Ronald was amazing, I live over a hour away & he sent me a ton of information, photos & video of the truck I was interested in ,when I decided to make the drive he had the vehicle ready for me and even more information, I got exactly what I wanted ,he got a deal worked out that I wanted ,my trade went smoothly too & one thing I loved is Ronald didnt bug me ,he was patient, gave me time & let me bug him. Lol ,most places send you texts emails over & over ,Ronald was amazing to deal with & got my dream truck!! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for new vehicle!!

Last year I moved from Michigan to West Palm Beach. Ever since I moved here, I do my oil change and service my car at Mike Maroone Chevrolet on Okeechobee. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service from setting the appointment to the completion of the service. All the staff and the mechanics are exceptional! 5 Star service!!!

Mike and Louie were the best. We were in and out with the best deal on our new Silverado. They had so much patience and worked on the best deal they could for us. Definitely the best dealer around. And we buy vehicles every other year.

My Experience with Mike Maroone Chevrolet was absolutely amazing! I HATE going to dealerships due to the long wait times and pushy service writers. Believe me when I say this is the place to go. My service advisor was Keith and he was overly accommodating and fought tooth and nail to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and that I would have the best outcome. Keith was very communicative about part wait times and informing me when parts came in so he can schedule my appointment! Bottom line Keith made my experience at Mike Maroone one I wont forget and he will be my go to contact for further service! WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!Update: 2/14 I got a new electric vehicle that I pay $2,040/mo for. Went to get a key fob and they didn't know how to program it and wouldn't sell me just one. Over $500 later, vehicle towed and left for about 3 days. Got it back and the alternator died in the middle of the street in Jupiter. Police drove me back to WP.Scummy Jupiter tow company kept charging me admin fees and lied to GM after I told them I had to rent a car and will be back to get my vehicle after I got paid and my allowance from my parents.I WILL BE NOW renting NEW SUVS, the $2,040/mo is CHEAPER than the$380/mo after all the warranty fraud and wasted time away from work.I purchased my 2020 Chevrolet Trax in May 2021 with 425 miles (appx) and by Aug 2021 (just 3 mo), my new SUV DIED ON ME AND needed a new battery (frustrated, but things happen), took off work and got it fixed under warranty along with the cabin filter replacement/clean(expensive out of pocket costs); as suggested... No problem. BUT THEN, NEXT WEEK!!!!!!! MY HEAD LIGHT WENT OUT!!!!!!!!!!! We are a GM family!!!!! In almost 50 years of me and my parents owning and leasing GM vehicles, NEVER HAVE ANY OF OUR HEAD LIGHTS GONE OUT!!!!!!!! I suspect FOUL PLAY!!!!!! so I reported it to GM, however, I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO LOSE MONEY BECAUSE THE STUPID TECHNICIAN WANTS TO DAMAGE CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES BECAUSE APPARENTLY, HE IS A CRAZ, MONEY HUNGRY LUNATIC!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, ME AND MY MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY WAS COMING UP IN SEPT!!!!!!!!! AND I HAD BIG PLANS!!!!! So, I did NOT get it fixed!!!!!! I worked and then took off to celebrate our birthdays!!!!!! Then, I had to REPLACE my savings, so I continued to work!!!!!!! TIME IS MONEY!!!!!By the time I took off work again and made time again, after Thanksgiving, 11/30/21, someone stuck something below my light and NOW, the technician thinks I'm lying!!!!!!!!I work 7 days a week, 10-14 hours!!!!!! I am NOT A LIAR!!!!!!! HOW DARE MIKE MAROON SERVICE DENY MY CLAIM!!!!!!!! I have insurance!!!!! I could have gotten it fixed and they would have never known and then she told me, they would have known... But how would I have known THAT!!!! I'M NOT A LIAR!!!! I wanted to surprise my daughter with a car I saw at your dealership. Yes it was a used car but 2 months later the engine blew. Thank goodness a friend of mines told me to check to see if it was under a recall, thank goodness it was! Why didn t the dealership know this? Not only was I dealing with that . The ac stopped working and the car had several other issues that needed to be taken car off. I didn t mind fixing an issue or 2 but I had this car for a year and it has been non stop issues to the point I m just going to sell it. What boggles my mind is that they claimed the car went under a 21 point inspection and came up clean which is insane. I get you want to make money but being honest will keep a happy customer coming back instead of you losing one

I rate the company a 1 for its business. I am a first time car buyer and I want to buy the car with cash. Online I would get kick out of the online process to go back in only to find that the car prices jump two thousand. I just with in again today and the price of the car at a cash buy is 34000. I never seen so much disrespect and you are not financing though a company in my life. So Mike Maroone Chevrolet is not for first time buyers or cash buy.

I went to call parts services to see about possibly getting a replacement mirror for my passenger side. It was my first time so I was new to this sort of thing, and the guy on the phone was just so incredibly rude and frustrating to deal with. He talked as if these things should have been 2nd nature, but the whole reason I call is to get help with these sort of things. I absolutely hated the experience.

I wasn t expecting to buy a Chevrolet but we stopped by the Marrone dealer anyways just to look. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony Cavallo and he was super kind and helpful. It was easy to schedule the appointment on the app. I dropped my car off in about 30 seconds and they texted me when it was done. Since I bought it from Maroone as a certified vehicle, the oil change was free. My service rep was efficient, friendly, and professional. Great experience! I walked into this business frustrated to no end with my previous vehicle (not from there). It was starting to give me trouble that I had no time or desire to deal with.I was greeted at the door by Christopher who was incredibly pleasant from the beginning. I let him know the situation and the type of vehicle I was looking for.Christopher PATIENTLY walked me around the lot while I was my usual indecisive self. When we ended up back at the first vehicle he showed me, which was exactly what I wanted, he grabbed the keys and we took it for a test drive. Christopher answered all of my questions and got me through the buying process quickly.I left that day happy, and without the usual feeling I have after leaving a dealership.There were no questions left to be answered and I know that if something should come up there will be people there to help.I would 110% recommend this place to purchase a vehicle, service a vehicle, etc.

I came to Maroone Chevy after a bad experience at another dealership. They helped me get my car fixed , and also put me in a loaner no questions asked. Heather my service manager in particular was amazing and very professional, she kept me up to date on everything going on with the car, up until I was ready to pick it up. I have been taking my vehicle to Mike Maroone dealerships since I lived in Colorado. Today I was told by a mechanic there is a recall on my vehicle and that I should contact the dealership to see what could be done. I called to ask questions and the employee in the service center was extremely rude. I am not familiar with recalls or what the process is of resolving issues with recalls so of course I had questions. I was even more confused when the employee told me the recall ended in 2019 but the recall info I had was dated Jan 2020. When I asked about the discrepancy the employee was extremely rude and said that what he says is right and he doesn't care what I was told previously. I asked to speak to his manager and the employee hung up on me and when I called back the service center only answered when I called from a different number.. Needless to say Mike Maroone has lost a customer because the reality is my car is failing and I know I'll be shopping for a new one soon. Looks like I'll be finding the nearest Chevy dealership to purchase from instead.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They had my car for 2 weeks because a part was back-ordered (not their fault), but the communication throughout the wait was poor - I had to keep calling to get status updates. Good work when part arrived, though, and the cost was pretty reasonable.

I was told they would work with me on the cost of getting my car repaired. The labor cost $180 per hour. I was told this will be reduced to $150 per hour. Then got the final bill of $1,000 over the confirmed price. Upon reviewing the bill I see a note claiming I agreed to the final total; however all I got was a phone call stating the car was ready. I pray I never have to get another car repair from this place again. Worst experience ever. Plus they took two extra days to fix my car!

Terrible Service, Overpriced and horrible customer experience !!I have been a loyal customer from past 4 years and since this facility has been acquired by mike maroone, the service has degraded exponentially.They charged me $2200 to fix an issue and the issue circulated back in 3 days !!They charged me for service again and changed multiple parts, but that didn t fix the issue.I went for full body checkup and the service department mentioned there is nothing wrong with my car, since i have been servicing my Chevy Camaro every 3 months (driving less than 500 miles per month), but my battery went down, 18 days after my service appointment.I am terribly disappointed by the level of service, they never even offered me a loaner and asked me to wait hours before servicing, and on top of that, my car gave me issues within a week of servicing.I am taking my business to Schumacher Chevrolet which is 15 miles away from my home in west palm, because of the terrible service by this horrible chevy dealer.

Terrible service, and they tried to take advantage in price! I went this morning there to get a quotation to change the grille from my Chevy Cruise. They first sent me to buy the "Parts", and I had to choose all the parts myself without even not knowing well what I was doing technically. When I actually got to the service part, they told me it would be $500 just to change the grille (a part from the $300 I payed for the grille). I told them that was too much, and they told me to go to another shop if I thought it was expensive. I just got the SAME service done for $72 in a GREAT PLACE. I am never going back again! They saw it was a young girl and they made the price just by "looking" at it. In this new shop I went they showed me exactly what was charged for what, a totally different service.

I purchased a used car with no warranty. After discovering the car had several potentially expensive problems, the owner, Patti Dean, arranged for her service manager, Adam, to address the problems. They have replaced the battery, repaired the front end, serviced the transmission, aligned a door and fixed other concerns, all with a promise to bring it back if problems persist.
