I have been grateful to have owned over 25 cars the past 25 years - so we have had an enormous amount of experience dealing with a number of sales representatives, dealers and the like from California all the way to Florida. Some have been great and some have been sub par if I may be frank.We worked with Tony Palmer and I think he was amazing - very straightforward, accommodating considering that I was buying an Aston Martin from the dealership and having it shipped across country without looking at the car. I told him that I was dependent on his integrity (unlike other sales rep that may take advantage of this particular situation) but he walked my wife and I through the process hassle free sending in videos to me as needed, photos, emailing me throughout the day, making sure that we were comfortable with our purchase. He has my highest recommendation! Car will be shipped soon, so we will await car and upload some updated photos. -Dr. David H.

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership and Francis DeRuschi. From arranging a test drive to acquiring the car of my dreams, Francis was there every step of the way. He listened to my desires and found the perfect vehicle for me at their sister dealership in Naples. Francis completely coordinated the trade in of my previous vehicle for a seamless transaction process. He checked on me several times to insure that all my needs were met through it all. Customized care at its very best!

Tony Palmer is the guy you want to talk to here ... he was helpful, empathetic, respectful, and a true professional from end-to-end of our transaction. He never misdirected me, or hid things about the car that he knew I'd want to know. Can't recommend him personally enough.The dealer overall was great in getting the deal done - F&I to the GM/Sales Manager, everyone seems eager to help, and thankful for the partnership with their customers.Thanks you, all!

Tony went above and beyond to make sure this purchase was easy, efficient and as perfect as possible. In this day and age that says a lot about the person and the dealership behind him. I bought the car unseen, and he took time to send me tons of pictures and videos to ease my mind and ensure that the car was in pristine condition. I can't thank him enough and will buy my second Ferrari from him in the future.

Recently purchased a G Wagon from the dealership. I was told it was a trade in on a Bentley. The vehicle when arrived at my home, was as described. Very nice however the sunroof had a minor issue sealing all the way. Called the dealer and talked to the general manager. Calvin Brown told me to take it in and have it adjusted. I did and they reimbursed me the cost of adjustment with their apologies there technicians didn t catch that. When you buy from a first class dealership you get first class service and that s what I received.

Thanks so much for a our wonderful SF90 Spyder. We are enjoying it very much finally. Our sales person Francis DeRuschi is one of the best. It is always a pleasure to deal with him and he is always responsive to our needs and taking our calls. I must say.....he is one of the reasons we always go back to buy from Ferrari of Palm Beach. Even though the process with Ferrari can be a daunting one at times......it is how the dealership and sales people handle all situations......and we are honored to have Ferrari Palm Beach in our area and Francis DeRuschi as our sales person. Great experience from initial contact with Emily Rose at their sister location in Naples thru delivery. GM Eric was very professional, honest and demonstrated attentive follow thru. I did my deal from distance and timely pick up of trade in from my home and delivery of new car exactly as promised created a seamless, stress free experience. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Palm Beach Ferrari just serviced my F-8, they scheduled the pick-up, right on time. The service manager assigned kept me informed and the car was ready on time. They scheduled delivery, well done, and the choice of carrier was also a credit to the efficiency of Ferrari. I needed further assistance and Joseph in service was on the phone immediately and took care of our issue.

The WORST car ordering experience ever. Please allow me to share my story of and Biggest disappointment from Ferrari of WPB,FL and Ferrari of N. America . In JULY 2021 I did place order and personally speck the SF90 SPIDER the salesman told me the waiting time like 1 year, we did shake hands and sign the paperwork, and I did left my deposit/ trade vehicle of total 280,000$ for the new order . One year passed by and there was some delays We all understood there can be some delays, nothing is PERFECT 2 years passed by ..NO RESULT .. no updates from the Salesman or only one from WPB FERRARI . The answer was ..there is delay but we don t know why .. that is the answer from very prestigious Ferrari dealership, I try to contact the Headquarter of N.America they don t have no idea and ZERO help from them as well. In middle of 2022 the salesman emailed me because the car will start production and we are looking to delivered like August /September I said amazing well that didn t happen ..and NO ONE has any clue why . Then I reached out to General Manager Calvin Brown..just to share with him and ask if why is so long delay and car which is Not even LIMITED EDITION the answer was , he didn t know but the worst part was , I did mention to him , I have 280,000$ seated in your dealer his answer was well at least the money are safe here , if you have maybe you can lose it that was the professional answer of the FERRARI General Manager representative. Then finally in late January I received the VIN # and the first photo from the production line & the short email from Ferrari Customer Service ..we are so excited about the new car my reaction to them was , definitely NOT me . In next week surprising I got a email form salesman because the Customer Service like to speak to me , I did speak to Andrew Juron ..and he was giving me the corporate apology..we understood your frustration and we apologized for that really for 2year 5 months NO ONE know and NOBODY CARE . Is that how CUSTOMERS like to be treated, PEOPLE plz think about that. Please enjoy .does not matter how many NEW and positive stories your good customers will post ,the fact is very clear..Simply this dealership and FERRARI of N.America don t care for little customers

I have been a customer of FERRARI Maserati of Palm Beach for over 7 years. Initially, I had my 2 Maserati Ghiblis serviced with them while I was a snow bird. I thoroughly enjoyed every service experience. My wife and I would normally wait for service and we would spend the time in the FERRARI show room. I was like a kid in a candy shop. The service experience lead me to subsequently buy 2 more Maserati s And 2 Ferraris from them. The service staff who I deal with JR , Service Mgr and James service advisor are fabulous. I also have to mention Tony Palmer who is the sale agent who I purchased 2 Ferraris from. He s made both sales experiences memorable. I always felt he was looking out for MY best interests. He never tried to over sell and was patient and very thorough.I consider the entire FPB team as true friends . Frequently, if I m in the area I drop by to say hello and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the artwork in motion .I ve had great experiences with many dealerships but none compares to the enjoyment and trust i have with FPB. Absolutely, the best!

I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and it turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Tony Palmer was fantastic in coordinating the entire process. Everything from taking detailed pictures and video of the vehicle, following up with the car transport company to ensuring I received all the paperwork as discussed. Tony made it a truly pleasurable car buying experience. Tony and his team are honest and very professional. I highly recommend them!
