Excel Palm Beach did an amazing job repairing my RV. I needed a new roof and they got the job done in a good amount of time and did a great job. It looks brand new, and the service and people were outstanding. I brought my RV in to get repaired, and they did a great job! I brought it to many various places and they could not get the job done. Once I brought it to Excel Palm Beach they were able to locate the problem and get the job done quickly! Unfortunately RV repair options are limited, and I had concerns given all the horror stories you read online. This repair did not meet my very basic expectations. I used Excel to repair damage done to one of the exterior storage bins. Every time estimate they gave was inaccurate, and the only way I could reach them was to show up. They use an answering service on their phone and never return messages. I was told my estimate would be ready, I show up only for the manager to say it isn't ready and to scribble a general estimate on the back of a scrap piece of paper. We got the call the repair was finished on a Monday, and showed up that Wednesday to pick it up only for it to not be done. My husband picked it up later in the week only for us to discover they never replaced the decal, the trim on the bottom wasn't caulked, the paint job has dried drip marks left on it, and there is jagged metal sticking out of the inside of the compartment. I have left messages requesting a call back to discuss the repairs which have gone unanswered. This is what multiple weeks and thousands of dollars gets you...

I own a bus transport company and Excel Palm Beach have repaired numerous amounts of my buses. They have helped me with A/C repair, transmission problems, and even body work. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. The owner and staff our great people and I suggest everyone to come here if they are having any diesel engine problems.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I had Excel do some insurance repairs on my travel trailer, I had a cracked front cap and needed a new roof. The repairs took for ever and the excuses were endless and they always blamed someone else. Now less than 2 years later I have my trailer somewhere else and I am told they did a terrible job. They used silicone on the roof which should never be used. I now have to have my roof peeled back stretched and resealed plus water damage from the leak. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy I'm surprised they are still in business.

Driving from Massachusetts, when I arrived in Florida I noticed my Axle was bend on my 35 - 5th Wheel. Tires were worn because of the bent Axel. Couldn t find any place to repair trailer till I called Melissa @ Excel.Excel replaced my Axel and Melissa help me find new tires. Noting worse than being broke down on vacation.Thank You Melissa and Excel.

Excel RV exceeded my expectations!They honored a windshield wiper blade I paid for last year but never had it put on till now. Even though the price had doubled. I did not have to pay the extra cash. Fair and up front. It's hard enough to find quality mechanics and technicians in the RV world. I highly recommend Excel for ALL your RV issues !Service: Battery

It's a pleasure to write a review for Excel. I came to them after being abused by used RV dealer in Broward County. From the first minute they showed me what customer service was supposed to be like. Everyone there, from the young lady at the desk, the shop manager to the owner herself were a pleasure to deal with. They did a lot of work for me and each and every step of the way they were caring about the outcome. There is no doubt that I will be sharing this place with my many RVer friends, they need to know that quality customer service and integrity does exist, it may be hard to find, but when you do, never let them go! Great job guys!

Excel RV is incredible. I have worked with the Excel team extensively for my RV & I am so grateful to have found them.They had my RV for months in 2021 helping with issues with my air conditioner, damage from a leak & rebuilding, the engine, generator, & even more that I can't remember. The service team is incredible, detailed, and does excellent work.Melissa is amazing - so kind & thorough, and truthful & upfront in communication about all aspects of service. I found Excel after quite some weeks of struggling to find a service team in the area willing & available to work on my older model. Melissa made sure to check in with me throughout the whole process.Melissa, Anthony, Justin, & each service team member I interacted with were awesome. They truly go above and beyond. I am a new RV owner so I had a lot of questions & concerns with which they were always patient and clear. I had a blowout rear tire on 95 South causing $6000 worth of damage with a few additional repairs needed. Found Excel nearby and was so satisfied that 2 years later scheduled a service stop on trip from NJ to Florida. This time had the dash air conditioner rebuilt, levelers worked on and motor work including wires, belts and other odds and ends done. Money well spent and left willing to return again. I ve used this place a few times to resolve the issues I ve had with a 20 year old RVThe wait is worth it as they are always busy, but the work is done right and the prices are reasonable, . It s a truck, ( RV )Takes special care and knowledge to fix these things, I do a lot of my own repairs, but when I can t fix it, it goes to Melissa and the crew at Excel.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

We recently moved from New York to Jupiter. Needed some regular maintenance on our engine and generator for our Class A motorhome. Melissa got us an appointment quickly, and our work was done while we waited in the lounge area. This was a great crew starting with Earl who took the time to listen to my issue and then made time to get my camper in there. Had an issue with the electronic brakes they were able to trace it down to a broken wire repair that and do some work on the grounding systems so there would be future issues. Alphonso took the time to explain to me what he had done so that I understood in case it happens all the other trip. All-around good group of people they re hard-working, polite and professional. This shop deserves 10 stars! I can't say enough good things about Excel Fleet Service. They are a top notch run organization. We were visiting from SC and our A/C would not work. It was Memorial Day to boot! I had to leave a message with their service since they were closed for the Holiday, which I expected. Less than an hour later, the owner called me back personally. She was totally empathetic to our misery and told us to bring in the coach (40' class A) first thing the following morning We were at their doorstep at 8AM and by 10am we were on our way home. Everyone from Amy in the office, to Mike the mechanic and especially the general manager, Mike were outstanding to work with. They all went above and beyond in their customer service. GM Mike's professionalism, attitude and willingness to take care of all our concerns is to be applauded. He is an asset to this company. You can't go wrong using Excel to service your RV.

I had repairs 3 times on my RV. Every time I received an estimate. The repairs completed accurately and below the original estimate.Friendly staff and Carl and Kevin were helpful and showed me on my RV what exactly was needed. NO unexpected repairs that were costly.I will use Excel for all my future repairs and maintenance services.I highly recommend Excel for your repairs.

For the past four years we have been taking our 33 foot Class A motorhome to Excel for its annual work, since we have a Workhorse chassis. Every time we have been there we have received excellent service with attention to detail. It was very nice to see this year when we went that Mike, who was working on our rig last year, is now manager. He is very detail-oriented and has excellent customer service. Kylie, in the office, is an excellent addition as well. We look forward to returning next year

I have had my camper van in for service with Mike and his team for general maintenance and occasional repairs during the past three years. I have been very happy with the level of service and professionalism. Mike and his team are dedicated to providing the best service and addressing all concerns. Recently, after a significant failure in my campers batteries and electric power, I took the van to Excel where Mike spent more than an hour and a half over two days testing every component of the van's multiple power sources to diagnose the problem. He also kept the van overnight while operating it at full load to see if he could replicate the problem. After assuring me that everything was in working order and explaining his findings, it was determined the problem was in the power source I had been hooked to at the campground. Because there was no problem with the van or it's power sources, Mike did not charge me anything! He had the van for two days and, again, gave more than an hour and a half of his time with me. Now that is what I call a great and honorable businessman!. I will, and have, highly recommend Execl Palm Beach for any RV maintenance and repairs. You will be treated fairly, respectfully, and you can have confidence that you are getting the best service.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Excel Fleet Service! I brought my Class A motor home there for some work, and cannot be more impressed by their professionalism, patience, and dedication to doing right by their customers! I had been told that there was no company close by that could or would service my brand of motor home (an American Eagle), and that I would have to drive it up to the Tampa area. In speaking to someone that used to do mobile repairs, they pointed me to Excel as a company that I could trust. From the time I first spoke to their receptionist, to the best mechanic in the state (Mike Panchenko!), to the rest of the staff there (Tony in particular), and finally to the owner, Sophia, everyone treated us like family. Mike even walked me through my coach after working on it, and since I had never had a Class A before, he patiently showed me all the ins and outs and all the cool things I can do! If I could give 10 gold stars I would!

I have brought my motor coach in for servicing more than one time. The service provided by Karl and Kevin has been exceptional. They have always been available to answer any questions and work on a timely manner. I would highly recommend excel fleet to RV owners.

BEWARE: I dropped off my rv here over 1 month ago, they claimed would take 3-4 weeks to get an estimate done. I waited 3 weeks and called, at which point I was told that nothing had been done (because of "people like me" who keep calling to check the status of their rv.) The manager Melissa screamed at me over the phone and hung up! I called back in a few days and apologized (ridiculous) and we smoothed it over and she sent me the estimate, all good. I called back the next day to say let's proceed with the work, and spoke to the owner , Sonia, who said great. She called me back 10mins later and told me that she is not willing to do any of the work because the rv is "too old". 4 weeks after I dropped off my coach, it is now "too old" to do any work on..she told me to call a carpenter to fix my issues including changing fuel lines, replacing skylight and other small electrical issues, which clearly, a carpenter wouldn't be able to help..I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company IN MY LIFE!

Outstanding customer service! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am new to the RV world, but Excel made my experience of renovating an old camper a pleasure. Thank you to everyone at Excel, I will enjoy my RV for years to come. If you want service and quality, I highly recommend you bring your troubles to Excel.

I called them to make sure they could work on the transmission in my 32' RV before having it towed down there. They assured me that they could, then when I get it there they try one diagnostic computer test which the technician did not know what the code meant. 2 weeks later they call me to say that I could have them do a diagnostic test for $1000.00 or replace the transmission! When I said I would like to take to someone who only works on transmissions they said I would need to pay them $232 for storage! But it was only there waiting for them to work on it!!!Definitely not the place you want to take your RV.Service: Transmission

I cannot put into words how well Excel Fleet Service treated My Wife and I. 5 Stars is NOT enough!We had a bearing literary ally catch on Fire on the rear Axle of our Travel Trailer as we were heading North to our Home in Chesapeake Va. on the Florida Turnpike. The Wheel and Tire came completely off the Axle. So, there we we were,stuck on the side of the Road with 70+ Mile an Hour Traffic flying by only feet away. Needless to say, it was Unnerving. It was Easter weekend and we having trouble finding anyone to help. Garrison Banks of Excel Fleet Services and His wife took time out of their holiday weekend and personally came to our rescue. They escorted us to Safety and Made sure we were completely comfortable. Monday Morning, Excel's wonderful staff immediately started work on our Camper trying to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I didn't think there were Nice , Helpful people left in the world until now. They treated us like you hope to be treated in any situation, especially one as this. We are and will always be grateful for what Garrison,His Wife, Patrick and the wonderful staff at Excel Fleet Service did for us. Top Notch!!!!Thank you, God Bless.Sincerely,Mitch and Joy

Such a great experience with Carl and Keevin. They were able to fix my RV's leveling system and battery issues quick and worked with the extended warranty company to get it done for an affordable price. Such professionals and we will definitely be back for all of our RV needs.

We were scheduled to leave Lion Country Safari KOA on February 1st and our slide was not working. I called Excel to see if they did mobile repairs and they gave me a referral to Alan at Unique RV Repair. Alan came out and got the slide working and we were on our way. Thank you for the excellent referral! Alan was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
