my air tire valve stem completely broken off and the one night I decide to get air the stem was completely out of the tire so was all the air. A day after I bring my car to their shop my tires gets destroyed and I will be filing a complaint with national transmission and auto care center (west palm beach) it s very unprofessional and I need to be compensated for theses troubles because it was a bigggg inconvenience to my schedule I came to this shop thinking they would have been a great fix for my issues yet turned out to be a burden. I m leaving this review to save the next person a trip from going to your establishment here in west palm beach. Thank you to Orlando for having your crooks there at the shop destroy my car, Orlando thank you for hanging up when me and my wife called trying to let you know the customers that put their trust in your establishment to fix this issue came out disappointed. I wasn t able to talk to the manager and when asked for the names of the employees who worked on my car, Orlando refused which goes against your policy. This business is unprofessional and the worker named Orlando I spoke to is a horrible worker for not even acknowledging or understanding the issue on behalf of your company that we were relaying on the phone. I could leave zero stars but I ll give you all the benefit of the doubt. Truly terrible service.

It s a very Good shop.Great customers service Orlando is a good man. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I m a college and due to COVID 19 I only had a few money left in my savings and they helped me out. I wish I could label them 10stars if I could. Brilliant customer service, you can t go wrong if you go there. Me and my girlfriend will be come back for annual check ups

Quoted almost $1000 to swap one tire and hybrid batteries between two cars. I was told each car would take 3 hours to move the hybrid battery (total of 6). YouTube shows tech doing it in 20 min. I did it (following YouTube video) in an hour for first car, and 30 min on the second. Two hours including clean up using home tools. I'm not a mechanic and would expect a professional to take less time, especially for professional rates.

First time here and I made an appointment. Antonella was very friendly and on top of making sure that my car would be serviced right away. Orlando is very knowledgeable mechanic and took the time to explain, so that I can understand what was wrong with my car. I appreciate how fast they were able to get my car in and fixed.

Great Service! Ray is phenomenal he is a genuine, honest guy. Tells you a truthful estimate and won t lead you astray. They offer a program that even helps with financing and no credit Check. Truly this is the best body shop I ve ever had work done. I am a young female and can truly say that I feel that coming to this shop I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of. After shopping around to three other locations I stumbled upon National Transmission and they had the cheapest quote for my Sport Wrangler and did same day work. I since have been back with my other vehicle and will keep returning.I am not one to write reviews but this shop deserves it. Great atmosphere and customer service none like it in the Palm Beaches.

Excellent service from friendly Family owned mechanic. highly qualified staff and a fair price. Hard to find honest mechanics but we got one here. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else.definitely recommend them!

The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. The people are honest and do good and reliable work. They will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I really liked that about them. They caught what my dealership did not catch or pretended not to catch, and in turn I saved hundreds of dollars on their service. I would highly recommend them to everyone. You will find quality and honest service at the West Palm Beach National Transmissions & Auto Care Center.

I own a 07 Mustang GT convertible and was looking for a mechanic shop that was not as expensive as Ford . I m now retired and don t have the same income as I did . I had a transmission leak I took to be worked on somewhere else I wasn t happy. I decided to get a quote at National. Transmission I met the owner. Orlando . He had a lot of positive things to say about his shop . I thought give him a try . He did the job and I was so happy it was perfect . Talking with him he told me ANY work. Ford does we can do ( yeah right. I thought ) . I have taken my car to his shop for many issues. EVEN when I had a leak in the car and. I knew it wasn t the top because I had already replaced it. He fixed it ! One other thing. I really appreciate and sold me was he only uses the best parts NO knockoffs . NONE. !, This is a great business. I m happy to have found National Transmission & Auto Care !Services: Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Oil change

We have had the best experiences from National Transmission! They are great! We have been to many dealers and would never trust anyone else besides national transmission. They take their time to get your car running as best as it can. If you want quality work at a reasonable price this is your spot! It's hard to find a mechanic that you feel is trustworthy and honest, and I'm glad that we found national transmission. They replaced our engine in our car and did a fantastic job! Great communication and although I don't want any more car trouble, if I do... you know where I'm going! Also they are great for normal car mateninace!!

This repair shop is great . I came in thinking I had a compressor issue (because another repair shop told me that) and they diagnosed it as just a A/C sensor. Major difference in cost. I have been bringing my wife s car here for a couple of years. Like all cars, we have continually maintained it (brakes, tires, battery, starter, oil/fluids, etc) at National Transmissions. Recently we were having issues with the battery holding a charge, and the wear on the tires were horrible considering they had less than 11,000 miles. They replaced the battery on the spot as it was still under warranty. Within a week, the owner got back to me on the tires and replaced at NO CHARGE! Truly unbelievable in this industry for National Transmissions to stand by their work and their warranty. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

First experience with them - awesome people - would trust them over any dealership for sure and over any other place I would go. They gave me potential diagnosis over phone which ended up being accurate - took it two other places before here and got three different responses on what was wrong with my car. Professional, very nice to deal with, clean shop, got my car in and out quickly also. I now have a new auto shop to go to and to recommend to anyone looking for one.

I found National Transmission and Auto Care through a google search and after talking to the owner (Orlando) i realized i found the right place for my repair. I brought my 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth in for transmission issues after having no success with the dealership. Orlando and his team diagnosed the problem in no time and recommended solutions to fix the problem. We decided to get a used transmission and he assisted in locating that he programmed and installed in just two days. Orlando and his team are not only top notch technicians but also the nicest people you will ever meet. I currently bring my Fiat to National Transmission and Auto Care for all my service.Thank you guys, your the BEST!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

After being told twice, by the dealership, that they were too busy to do regular maintenance on my vehicle, and after an oil change place said they "couldn't do the job", I tried this company and was totally pleased. My battery died and I bought a replacement. Intending to exchange the battery myself, I ran into a problem. I couldn't get one of the nuts loose. I didn't have the right tool. I noticed that National Transmission and Auto Care was a few blocks away. I drove there right before they closed and Glenn, the manager helped me out and in about 10 minutes my car was ready. I was very impressed with their customer service.

I had taken my car to a "5-star" dealer and was diagnosed with an array of issues. The issues were "fixed" and a few thousand dollars extra my car still wasn't the same. I decided to try National Transmission in West Palm Beach a try, and I can honestly say that it was one of my best decisions! I found a place that keeps customers first and money second. My car needed a $250 fix that got my car running as it should! I would trust this place over ANY dealer or shop in town! They are very kind and trustworthy, and I felt like the communication was outstanding! I can honestly say that this establishment with the people working there now will be my forever mechanics!

Never again for me. I have use National Transmission for several years to service and maintain 2 cars. Recently, with a change in staff, things here have changed significantly. Last week, we were advised that one of our cars needed, was in dire need, of brake service and four new tires. With questions in my mind, I got a second and third opinion, and both of these did not call for the extra work. So for me, I am done..off to a new service center for my business. If you want to pay for work not needed, and probably for work never done, use National; otherwise, head to Tire Kingdom off Palm Beach Lakes Blvd...they can be trusted and are awesome!

My car broke down about two weeks ago while running errands during this Covid-19 pandemic. It wouldn't start and this has never happened to me before. I had it towed to my dealership where they attempted to charge me more than an arm and a leg to get the car running again and their customer service was terrible. As one could imagine I was very stressed both tight on money and now dealing with the possibility of my car not working during these unpredictable times. I called plenty of mechanics and they weren't able to work on European cars (I have a Volkswagen 2008 Passat).I was extremely lucky to find the number to National Transmissions & Auto Care on 45th street in West Palm Beach Florida, where I had the pleasure of meeting Orlando who promised me that everything he'd do everything in his power to get the car running again, I trusted him and the team with my car. They found the issue and provided me with an affordable price to fix my car and get it running again! Two days later, I get a call where I'm told that my car is running and ready to be picked up!I do appreciate Orlando and everyone who had a hand in working on my vehicle and getting it on the road again. I will trust them with my car and my families cars as well for as long as they are in business. Thank you again Orlando and everyone at National Transmissions & Auto Care of West Palm!

I had my transmission rebuild there march of 2022 one year later it went out again. And they will not fix it because it broke down in a different state .it cost me $4,000.00 to get it rebuild there now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix it rightService: TransmissionService: Transmission

From out of town. Woke up this morning and my check engine light was on. Found Ray at National Transmission on Google. They had good reviews. Ray and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and 2 hours later I was back on the road for a very reasonable cost. Very friendly and professional. Thank you Ray and thank your team as well, job well done.

I had an emergency at the end of the day, and they didn't get irritated that I walked in with ten minutes left to the day. They were protective of the car since it had to stay overnight, and they were very honest about the service. I'm glad to have a shop I can trust.

Don't EVER take your vehicle to to this place. They had my vehicle over a week, unable to diagnosis a transmission problem and on top of that kept getting fed bull**** about what they were doing to the vehicle. When question on how they are doing the same thing for 7 days straight was told that to just pick up the vehicle bc he didn't like how i questioned him. Went to go pick up my vehicle then got told the manager would only except cash and not take my card because "my people" call and cancel the transaction all the time.. No where in the shop does it say cash only. When i told him then i was just going to take my vehicle because he didn't want to take my payment he threatened to call the cops on me. Told him to call the police because of the way things were going down at this point. Proceeded to then write a receipt and charge me $200 dollars however would not write all the things he told me he did because he knew that none of that took place and didn't want a paper trail. Took the vehicle to another shop and vehicle was diagnosed in 6hrs and a $80 dollar sensor is what what was wrong. On top of all this the shop damaged my vehicle then had the nerve to say that the vehicle has been that way for a year.. THE WORST SERVICE/SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY FOR 14 YRS..

Ray and his crew are not only excellent and knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing mechanical issues with your vehicle, they are very friendly and good with children. They also are very honest with their pricing and are willing to go the extra mile to take care of you. 5 stars is not enough for these guys!
