My review is for land rover. To all south land rover dealerships.When I bought my land rover in 2020 the market crashed so I was able to lock in low interest rates (3%) as well as low car insurance $180 for full converage. My payments were affordable and true to value.Now the parts are over priced and untrue to reality with inflation. To cover a land rover is around 450-650/month with a clean record. The insurances have to pay heavy to fix them today and most likely will total a vehicle that isn't total because land rovers prices are outrageous.It is for the wealth who have so much money. When the dollar is not valued.A fender bender totaled my land rover last month. Minor damages.In service and parts, what has upset me the most about dealing with these dealers was the lack of education/training. I had fort Myers hand me back the Keys with my coolant light still on. Under warranty I went to naples and it took them 2 weeks to give me my keys back.I found fort Myers might have burned some tires on the wheels and not even care to service this warranteed vehicle while only trying to sell me unneeded parts or laborNaples capitalized on a sensor when Palm Beach spoke how a 2018 land rover does not have sensors for the coolant, and it's the low coolant. And it wasn't low in coolantWith all 3 dealers I will paste not one could shut off my coolant light in the 3 years I owned it and I constantly changed out coolant with new fluids using a tube.I find the cars engine most likely was overheating and on a 2018 land rover with only 38k miles on it (bought it at 16k) these cars don't last long, are overpriced and have so many malfunctions I felt like I kept having to put it the dealer for uneducated employees and sales tactics.Thankful my car is totaled now.In gratitude for her beautyShe put a smile on my face everydayWe had a good breathThey are a good breath. Wouldn't buy one out of warranty. $$$ fix and unreliable cars

My husband and son went car shopping here and Ishmael took really good care of them. He was professional and polite. We bought a really cool looking new Land Rover Discovery after a civilized negotiation. We liked that there was no hurried buying pressure. After shopping around and being faced with the arrogance of other car sales people during a pandemic where they feel in control of what you'll pay, this was a welcome experience.

These people are total rip offs. I would give zero stars if possible. I will never recommend anyone to a sales team that puts in a $5,000 addendum charge over top of retail to purchase a mass produced vehicle . Salesperson was totally rude and condenscending . Their arrogance was the worst I have ever encountered . This economy will change as it always does and they will never have a repeat customer when they are so upside down on a vehicle they well overpaid for. If agreeing to pay retail isn't already enough ...
