Stay away from this place He charge me to replace a ECM and program the key , never was replace or program it.He charge to fix wiring harness he destroy it instead fix it . Vehicle never run off course never replay my txt or answer my call.People like Frankie don t even deserve a one star.Stay away if you not want to loose your money.

I have a BMW F10 and arrived with a rough idle that I've been dealing with for 6 months threw about 3k in parts Almost gave up on it. Took it to Frankie and this man fixed it in less than an hour! Most friendly group of guys I've met since moving to South Florida, Frankie is knowledgeable and is dead set on doing the job right the first time. He is a mechanic with a conscience, he triple checked to ensure we had the right parts and that we could not find them cheaper. His guys didn't cut corners and they did not force anything into place. They were even kind enough to show me what they were doing and how it was done. I will be a customer of this shop until I leave south Florida and I am beyond appreciative of he and his crew. Pricing was beyond fair and service was exceptional. Thank you to you and your crew Frankie and you guys keep doing what you do.

Be aware that even though they are making you to make an appointment,they will not be ready for that time you set it.Mine was at 9am and left around 11am.I had a electric problem with my radio and they found the solution(fuse box) $90.So far so good and thankful for the fixing

Frankie is a very serious BMW technician. I wouldn't bring my car to anyone else. Every time I have an issue with my 330i, he always resolves it in a timely manner. If you live in the West Palm Beach area and drive a high end vehicle that doesn't have a warranty, I would suggest you bring your vehicle to Frankie Auto. I wasn't coerced into writing a review either (wasn't even told, just googled his company), I'm just a very satisfied customer.

This auto repair shop is IT!! Any problem my car has, they fix it! Frankie, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable on everything when it comes to electrical parts. The rest of the crew including the mechanics, his wife Lelys, and daughter, Lennys are very attentive, organized, and friendly with their customers. I will always depend on them with any of my cars needs.

Love the people there!!! I have a 2008 bmw 650i convertible ,2013 a 750li xdrive,2011 Range Rover sport, and a 2016 e350 4matic. Frankie does all my software and electrical work. fixed the idling and faulty codes within a day and n the bimmers . Any electrical work and software issues,this is the place to carry your vehicle. Current technology there to deal with these computerized vehicles.

Okay so my phone was hacked and people said some dumb stuff. Me and Frankie are in good standing,he does all my cars, I have three cars actually four and they all go to Frankie for tune-ups, computer software updates,etc. Now, most shops don't have the up-to-date computer software to give your car's the up-to-date,homie has the exact thing the dealer has for more than half off the stealer aka dealer. I got two foreigners(bimmer and Audi family) and two infiniti's. He's one of the best on Hooper Road you got to pass him first so you might as well stop in,I think you'll be glad you did.

A honest mechanic is a rare thing nowadays, but Franklin is the exception, I've know him for 8 years now, same great mechanic and human being.

He did not charge me but left my car in poor condition to return it to him and do a higher cost job, when really did not need it.... untrustworthy people
