This team saved the day!!! I woke up to a flat tire and a host of other problems. I went to three other tire locations who were unable to service me. I was late for work and very frustrated by my day. I walked into Midas and asked if they could plug my tire? I was greeted with a smile and all hands were on deck! The prompt customer service was unbelievable! I will definitely return for additional services! Thank you guys again. Today I needed SOMETHING to go right and this team delivered!!Update I guess these guys JUST put air in my tire because it s NOT fixed! Came out for lunch break to the same flat tire.

I had a check engine light on for three months. I went to three different shops and no one couldn't find the problem. So a great friend of mine recommended me to go to Midas and I did. The team at midas found the problem and they fixed it. I was super happy. The guys there were very nice and super helpful. They took me out to my car to show me what was wrong and within the hour the job was done. I highly recommend this shop.

The best and most honest auto shop in town! I have been going here since I moved here and will continue doing so. Andrew, Anthony, and Alex are a pleasure to do business with. They are honest with their customers and are not out to take your money like other companies are. If it doesn't need to be fixed, they will let you know. My only negative comment would be the new chairs in the waiting area. Bring back the couch! My back was killing me today. I always have great conversations with the guys here.

Andrew and team were absolutely amazing today - I came in with a screw in a rental vehicles wheel. He took a quick look at my car, let me know the details, and I waited maybe 20 minutes for a quick turn around. Had a few folks come in and out of the store - the guys at the counter were friends with everyone. Cant recommend them enough, and super happy with the service and experience.

Awesome working wit Alex and Andrew. My previous mechanic for 30 years just retired and I think I ve found my replacement. I checked out the pricing around town before I went there. They were professional, efficient, and reasonable.

CAME IN FOR TIRES AND LEFT WITH A DOG! More on that later. I've always done all of my own maintenance and repairs on my vehicles my whole life. This is mostly because my father spent 40 years as a tech , advisor, and service director. I spent 27 years working in dealerships In a wide variety of positions in sales and service, janitor, porter, auto body painter , sales, finance , sales manager and general sales manager. If I didn't know how to fix it, I had a friend that did. I had to leave the business a few years ago because of a serious health issue and very recently found myself without the ability to perform even simple tasks on my vehicle . I've known Ron , the owner for quite a while and reached out to him when I found my vehicle almost undrivable and at the least very unsafe to drive due to lack of funds and my condition. Bad tires , brakes, and suspension issues. Ron assured me he would do everything he could to get the vehicle back in shape and roadworthy again. He and his team delivered, my Nissan drives like it just rolled off the factory line at 130k miles. The entire team is very professional and knowledgeable even when dealing with less than "professional" customers if you catch my drift. I'm often asked if I know any good and honest mechanics and I never have a solid answer other than myself lol, now I do! Midas of West Palm is now my go to shop . Ok back to the dog comment. When. I got there they had a small dog/ puppy in the waiting room. Apparently one of the guys saw it running around outside and lured it inside for fear of it getting hit ( the shop is on one of the busiest streets in the area) long story short , I had quite a wait ahead of me since I was having so much work done and the dog kind of took to me I posted her on a couple of lost and found sites and agreed to take her home. I agreed to take her home with me since it was Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. A week later and not a single response from her owners and my dog has grown attached to her . Didn't really have getting another dog in the budget any more than the repairs on my vehicle. Just wish I knew someone that owned a pet supply business.....

Best auto shop I ve been to. Everyone here is cool and nice, easy to talk to. Took my car here after a bad experience with Firestone. Told Andrew about the noise I was hearing and after a test drive he was able to show me the bad part and replace what I needed without trying to up-charge me for any services that weren t needed. All for a very reasonable price as well. After a day I was back on the road, no more noise, and it s running better than ever. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Had a great experience at this Midas recently. Andrew and his team were all polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work they did fixing my exhaust and then a wheel alignment! I recommend them.

Such great customer service and was very thorough with my car and making sure I was safe to make a drive up to Kentucky the same day. I would recommend them to everyone!! Plus they showed genuine interest in helping me work with my budget and getting me in and out as fast and effectively as they could. :)

Do not bring your car here ever . Andrew is the worst manager in the world , will tell you he is a tuner and a great mechanic I don't think this guy can build a Popsicle birdhouse . Won't give the owners name...or number . Said. Has charged me over 12,000 and my car left his shop on a tow truck .. guy is a complete loser and should not have a job . Here are some messages from him directly and here is how bad his work is . He didn't even mount the radiator . Pathetic

They charged me $70 to investigate the issue and did not find anything. Tried to oversell the alternator and battery for price twice than the market rate. Too bad of a service, will never visit this place again. Stay away if you need quality work done go somewhere else.

They were very nice and helpful. They gave me the options and let me choose what was best for me. I did go with the best of course!! :) I was In a pickle and they got me right in! I am grateful for their service and their time!

I called to ask for a quote for new tires, was quoted $623 for 225/50/17 tires installed .My gf went online and made an appointment without my knowledge for same tires was quoted $490, so I called back and asked for those and was told by the guy that it was impossible for him to get those tires or anything cheaper then what he had already offered , but yet the appointment was made and accepted and I looked again and those tires are still offered online as well as another brand for about the same price.When he told me the $623 total I asked him if that was the cheapest because it s an old car that just needs to get from point A to B .He said that was the lowest he can go and would do each tie for $100 instead of $107 for me.That tire online is $83.99 and the other brand is $85.99Very disappointed being lied to as I have been going there consistently for a couple years now for oil changes and brakes . Will not be going back .

The West Palm Beach team is excellent, very customer oriented and are very helpful with explaining every detail on what needs to be fixed when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car.Just took my car there again two days for more work including an oil change transmission flush and my car is running awesome the team at West Palm Beach Midas is amazing and and do amazing work.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Transmission repair, Oil change

Yesterday I had occasion to need a new battery unexpectedly. I had purchased my previous battery at a Midas store in New Jersey before moving here. I called to see if it was still under warranty and I was told that it probably was according to the invoice on the receipt I had in my files, and I would be prorated for the time left on the warranty as opposed to it being replaced at no charge, which was fine.The shop was quite busy but the staff was pleasant, efficient and helpful, serving us with a smile. The absolute best part however, was the cushy, "sink-into and relax" chairs in the waiting area! They made the reasonable wait for battery installation much more pleasant.I will be needing an oil change soon and will return to this Midas location for this service! Remember the new logo I shared with you..."If there is a bay, there's a way!" Keep up the great job!One suggestion for corporate - allow ALL locations in any state to access your service database by customer name.

Hands down Andrew is the guy to come see. Extremely nice and welcoming. I never questioned was I at the wrong spot for my car! Been coming to this location for a few months now getting some modification work done to my Challenger R/T. We just did a 2" lower stance on my car! This man is extremely knowledgeable of car performance and power! I will not let anyone else touch my car!! 10 stars all around for him and his crew!

Very professional and understanding. I was on my way to Miami when my car quit while driving . AAA towed me to Midas of west palm . When I got there Andrew and Alex was waiting for me and made me feel very welcome and like family . Josh the tech was awesome and after pulling my car in within 10 min he knew the problem . I was in and out within the hour with a new alternator and battery and price wasn t bad either . If I m ever back in the area and need car work I willBe sure coming to Midas of west palm . The team at the store have exceptional skills in repair. What got my attention was the sale on finance. They had explicit knowledge of systems to use for finance and with the details on my vehicle, they convinced me the repair were necessary not only from a safety standpoint, but long term care of my car which is appreciated. Never a moment of insisting which is appreciated but provided clear outcomes and how to solve it in store which to be is a good sales point and good consultation which can help with decisions. My congratulations to the team.

"Maybe I Dropped A Screw" MIDASIt was absolute nightmare, this is my experience.1) AC was only cooling at speeds of 40+ mph, replacement of parts to repair AC was initially ineffective at solving the problem, possibly unnecessary part replacements, returns to the shop to address, vehicle exhibiting the same behavior, which was failure of AC to function. Furthermore a lack of transparency regarding the repair and what the issue actually was once function was established, very suspect. AC while finally functioning is now causing the vehicle to exhibit strange bouncing of revolutions behavior and unwanted acceleration at idle. Returned a third time for the idle behavior & ride issue, shop then urging repairs to the vehicle as requirements to address (tie rods, brakes), ignoring more important issues and worse unnecessary, inspection by mechanics and self later on determined parts (tie rods) were functioning normally. Later phone call the manager, grasping at straws, blamed a non existent vacuum leak on the behavior which was brand new and exhibited only after AC failure, and only while the AC is running.2) About the same time as the AC failure, I noticed a strangeness with my vehicle ride after getting on I-95 recently, Midas WPB diagnosed my struts as the main issue, and after stripping the head of original struts, replaced my struts with the assurances that it would solve the issue and it was needed to prevent things like the AC from happening to protect components beneath vehicle, but then seemingly failed alignment, caused tires to be eaten quickly to an unsafe failure state requiring replacement and stranding me in Fort Lauderdale. It took Tire Kingdom two alignment passes to correct the issue. Midas NEVER provided the alignment document. Multiple mechanics inspected the car and several workmanship issues were discovered, the most severe of which has cost me lost wages and having to pay for extra repairs/parts such as the new tires and a further alignment, body screws, etc. Parts were left loose and rattling or for example with the brake line were put back with zip ties.3) The urging with struts, stating vehicle would be damaged unless they were replaced and failures, such as the AC from the aged struts would continue, and destruction of my original struts during inspection forcing me to have to do them and having to pay for transportation for the duration of the repairs.Later worse, fear mongering with my brakes, shop owner threatening liability and imminent total brake failure from pads at 20 percent, which bordered on the absurd, at which point I removed my vehicle from shop custody after an oil change was completed and departed to repair brakes elsewhere, turned around to see shop personnel laughing at me as I walked out the door.Manager point blank stated to me they had NO intention of making things right concerning failure to perform over the phone and owner hung up on me and subsequent call was routed to the shop which played dumb. Corporate has since been no help as well, I will never go back and I recommend to anyone needing serious work on your vehicle to stay away.Edit: I've already reached out multiple times and been given the runaround, I have already used that form & called. This has injured me financially beyond the initial cost because of missed work and I'm struggling to deal with the financial fallout and praying my vehicle doesn't fail in the interim. Midas, Ron, Jesse, and Andrew you have injured me greatly. I only pray someone else sees this review and stays away from you.Updated 11/25/2022: After running into some thick fog I found out my fog lights were never plugged in after the work. What else is next?Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, Oil change

After an expensive quote and disappointing experience at a mechanics close by, I came to Midas for a second opinion. Andrew and his team not only were able to help me right away, they were honest and showed me exactly what was needed and what was not. The price was very fair and the quality of work will have me driving back across the state for more work in the future. The team are really knowledgeable and have great communication. My schedule is nuts, so when I had an unexpected issue with my breaks, I didn't know what to do.The Audi dealership rates were absolutely ridiculous, yet fortunately I was referred to Alex and his team at Midas. What a blessing!!!They were welcoming, comforting, and professional. They replaced my breaks within hours, and now my car is good as new!!It's rare these days to feel like the service being provided takes your best interest in mind.As I sat in their "way too comfortable" waiting area, I personally observed how generous and honest they were with each and every person. They made you feel like family.Thanxs guys!!! You've got a customer for life!
