My car needed a new alternator asap! Thank you so much for answering the phone on a Sunday, so we could set up an appointment first thing Monday morning. Your prices are fair, and it was such a relief to be back on the road safely by noon. You are my mechanic to go to now. Thank you Google for putting Mel at the top of my search

I have used them several times now and am always pleased with the results. They always get me in right away, and finish fairly quickly, keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle the entire time. Another plus is their prices! Always very reasonable and they don't try to push unnecessary repairs on me.

I was visiting from NY and heard a noise while driving. I called M & M and spoke with a very kind, courteous and concerned gentleman. This person advised me to bring my car in and took care of it promptly. I used M&M in an emergency situation. He was able to get me back on the road within a couple of hours. He was honest and gave us a fair price. If you re looking for Good quality work at a fair price this is The guy! Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I went to this shop over the summer because we needed help with our alternator. Mel was SUPER professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process! We were actually coming from Dallas, TX because we purchased a car here in West Palm Beach, FL and decided to go with Mel s shop because of the great reviews and convenience from our hotel. Mel truly did not let us down and really left us with a smile! If you are considering this place, please trust your gut and go with him! He had awesome pricing and was overall super helpful. Best mechanic around. He is punctual and courteous. Very reasonable prices. Always available when I need him and that includes emergencies. M & M never disappoints. My family has all car types and he is my go-to mechanic. Trust me... you will not be disappointed.

I would really recommend this shop Mel is nice and personable. I like that he educates you on what's going on with your vehicle. If I have any mechanical issues with my vehicle I definitely will go back to him.

Wow, Mel is a awesome reliable and understanding mechanic. His work speaks for itself. I've recommended him to all of my family and friends and 10 out of 10 said that they are grateful that I recommended him. I have a 2015 and it runs lije a 2021... I wont let another mechanic put their hands on my care. This is the best shop in Palm Beach County!! He knows what he is doing, very smart gentlemen, and proficient. I was surprised on how well he does. My daughter and I take our cars to Mel. I wouldn t consider going anywhere else. Why would I? He has done everything from AtoZ on our cars. He s honest, quick, thorough, reasonable. Mel is very professional and cares about the integrity of his business. I come here for all my care needs and every issue is fixed with my car. He cares about the safety of his clients as their opperating their vehicles. He trys his best to make his schedule available to fix your car. I recently had my car serviced by Mel @ M&M Auto. Shortly afterward I started having issues with my car sputtering. I decided to have it checked at the Dealer only to learn my last service at M&M used bad oil. I contacted Mel and he was very nasty and rude and refused to rectify the situation. If I could give stars I would.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. Very disgusted!!Service: Oil change

This place messed up vehicle needed a transmission axel and seal it took 5 days to get the vehicle back when I got it it was leak transmission fluid heavy needed to get it towed to another place where they took off the wrong seal they put in and they also took off the transmission axel and put a new one I ve texted a few times to get a refund for the axel but I get the run around or won t get a response in days this place is worthlessService: Transmission

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! HE TOLD ME TO BE THERE AT 9AM FOR MY APPOINTMENT I WAS THERE 9AM SHARP WHEN I ARRIVED I CALLED NO ANSWER I TEXTED HIM NO REPLY IM EXTREMELY UPSET BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED MY CAR SERVICED & I WAS STOOD UP IF HE COULDNT MAKE ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS LET ME KNOW I WOULD OF UNDERSTOOD!
