Just a great experience. Warm people, they know their products. I worked with Horatio and not only does he know every specification of each model and year of the cars we spoke about, he was very down to earth on not 'selling me' but informing me with everything I needed to know to make the right decision. Horatio will become my go-to guy. Plus, the fact that they are part of the AutoNation group so, in this case, they own other Lexus dealerships). My mother bought her Cadillac there as well. She felt he is a 'consummate gentleman'!

From the moment I walked into the Lexus dealer and met my salesperson, RA, my car buying experience became easy and enjoyable! I test drove a couple different models and my needs became clear on the type & size of a vehicle I wanted. The excitement I felt in deciding on my new vehicle was truly an experience since it was genuinely felt from RA. This person worked with me via phone, text & in person to make sure my complete experience exceeded my expectations. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I surely would! Even after the sale I feel like a lifelong customer of Lexus because of RA!! Thank you, thank you!

Have bought cars from here. The maintenance service has been amazing. I love our sales guys. Thanks for Mike Simms, we went there to see him couple times. We were doing car shop for a bit at first but decided to loop back to Lexus. Mike was very nice and patient and so helpful. Our car arrived early so we couldn t go get it, we were back and forth with the picking up time, due to that situation we had to work with Bobby to get our car that day. He was such a darling . I asked him to do me a favor and put the red bow on my new car, so he did! Many many thanks to you. I was on the cloud. The financial department was quick and efficient. Everything went so smoothly. Love both of my Lexus so far. They have never give me any problem.

Previously I had not experienced great service and was reluctant to go back to this store. However, I saw a car I really liked and decided, with no expectations, to take a quick peek.The first person encountered was Seyed, who went over and beyond, taking his time to assist every step of the way. His demeanor was outstanding, not to mention his humor. It helped that he has many years in this industry. Another shout out goes to Nick in financing. Who said finance guys are boring? He also took his time explaining everything and I never felt pressurized with anything he laid before me.All in all, this store deserved the 5 and I am happy to say any negative feelings I had before have dissipated

I had excellent experience during y service repairs. The service person (Francesca))was updating me on the status with the repairs. Additionally, the mechanic texted a video of the repairs that were being performed, including the wear and tear update(tires, brakes, suspension and test results of electrical systems including battery. A great concept to manage future maintenance services, etc . Awesome waiting area for customers to enjoy and relax while waiting for the vehicle in service.

Overall experience was very good. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.There was some confusion about exactly what services were to be provided and how to proceed upon arrival, but nothing out of the ordinary for such a high volume and busy operation.I would recommend that perhaps a bit more attention be paid to returning customer calls. In my case, I had a question about a loner car and a second question requesting clarification on a service provided. Neither were major issues, but a return call would have been appreciated.

If I could give them a zero star, I would I recommend everybody to stay far away from this dealership My husband brought his Lexus in which is two years old. The check engine light was on along with the tire light so they took it into the shop and he waited for it. About two hours later. They came out so there was nothing wrong. Turn the lights out and gave him back the vehicle. So he drove the car the lights came back on again so as you could see nothing at all was done. Went back up there after calling. Seven times to try and speak with the service advisor who would never return any call finally had call the service manager and Received a call back was told to bring the car back on Thursday, which I did Call them on Friday still nothing called Saturday Monday after 5 PM to pick up the car, I wasn t five minutes down the road and the lights all came back on again after they stated there was Nothing wrong I was told to drive the car to the gas ran out and put in super gas Never heard of it unbelievable Still on all lights and they refuse to fix the car had to call the corporate office of Lexus to get someone to help us We are going to be contacting the attorney general office and consumer affairs to file complaints. We re going to contact the newspaper and news Hoping for summer resolution I cannot believe this. Nobody cares nobody returns. Phone calls. Cars is not fixed. I mean if Something bad happens that s a huge lawsuit against Lexus when we told him that they couldn t care less So my advice to everybody is to stay away stay far away from this Lexus dealership It s not worth something seriously Happening

From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were treated with respect and care, but it was our sales representative, Lisa, who truly made our experience unforgettable.Communication is key in any transaction, and Lisa excelled in this area. She was not only knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars, but she also had a fantastic attitude that made the entire process a pleasure.Although we have found undisclosed damage on the car we originally came to see, the manner in which Lisa and the dealership handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary. They acted reasonably, demonstrating a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare to find. It was evident that our satisfaction was their top priority, and they went above and beyond to ensure we found a solution that made us happy.In the end, my mom was able to make a deal she was satisfied with, ending up with a brand-new car. First time buying a car from here. Came to pick up a new IS500. The process wasn t too painful and everybody I interacted with in the dealership was friendly. I got a fair offer for my trade in, which went a long way with my impression of the dealership. I ve been working with Bobby Amra for a while to get this specific car. He kept me up to date and was easily reachable and responsive. Marc Glassman in finance was very helpful at explaining everything to me and easy to work with. I rarely take the time to review an experience I've had however, the salesman experience I had was simply amazing. Ed was super patient and most diligent in explaining a few times all the various technical things I needed to know. Like most people, who could learn everything there was to know the first time around. We test drove a couple of models before deciding on what was the best choice for me. 2023 Lexus GX with 9,747 miles on it and all 4 tires feathered, suggesting poor alignment. Drove it in to get addressed and apparently Lexus doesn t feel this is a warranted issue. Out of pocket expense to even think about checking alignment and the safety of the vehicle. Unfortunately Lexus lost a fleet customer today I brought it over to my trusted shop to verify my suspicions, and the results speak volumes.

Everyone was professional and kept me informed.The length of the service exceeded what I had been informedThe paperwork noted this was a 45 minute service. Upon being greeted and checked in I was informed it would be an hour. The appointment was longer than 2 hours.I was kept informed as the service was being performed and my schedule did allow for this much longer appointment; so I was not inconvenienced.This inconsistency needs to be addressed. I would have planned accordingly had I known I would be there as long as I was.

I had such an Outstanding experience thanks to our Excellent sales consultant Guy Bouchereau. I originally went there before to simply look around but this time Guy made my dreams come true! He was very patient, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Guy goes above an beyond for his customers while taking his time to make you feel comfortable and explains things pressure free from the beginning to the end. Tim, one of the service managers, is the only reason for the 5-stay. Normal dealership experience, some didn't try to diffuse misunderstandings. But Tim went above and beyond, nothing was an issue, he's one of the best employees there.

Tristan kept us informed every step of the way during the service since mechanics were short staffed and a simple 5K appointment took over 2 hours. Tristan was great to work. However, when we called to make the appointment it would have been better if we were told that one of the service campaign items couldn't be done. Tristan gets 5 stars - the rest wasn't the best.

Lexus of Palm Beach has always delivered excellent service whether it is for repair or regular maintenance. Francesca is terrific to work with, knows her business, and very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend her as a 5-star employee and also this dealership. Feel the same way about the dealership used in Sharon, Massachusetts. We have owned 7 Lexus vehicles in the last 23 years. Very satisfied!

Great service, greeted with a smile by my service Advisor Christopher. He reviews with me what needs to be done, never pressures me to do more than I can at that time. Overall this Lexus dealership offers knowledgeable service and they were very helpful getting the car I wanted.Steve Miller was easy to work with and quite helpful explaining how my new car works.I did fill that 2 hours to complete our cash transaction was 1.5 hours too many.

Tristan made the entire maintenance experience enjoyable. He even researched a few things related to another Lexus car that was not in for service that day. He never rushed and explained everything with easy to understand detail, it was especially helpful for a non mechanical person like me.
