Possibly the worst customer service experience in the state. The gentleman that attempted to assist me (KB) was ok. Made a mistake a lost my wheel lock for (Jag). I was the last customer of the evening..went back the next morning when I realized they didn't give it back. The guys in the morning ignored me and basically told me that I was lying..that lock was returned. We are talking $30 item. Tried to discuss and tell me about an interaction from the previous evening that they were not present for. I was a potential customer that will never use Firestone again. I went elsewhere and spent $800 for tires and other sevices.. Ownership should be ashamed!!!

I have been a customer of Firestone for about 12 years now; first in New York and now here in West Palm.. The Advisor, Charles Watkins, is AMAZING. Every time I come in for service he is always friendly & efficient, and he makes sure that I receive all of the current promotions that are available for my services. Most recently, I had a screw in my tire and arrived at the store at about 8:10 am. I explained that I had a funeral to attend in Pompano at 10 am...Lo and behold, I had a new tire and was headed for Pompano in about 30 minutes. As always, Charles came through with a price that DIDN'T BREAK THE BANK! I have referred at least 5 others to Firestone and this location.

Everyone has been very friendly. However, my front brake pads were never correctly replaced. I ve brought my vehicle back twice to have them inspect it and nothing changed. My brakes still squeak every time I press on them. It s a really frustrating situation when you pay $500 to have your brakes fixed by a trusted name. Your brakes should never squeak and make sounds right after replacing them.

Hands down the rudest employees around. Just watched Ulysses, the manager , be as rude as possible to an elderly lady and then turn around and start being rude to someone that just walked in the door. Makes me nervous to leave my flat tire with them Edit: Looks like someone had the same issue with the same guy, imagine that Update: Picked up the tire, brought it back to the car and you can audibly hear the air leaking from the brand new tire Update #2: We took the car to Discount Tire in Wellington and got 4 brand new tires today. Talk about a breath of fresh air, only took 45 minutes total in and out the door! Firestone should be ashamed of themselves

If you've had a good experience at this location, good for you but I did not.I drive a 2019 Toyota Camry (which is a low profile vehicle).On Sunday, June 25, 2023, I only needed a tire repair but I got more than that.The technician must not have been trained on how to properly mount a low profile car onto a lift.He damaged my car around the side valance and it also shifted my underbody shield.I brought this to the attention of their managers and they even documented this incident onto my invoice and emailed me a copy.They told me that a representative of Firestone would contact me within two days but no one reached out.By Wednesday, June 28, 2023, I had to call Firestone corporate and it turns out that those managers never reported it to the Firestone corporate office.I was first to report this incident and then after they finally sent out an inspector (days later) and completed their evaluation, they denied my claim.If you decide to bring your car to this Firestone site, watch them very closely and have your camera ready.I do not recommend anyone to trust them with a car and I do not plan to ever return as a customer to any Firestone auto care store.

Darius Baker was exceptional and was extremely professional. He gave us a very fair price and fantastic installation the day we called. Darius is a great asset to Firestone and we will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

We use this location for the company I work for vehicles' repairs. They are not cheap and take longer than need be for repairs. The only reason I bring my work vehicle here is because my company has used them for years but the service has gone downhill. I had an employee lie directly to my face about my manager approving a repair(I was standing next to him when he did). I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

not only did they give me the wrong time, when I called back he told me it ll take an hour. I have to drop my car there at eight in the morning. I picked it up at 5:45pmand I understand I work in the automobile business. If you have a problem, you tell the customer, you don t just left their car seat because bigger jobs came in.please do not go there, unless you speak with a manager

Don t bother with this fire stone. It doesn t matter if you make an appointment or if you re going to drop your vehicle off. They are an unprofessional lot. Service is supposed to open at 7 AM, I stood outside with eight other people waiting to get in around 7:45 AM, and all of them had appointments.The time before they called me to let me know, my car was ready. I gave them two more hours I arrived, and when I arrived at the front desk, guy told me that Mechanic was on break and they wouldn t be able to get my car down.When I drove my car off the lot, the oil light came on. Therefore I had to purchase oil at the mechanic shop and replace 2 quarts that were needed to make the oil light go off.They attempted to rectify with me and offered me a discount for the next time I came in Well, here, I am standing at the door waiting to get in.Very unprofessional.

Had an appointment for 12 to have 2 tires replaced. Dropped car off and went back to work. Showed back up at 4:30 and my car was still in the same spot I left it untouched. Don t go here.

Made a purchase of new Bridgestone tires online via Corporate website ,paid for them and arranged a 9 am appointment for Saturday Now 11th 2023 and specified on that purchase and appointment I would be waiting. Arrived at 8,30 am for the appointment at 9 am and when I asked roughly how long it would be to have 4 tires fitted and the alignment checked was told it should take around 2 hours .Told them I would go away and and come back close to 11 am . I have a Lincoln app that tells me pretty much anything about the car and where it is etc at any given time .At 9.40 am I had an alert the there was TPS alert that showed all 4 wheels were off the car . I returned at about 10.45 or so and there were no wheels on or near the car.I asked how long it would be before the car was finished and honestly got a reply that was at best iffy .The substance was " just because you had an appointment at 9 didn't really mean anything" to which I replied what's the point of making an appointment then! No coherent response ! Waited another 30 mins still no wheels on the car and said the wheels were off the car at 9.40 so why is it taking so long .The response was it takes quite some time to take tires off and fit new ones ! Really ?? Nearly 2 hours ?? .Then someone wandered in and said oh we have checked your car over and your battery cranking amps are low! I asked what that had to do with them fitting my 4 tires I had purchased and told them as I did when I brought the car in that it is still under factory warranty, it's done 39000 miles .I asked why are you wasting time checking my car over instead of doing the job it came in for which was fitting 4 tires .Again an answer was somewhat strained. I know why they are checking the car ,to see if they can sell you something else .Having already told them the car is under factory warranty they still wasted time on that and not the job the car was in for .I kept asking how long and each time it was the same old nonsense just a few minutes .After them finally doing a quick alignment check it was finished and ready to go at a few minutes to 1pm ,close to 4 1/2 hours since the car arrived.The offshoot being not only did it take a ridiculous time to fit 4 tires but I missed my flight out of Miami to fly to the UK because of the time it took to do the jobTo say I am unhappy is an understatement ,I wish I had read the reviews beforehand ,I would certainly not have brought my car in and after this would definitely not recommend anyone come here for anything.

I would like to share my experience with the above and beyond staff member at this Firestone location #016373 in West Palm Beach. Charles was the first staff member I came into contact with when I came in to ask about an issue with my tires. He did a quick assessment of my tire issues and noted that based on my driving patterns everyday, it was not safe for me not to have them fixed immediately. He scheduled me for the following day which I might add was a holiday, and informed me in advanced that it would be a lengthy job. Again, informing me of each step along the way. At no point did I have a question that he didn't answer before I asked the question. I am confident that he has been doing his job long enough to know what the customers are thinking. To add to his exemplary service , he allowed me to step away to sort out a card issue I was experiencing after the establishment had closed for the day, he stayed and waited patiently for me to pick up my vehicle. I don't know what else a company could be looking for in an employee such as him but give that man a raise or promotion! He deserves it and more!!!! Thank you once again Charles for ensuring that I was well taken care of.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The service is okay. I was late for my appointment, and I asked them if should stay or wait for my service since I was late. They advised me to wait since it was a quick service, and it would only be for two hrs (though it was up to me). I decided to stay, and next thing I know I was here past two hrs as I watch my car sit outside and nobody touched it. If you got time to waste, go ahead and head over there.

They use a cellular signal jammer. At this store. Can mot get internet service unless you log into their WiFi anywhere on the property. Had to walk at least 300 feet away from store to use any type of internet. Only a hacker would force you to use their internet.The employees appear to do good. High volume store. Taking best care of as many people as they can. Though, add on services get expensive fast

I brought my car here because my tire pressure and maintenance light was on. When I left both lights were off. Not a week later both lights came back on and they were telling me I needed a brand new tire. I took my car to economy tire and all I needed was my tire plugged due to a nail in it. The maintenance light is still on and I am iffy on bringing it back to Firestone.

It's always a pleasure coming here. The staff Is so knowledgeable they explain everything to you so you are in the know. And the manager Darius is amazing and manages the shop and gives you his undivided attention and answers any questions you may have.

Horrible customer service! Ulysses the representative I had the misfortune to get, had an attitude and was acting like he didnt want to take anymore customers @ 6pm. After giving every reason why he might not be able to change 1 tire. I explained to him I was sent by the fleet department of my company to this location because they have the tire and asked can it be done today, no reply was giving. He called the fleet number and after awhile of wondering could it be done (without saying one word to me about if or when it could be done) I see an employee working on my truck. The only thing he said to me after that was sign here when it was done. We all have long days and want to go home, thats no excuse to be UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be requesting to my very large company not to use this location anymore.Service: Tires

Impressive customer service, and very comfortable process from start to finish. I want to commend both Arie and Charlie, my service advisor and technician, for a professional job well done, all around. Arie was very polite and transparent with me, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want. I even had a small special request, which he went out of his way to handle. When I picked my car up at the end of the day, my seat hadn't been adjusted, my mirrors weren't touched; point being: the car was returned to me in the same condition I left it. That speaks volumes to me, because it demonstrates sincere respect for the customer (Something I feel is becoming harder to find these days). It's small efforts in details like that, which truly make employees of a business stand out. It's good to know I have a reliable and trustworthy car care center nearby, and even more comforting to know there are trained professionals operating said center, who live up to their roles. Looking forward to continued business here, and I highly recommend this Firestone for anyone looking to have routine after warranty maintenance performed on their vehicle.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
