I am happy to be the 100th review. I just got my chain and sprocket done on my 2020 Z900 all I have to say is these guys do great work as I have taken them the bike a handful of times very happy with the quality of work each and every time. The pricing is reasonable and very fair I hope they succeed as I will always have my bike serviced here

The best place in Palm Beach County to take your cycle/ATV to get worked on. These guys are honest and true. Do not be fooled by these other shops acting like your getting a discount. These guys take care of you from start to finish.

Bike shops: take notes.Great service, very fair prices, and (most importantly) honest + experienced mechanics.Needed new tires, some chain work, and an oil problem fixed. They ordered the Road 6 s I wanted at a very competitive price, and handled all three maintenance items in a matter of hours (on a busy Saturday, too)Service fees were definitely reasonable. Didn t try to sell me anything I didn t want. Didn t give me any runaround or cause any delays. Excellent communication throughout. Gave genuinely honest answers and advice at every turn.It s hard to find an efficient, fairly-priced, and honest shop anywhere. This is one of them. Earned a repeat customer.

Soon as I went in, they knew exactly what was wrong. Job was done the end of the day. Great prices I picked it up the next morning very happy. I decided to try and mount my own dirt bike tire, which ended up not going that great, had the tire half on and couldn t get the rest so I brought it to image cycles, they not only fixed it right away, they walked me through the process and explained how to do it in the future and what i did wrong, gave me tire pressure gauges and sent me on my way. This place is old school and i couldn t be happier with the service. Definitely recommend coming here.Service: Tires

Image cycle could use a course in customer relations. Caught some guy in the shop during his time of the month and needless to say I will never go anywhere near that place again.

I brought my R1 in because of a charging issue and they were in the process of moving to another shop and still finished it right on time. Bike is running awesome. Very happy customer going to recommend anyone here. Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing!! I've only been here twice, but each time I've been impressed!!! I needed a chain adjuster nut and bolt, I have 2007 Aprilia and I couldnt find one after visiting 4-5 other places in the area, so these guys MADE me 2!!! I live in Stuart, but I will make the trip down for these guys..Prices are fair and super HONEST!!you get what you pay for and them some!!

I am very happy to have found this place. I got my first motorcycle at age 57 after taking the course and getting certified. While I LOVE riding and the freedom it provides, I know nothing about maintenance. These guys were great, courteous, fairly priced, and prompt. My husband and his friend were referred here from a bike store we go to often. Both bikes had tire problems. Within a few hours both bikes were ready for pick up. Dropped off my side by side for some repairs and Brian and the crew were top shelf help me in every way fix stuff I didn't realize needed fixed and was extremely reasonable in pricing I recommend these guys to anyone for small engine cycle or side by side repair, ******UPDATED 11/08/2023*****and just to update this review one year later I have not had one issue with my side by side it has never run better so thanks again to Brian and crew for an outstanding job you have a customer for life******

After being turned away from several dealers because my 2004 Honda ATV was too old, they not only accepted but beat any price a dealer was offering if they would have done the work. They are upfront and transparent with cost and expected repairs. As soon as the parts arrived they fixed it the next day. I'm glad I found them and plan future repairs if necessary.Service: Brake service & repair

Took in my Honda Rune to get the front tire valve stem replaced. I was expecting to leave the bike, but they jumped on it and replaced it immediately. Fantastic service. I was also surprised by the low price they charged me. Thank youRick

Can not recommend this place enough. After a few poor experiences at big motorcycle dealerships, I found this place. Brian knows what he is doing. I got a carb cleanup and new tires. All the work was done at a very reasonable price and the bike was delivered on time.Add to that, he also picked up the bike and delivered it for a reasonable charge. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

Bryan is the greatest. I took my 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad in for several issues. I was not in any hurry and Bryan kept me up to date on what was going on. He fixed my bike and made me feel he was very concerned and wanted it to be right. He was great to talk with about everything. Anyone that needs work done should go to see him. Brian is awesome! He was actually recommended by the Yamaha dealership for service to our old Riva Scooter. Have used him ever since on our scooters and motorcycle. His rates are very reasonable also. Do your self a favor and don't go anywhere else!

Brought my wife's bike and my bike over to change grips our. He gave me a great price and had job done really quick. Owner is very friendly and will give good advice to save money. I will be bringing my bike back for service with him.

Fast, inexpensive, and friendly. Showed me exactly how to do the repairs myself if it's a problem again, something most mechanics won't do; found that the wrong bolts had been used previously, swapped them all out at no charge. Had me ready to ride in 30 minutes.Seriously, the best in South Florida, and I've tried them all.

Last year I need my Kawasaki Ninja 250r to be repaired because it had sitting for a while. Service was great and cheap. The owner is a very nice guy and he stayed open late so I could bring in my bike! I was very delighted and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their motorcycle fixed!

cant say enough about Brian and Image cycles. these guys really work hard and do excellent work! dont worry about the age of your bike like the stealership does. honest, reliable and very fair prices. you got a customer for life!

Went in for a full service plus new tires and brakes; also had an overheating problem. I also had a few parts I wanted to swap (battery and mufflers; the battery was old and dying and I'd gotten some newer carbon fiber cans for my FJR1300.)Image Cycle correctly diagnosed my overheating problem (faulty water pump,) recommended a pair of excellent Dunlop tires that wound up costing less than the Michelin ones I had originally planned to install, saved me money by not doing an unnecessary front brake job, and on top of it all got the bike ready ahead of the promised time so I could use it for a weekend trip to Miami!Excellent service, I'll definitely be back next time my motorcycle needs some TLC!
