My Mercedes was hit hard on the rear side by another person who had insurance. My insurance company wanted an estimate for total repair form a body shop of my choice. Since it s a Mercedes I thought they would the best quality. Wish that was the issue? Called to make appointment for them to physically look at the car. The insurance company just gave me a online estimate without seeing the car. I came to my appointment for the estimate, they said you can leave it and we will start working on the car. I told them I just wanted an estimate at this time. They would not give me a estimate from seeing the damage for the insurance company to decide to repair or total the car. The office was not very helpful to deal with. My first impression told me not to deal with this company. Needless to say I took my car right over to high end body for a estimate. They went over the damages with gave me a printed estimate no problem. Guess you know who is getting my business. Another disappointment from this dealership.

This body shop was GREAT with my car!!!! And Allan was phenomenal in keeping me updated with my car. my car was ready before the due date i was given and i love it!!!

So far bad experience here. Small fender bender and had to wait 2 weeks to even get an appt. Brought car in on April 25th and told easy job, probably looking at 2 weeks. Now over a week and no one contacting me with status. Left multiple messages only to find out the body shop consultant Kelli I was assigned left and I guess my car was not reassigned, b/c all Chris can tell me is my car just went into production (whatever that means). Only have 2 weeks rental coverage and already burned a week. Hit and miss if reception even picks up here also, most of time you go to voicemail. Now I have call into Eddie the manager. Will see what that brings. I should of listened to the customer who came in when I was dropping off and told me not to leave my car here as he has been months waiting and the person on the phone complaining b/c what they were being charged was way over insurance is covering.

Very expensive quote for minor repairs. Double the price of three other top rated body shops.

Excellent service and great advice. Love my smart fortwo passion Bo Concept limited edition, which I leased new in 2014. Thrilled every time I sit behind the wheel. Great car.
