Sami is absolutely phenomenal! Nijah was also excellent my technician. Such a wonderful trustworthy family business. Great work and fair prices. I can't wait to bring back all my European cars in the future!

Horrible customer service. Sami is very disrespectful and nasty! I will never and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Absolutely unprofessional. This guy is something else, understaffed so he takes it out on the customer. If you own this place please fire him.

Sami was super nice. Stayed in contact before and during the repair. He suggested I call the dealership to see if the part he was repairing was still covered under warranty prior to working on our vehicle. Eventually still saved us about 500 bucks compared to the dealership, was fast with the repair. Would definitely recommend if you have a european auto and want to avoid the dealership

I ve been taking my cars to the European Auto clinic for many years for all my mechanic and any body work needs, Sami did an amazing paint job on my car. I highly recommend them, honest and straight forward on pricing and on their expert advice.

They performed the "92k" service on my Audi Q5 TDI Quattro for a great price and kept me informed every step of the way. Sami and Katty are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional about the services they provide on vehicles such as mine that need more specialized attention than the chain auto repair shops. So far (with 1 visit), so good!

Called to find out information about the vehicle that I purchased that has been to their shop previously, very courteous and professional! Helped me even though I was not a direct customer since I am not in the area. The online praise that they have is for a reason I see now!

Rip-off artists. Another shop quoted me over the phone $250.00 to replace a fan blower relay. These guys said that it would have to be tested on a machine to determine problem. They tested it and said it was blower motor and would cost $1000. I took it to the first shop. it was only a relay as they suggested and fixed it for $250.00.

I will never take my car there again. The owner Sami bad talks about the Mercedes dealer that they rip people off and that they aren't honest well he is the one that is not honest because he over charges on the hours of labor on your car and on top of all this he leaves the interior car all dirty and greasy and than says that it wasn't him after it been sitting in his shop all day.
