I went there the other day to get a full set of new tires as well as an oil change and it went great. I had my car done by Justin, Angel, and Chris and they all did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend going here. They're trustworthy, great workers, and you won't get ripped off!

We used to like this place, but after my husband went there 3 different times (by appointment) and being sent home each time because they forgot to order the item needed for the car or they are short staffed... And not once, did they call to let us know in advance so we don't waste our time driving 40 minutes each way. We will not return, very disorganized place and disrespectful of people time.

I just did an oil change on my vehicle and to be honest the worst experience I ever had was, let s start by saying that after the oil change , they closed the hood and never ask me or showed me the oil, so I requested to see it, the tech was not happy about it, never place the oil sticker on my car and when I called and I told the manager he was rude and hanged up the phone on me. I don t know maybe they were just having bad day, but whatever the reason they should have more professionalism and treat a customer better. Do not go here.

I am waiting for a reply for an issue I had. I have sent emails to Manager Jistin and to Corporate. Neither has responded to my calls or emails.Since I bought my Kia they are the only place who have been changing my Oil. At 1 of the Visits the Tech stripped the Nut to the Oil Pan and without Notifying me and installed a Buterfly Plug he done so on his own which beagan to Leak and Manager or Corporate allowed this.As Oil started to Leak so I took it to the nearest Shop to have it stopped. The Oil Pan was not Cracked as the Manager Justin said is Known for on these Cars. But that was not the case. The case is a stripped Plug and needed to replace Oil pan. I am only seeking to be paid for there mistake to replace Oil Pan and labor in the amount of $258.00To be continue awaiting Reply from manager Or Corporate.Thank you

I highly recommend the Mobil 1 on Okeechobee by Golden Lakes village. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Chris he was very helpful. When I got there he was personable, polite and checked everything out on my vehicle.. He is the reason I gave this 5 stars. I asked him for some buisness cards to hand out to my neighbors. Hopefully they will take my advice.

Justin and Chris are fabulous so entertaining as well. So friendly, so knowledgeable. I am very impressed with this location, the other workers had huge smiles as well. This is the place to go when you need something fast! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bait and switch. Was disrespectful to my fianc�e. Took advantage of a woman by her self. No need to be an internet tough guy so I will leave it at I guarantee you would not have talked to her like that if there was a man in the car. I will be praying for them. Never will I ever step foot in another Mobile 1 again. The world we live in, this is the day before Christmas by the way.

Can't argue with Mobil 1 Oil, it is the only 10,000 mile oil. Don't buy the Groupon for "full synthetic" its NOT Mobil 1, with the upcharge to Mobil 1 the cost is about their normal charge. Mention it to make sure it's not more.Unlike other places, they charge a disposal fee. Service was fast and pleasant, but like everywhere else, the credit card machine prompts you for a tip...

The manager and mechanics were wonderful and accommodating. The service was quick and I felt confident in the techs recommendations for additional services. I would definatly recommend this quick and friendly team. You can receive a massage while waiting and enjoy a fresh cup of kurig coffee. 5 star treatment. Leave a review and score a spin on the prize wheel full of discounts and cool gifts.

My wife and I both have older vehicles with high mileage (196k and 240k) so we've needed several repairs lately and they've done a great job every time. They are always friendly and helpful. We've been getting oil changes and maintenance here for a while and now that we know they do repairs as well, we've been getting all of our repairs here. Oil changes are quick and they have convenient weekend hours.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change
