Just received a five star/ high-touch customer service experience from Daniel Rosen (Service Advisor), and the entire Jaguar Palm Beach service team. Excellent and seamless from drop off to pick up. Greatly appreciated.

Service was excellent and the staff are GREAT!! Everyone is friendly with an atmosphere embracing everyone like family. I was visiting my son Nathan and just as anyone would, I absolutely fell in love with several vehicles, not to mention Alex is on point in the Maclaren bay.GREAT JOB JAGUAR...you've chosen the cream of the crop for a crew!!!

My Jags locks have been acting up, I was charged $1,400 for repair. Kept my car for a week when I was told it would be 3 days. After a month car is back to not locking. I have called them for weeks and nobody ever answers or returns calls. Absolutely worst service!
