I m only giving one star because there s no other option to leave a review. We called this shop at 9am on a Wednesday morning and explained our situation, they called back at 9:30 to tell us Jason is on his way to see what s going on with our van. We never asked anyone to come out, they offered. Around 10:30 we called back and they said they would call him and and see where he is. At 11:30 I called them back to be told by the person answering the phone she doesn t think he s coming and also let it slip that Jason didn t want to work on the van or couldn t put it on the lift. So please tell me why y all were wasting our time!?! Then she continues to yell across the floor to him that we were waiting on him. So they say he s on his way. Then called me back at 11:42 to tell me he left and what truck to look for. I immediately hung up and called a tow truck and a different business. It is now 12:57 while we re waiting on a tow truck and this dude pulls up and still expects our business? GTFOH. How you have 4 stars with a business model like this, I ll never know.Dude, you offered to come to us, 3 times you said he was on his way, we waited 4 hours.And honestly, do you really think we were going to stay in the van while it was in the shop? Common sense? I was rude and I apologized but don t lie to your potential customers, ask questions, get the whole story. If he wasn t coming you could have said that and we would have moved on to another shop. Which in the end we moved on to Atlas Transmission in Lake Worth. Anyone reading this, call and ask for Robert, he ll treat you with respect.

This place is hands down the best shop I have dealt with. Jason and engrid made me feel welcome and confident I was in good hands. Truck is running great with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this place. Respect their prices they all work very hard.

I had a great experience using Jason and his team on two recent occasions. I own an older model truck that needs constant repairs. I've dealt with different mechanics before and I am very happy I found Jason's shop. They have been very professional and up front with the pricing. I like the fact that I can see what's happening in the shop. Its small but organized and you get to talk directly to the man that does the repair instead of some guy in a polo behind a desk telling you what you need to do.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Oil change

I bought u-joints to repair my drive shaft but just couldn't find the time to do it. Jason did the job very quickly and professionally.

I had an issue I thought was transmission but turned out to just be the gas petal sensor. Jason was very helpful and honest. They were able to do it same day while I waited. I'm very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend it.The maps brought me a weird route, but it's in the right location just go around the back.

James and Ingrid are some of the nicest people I have met since moving here to FL! They care about their customers and do everything possible to help you the best they can. They search all options and exhaust every possibility to keep their prices reasonable and affordable when replacing your broken car parts. Jason was very professional when working on my Volkswagen Jetta. I had a transmission issue and he looked at my car gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and did not over pay and the job was on time. The worst. Jason, customer service rep lies. He's abusive, arrogant and treats customers like dirt. On a 1 (v poor) to 10 (exceptional) scale, he's a -The shop is a dreadful mess and there are vehicles parked there that have been there for years. Don't use this business. You'll be ripped off. AVOID this shop

My car broke down and I didn t know why. Thought it was a transmission issue so had my car towed here. The team is amazing. They let us ask our questions and showed us what they found to be the problem. Based on my first time experience I plan on coming back to them with any other maintenance I may need.

If you need repairs come here. This man is the epitome of an honest mechanic, the world needs more people like him. I came in with transmission problems and no idea what they were, the owner found a simple simple fix and not only didn't charge me for it. But taught me where the problem was so that if it persists I could fix it myself. I also asked him to check my front wheel bearings which were squealing like crazy, one of his employees quoted me for just the bearing change and said that was all I would need, turned out my brake pads and rotors were also shot, but in place of calling me back and telling me they would charge more, this man proceeded to give me new rotors and pads on my front 2 wheels FOR FREE. I tried to insist on paying for the parts and he refused. Bless this mechanic shop, come here!

An incompetent job is what you can expect. They will additionally park your vehicle across the street in the Pizza hut plaza since they do not have much parking on site. If your vehicle gets vandalized or broken into you're going to be dealing with that in addition to sub par repairs. Mine failed on day 2. Unbelievable and what it more appalling is Jason arrogance and indifference. STAY AWAY
