Ron Altidor the sales manager ensured I had an amazing experience ! Very patient and kind! Sometimes you go to a dealership and during the negotiation process you feel stressed, pressured, and not valued. He ensured I got a good deal and left happy !

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this dealership. As the attached photo shows, there was a ridiculously large number of vehicles waiting to be seen when I arrived for my appointment.I had a scheduled appointment for 11:15 AM on a Monday, but I wasn't able to be seen by a service technician until 1:15 PM. Therefore, I was not able to be seen until 2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment, and yes, I was on time. Meanwhile, a service technician told me it would take only 10 to 15 minutes to be seen, and a different employee told me they were an hour behind. Lol Sounds like they have terrible communication within their ranks, or they're all liars.It makes you wonder why you should bother wasting your time and effort to schedule an appointment if the company is not even going to honor it in the first place? It's a joke.Car dealerships, doctor offices, and airlines, they're all the same. They all purposely overbook their actual availability in order to maximize the amount of money they could make. The customer's happiness and satisfaction be damned. There's also the issue of allowing walk-ins. In other words, allowing someone who does not have a scheduled appointment to just walk in and cut in line, like as if it's no big deal. As if there aren't any customers with a scheduled appointment who should be getting seen before the walk-ins.These industries couldn't care less how much it inconveniences the customer. Of course, they'll claim differently in public by lying outright to your face, but when it comes to these particular industries, profits will always be far more important to them than the customer's happiness or satisfaction. That is the unfortunate and undeniable truth.So, again, why should you bother wasting your time and effort to schedule an appointment? These industries should either not allow walk-ins at all, thereby forcefully encouraging (requiring) everyone to make an appointment / reservation, but not to the point of taking on more than their availability allows, OR they should have separate lines of customers. One line for scheduled appointments and one line for walk-ins. When there is a time that there is no scheduled appointment, then that's when a walk-in can be seen. Otherwise, the customer with the scheduled appointment always comes first.That sounds like common sense to me. It sounds like the way every service industry should be run. Except, of course, as the evidence proves to all of us each and every single day, common sense is no longer common in today's undeniably ignorant and irrational society.

We had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Cruz! We got everything we wanted and were able to negotiate a price that worked for us. Anthony Orio was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond in getting everything we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was patient with all of our questions. Happy to say we bought our Santa Cruz from Napelton Hyundai!

We have taking our vehicle to this dealer since December to repair an issue with excessive oil consumption and oil leak (we are now seeing a loss of 2-3qts per 1000 miles). We have been back and forth to the dealer almost a dozen times now trying to be patient and follow protocol but this week was the last straw when we were basically accused of tampering with the oil levels during the oil consumption test. Apparently management doesn t care enough to return a phone call or personally come out and talk with my wife which any company should do if you are going to make accusations against a customer. Instead, let s have the service advisor deliver bad news after leaving the dealership via text message that we would have to start testing all over again. This video is the day after leaving. If you can t tell there is a major issue and multiple failed attempts to remedy the situation. We have ran out of patience and it looks like we will be seeking legal advice.

We went to 2 dealerships before this, one being the Napleton s of north palm, and the difference was night and day. Jonel made the entire car buying process simple and easy. Especially when it came to making decisions. He was beyond patient with us, even though we asked tons questions. Not once did he hesitate when mentioning to test drive a different car or asking for much more specific information. Not only am I going to recommend him to anyone I know who is interested in buying a car, but when I am ready to purchase another, I ll go straight to him. One of the best dealership experiences I ve had.

After going to a few different dealerships looking for a new car. Was very disappointed in the staff service and overall experience at the dealership. I won t mention any names, but they know who they are. We ended up buying at King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach and they were amazing from start to finish.

I purchased a 2022 Tucson and within the first 10 days the car broke down and had to be towed. It was an engine coil that went bad. Since then I have been there several times for the same engine problems! My car is not safe to drive and I m scared every time I m behind the wheel that it will break down or start shaking again. This dealership has done nothing for me! Chris Slayton (general manager) was all talk at first saying he would get me out of this unsafe car and that he knows it is a lemon and a bad car. However, he did not keep his word and has became unpleasant when dealing with us now. I m two years into having the vehicle and still dealing with the vehicle shaking and running bad. In fact, I just got the car back from being inspected yesterday where they claimed that nothing is wrong with the vehicle!!!!!! Tonight, I was driving and the engine light and engine code came on my screen saying there is a problem with the engine.

I had my Santa Fe serviced to replace a defective knock sensor. All was fine until a few weeks laker I noticed the engine splash shield was almost completely loose. Upon checking, there were multiple screws missing. I tried contacting the service advisor and the service manager multiple times by phone and email but never got a response. Not sure what's worse, the recklessness of the "professional" techs or how unresponsive the services team is.

Very nice waiting area withplace to use your computer. You can sit outside or inside. Price was exactly what they said it was going to be. Clean bathrooms and good coffee. Their aim is to please.

I stopped in to the dealership to look at the Tucson, as I rented one during a recent trip. I met Colin, a salesman who showed me the new Tucson model with many safety features and a car that just arrived to their showroom with very minimum mileage. I loved the handling of the car, the pickup, the way it grips the road. I told Colin I would think about it and get back to him. He gave me his card, and I thought about it over the next two days. I decided I wanted the car with the low mileage - to save $10K. I called Colin back - and went in to work out the financials with Leo, who got me an excellent rate for financing and presented other options as well. Colin arranged for tinting as I am sensitive to the light, he is a true gentleman - made sure I knew how to operate all of the electronics, always available to answer my calls directly. Speaks the truth, does not exaggerate, meets client where they are.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Colin who looked out for my interests and gave me a wonderful SUV at a very fair priceThank you Colin!!!

Gabriel and Roman were two of the nicest people I ve come into contact with. They were quick to see me, did not man-splain and asked several times if I needed anything. If I could I will give more then 5 stars I would. I was a first time buyer and I had no idea how to start all of the process but thanks to Anthony it was much easier and faster. I felt myself at home he explained every single detail of the car that I liked and his costumer service was outstanding. I got a great deal and a beautiful car. I definitely think that I made the right choice choosing you guys. Also Raiddy was amazing and very helpful and friendly as well. Me and my husband we are extremely happy more than what we though. I have been a loyal Napleton's Hyundai customer for the last 15 years and I have to say when I went to return my lease in yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Orio and he made the experience such a pleasure. He was very nice, professional and pleasant to work with and I just want to recommend him to anyone looking for a new car if you want to feel safe and want to feel like you're being dealt with fairly and honestly this is the guy. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Napleton Hyundai West Palm Beach and I had a very positive experience. Both Roman and Tristan were extremely helpful and friendly, along with the rest of the staff. I have had my vehicle serviced here since it was purchased 3 years ago and I have been pleased with both the quality and professionalism during each visit and with multiple advisors. They took the time to listen to me and my concerns and answered any questions I had in a timely and courteous manner. Thank you for making the chore of car maintenance less stressful and worrisome!

What an amazing experience we had at WPB Hyundai yesterday. It started with the greeting and ended with an incredible vehicle that I know we will love for years to come.Greg Jones (our salesman) helped navigate us through the process and he couldn't be a better spokesperson for the Hyundai brand and Napleton in general. He showed us multiple vehicles that he knew would work for us. At first we felt like Goldilocks (this was too small, this was too large). But Greg found the perfect vehicle for us. The Tucson SEL. It had everything that the Limited had but at a lot less price. Greg was more willing to get us into a perfect vehicle for us instead of what was best for his pocket. That's what makes an amazing salesperson.Thank you to the Finance department for working hard for us. Giving us an even better deal than we originally thought. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the experience.We drove off the lot happier than we were when we arrived. It is because of the wonderful people at Napleton and especially Greg Jones!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE... After I left the following review, they left a message that I should call them to discuss this, BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. What good does the message saying I should call them do if they do not answer their phone????DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE...If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took my car into Napleton Hyundai of West Palm Beach 3 1/2 weeks ago. It was the day before my warranty expired & I had 50,000 miles on the car. The car had an issue with the ABS & Lane Assist. They told me they would order a part & I should bring it back when the part came in. In the meantime they did an oil change. 5 days later my car wouldn't start. I had it towed in to the dealership. It took them 2 days to even look at the car. Then I was told the problem was the starter. It took them an additional week to get approval to have it covered by Hyundai. The first starter they put in didn't work & they had to get a 2nd one. Once they finally put the starter in, and the part that they had ordered, they called me to say that now there are additional issues with the car and it is a problem with the cruise control. It took another 5 days for them to submit the claim to Hyundai and I was told that I would have to pay more then $700 to repair this new issue. When I asked for a picture of the dashboard, it showed the same ABS issue. I have had a difficult time getting in touch with Mike, the Service Manager. They have had the car for 2 1/2 weeks & the same problem I brought it in for is still there. The only positive part of this whole situation has been Nick, my service advisor. He has done the best he can, and has kept me updated. Unfortunately, this is above his head and Mike his manager has been impossible to get a hold of.

Dropped off my 2021 lease and picked up my 2024 Elantra hybrid blue. This new one now has the 10.25 entertainment center screen. The blue base model also has beautiful led headlights. Hated the projector on the old one.Colby was my salesman and recently finished his tour with the U.S. Marines.Highly recommend a fellow veteran. Colby has the attention to detail. Excellent no pressure sales.If in the market do yourself a favor and ask for Colby. I'm sure you will be satisfied as I am with Colby and the entire process.Shout out to manager Rance helping Colby and I meet the numbers. I had 5 star treatment.

Went there to check out the Hyundai Santa Fe , Creswell Williams the sales person showed the car and quickly wanted to do the deal, impatient and desperate I must say.I said I have a trade in , send him all the details: VIN, pictures, miles etc. and he said he will get back to me in 10 mins, day goes by , asks what s the payoff, provide him that too, and guess what never hear back from him after. Messaged him back , no reply. That s a shameWell that s very unprofessional of him now I have to take my business somewhere else , and to others don t deal with that person.

Please save yourself time and avoid this dealership! Anthony O. my salesman was very pushy and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable at all dealing with him. He tried to overprice the car and I ended up going with Kia with the same options and features for $9000 less. Save yourself the hassle on time. While I was signing at Kia he sent me this text message requesting $25 Apple Pay for his time . I have never heard or seen this happen before and I ve multiple friends that have bought vehicles and have never heard of this!

Came in today 12/09/2023 to look for a car with my mother we were greeted by Brian who is an amazing sales & leasing agent ! He was with us every step of the way. Now Mr. Carlos Sanchez !!! He is AMAZING ! He gave us all the real with no run around and not only that but he was able to get my mother and MYSELF a car too !!! I came in with no intentions or thought that I could get a car and Mr. Carlos turned that all around. He is absolutely amazing and deserves all the praise. He definitely knows how to make a sale, give incredible customer service, and put a smile on your face. This whole team/ staff is amazing here and would definitely recommend!!
