The Elite team did an amazing job fixing my car! John, Marlon, and Lisa were great at communicating with me and State Farm. They answered any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them!

This place is great. John, the owner, is such a decent man, and I felt totally comfortable that he would do what he said for the estimate he gave. Office employees Lisa and Marlon are as nice as can be. Everyone is polite and helpful, and at no time do you feel you re being put off or lied to. I honestly like them so much I may stop by if I m driving past just to say hello. My car was done in a very timely manner and it looks great again.Any business that is kind to cats is trustworthy in my eyes, and Elite is a gem of a body shop. Thanks, everyone at Elite!

John, was exceptional. He could not do our vehicle but truly appreciated his honesty and feedback. His workmanship is high quality. We wanted strictly a paint job and he does not do that, unfortunately.

I was referred by a Nissan dealership to get my car repaired with Elite Paint & Body after being rear ended in a car accident.I am so grateful for the personable service and care that I received. John, Marlon and Lisa are awesome. The staff is responsive and professional.My car looks brand new! The mechanics did a fantastic job. This is a fantastic team that cares about quality and service. If you are looking for an auto body repair shop, look no further because you have found it. You will not be disappointed.

This is the first time I write a Google review and it's for John. I've been plagued by problems with my used rebuild Honda Accord because the trunk was of rather poor quality during the re-build process. I have asked many body shops before, and they basically replied that it would take more than a month and cost nearly $5,000 .So I went to John. After looking at my car, he asked about the condition of my car. After knowing that my car is in good condition, he sincerely suggested that I not spend extra money on repairing rust cracks because it is not worthy. Why don't I sell it and buy a new car after driving it for one or two years. Then John made some simple repairs on some cracks and replaced the loose screws, For free!I have to say that although the problem has not been resolved, John's attitude of giving priority to customers rather than blindly quoting makes me feel very comfortable. I hope I don't come to John for car problems in the future, but if I ever need to, Elite Paint & Body Shop will definitely be my first choice

Next level service. John has been doing this from the same location for 40 years, he told me. For him, it really is not always about money. He could have charged me a lot more. His work is top notch. This place is a reason to hope in the economy and people on the whole.

A body shop that answers the phone! Best body shop around! John and his staff are hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly. John is an ace when it comes to insurance claims. Insurance companies will not take advantage of you if John has anything to say about it! And your vehicle will be as good as new or better once completed. And it will be completed in a timely fashion.

Took the car to Elite Paint & Body because of an accident. The car had some cosmetic damage that I wanted repaired. From the first call I felt very welcomed and would be taken care of. John spent time explaining the whole process from start to finish. Lisa helped me with the insurance claims and everything that insurance needs. All the staff were very nice. John is very honest and to the point. I didn't feel taken advantage at all.The end results was fantastic. The car looked like brand new. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need to go back, but if I do, I will go back to Elite. Thanks for making the process easy!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

By far, Elite has done absolutely the best auto body work I have ever seen. I do not have any photos, but let's just say that the car looks brand new again. If I didn't know, I would not be able to tell that it was the right side passenger door and rear quarter panel that were repaired, because the right side of the car looks exactly like it did before the damage was done. They also completed the work exactly when they said they would, and the final cost was exactly what they said it would be. They are not cheap, but it was worth every penny.UPDATE: 2 years later and another 2 repairs, and all of the above still applies!!!! Lisa, Marlon, John, and their team - just top quality work and customer service, and the price was very reasonable for top quality work. We are very happy customers! Imagine you take your high-priced car into a body shop for very minor damage. They give an estimate, about $1,000, to fix it. But the owner sees the damage and says get some touch up paint, I can make it good as new and it won t cost you anything. And he did. He fixed it and didn t charge me a nickel. Then .someone keyed my left front bumper. I took it in again and John, the owner, filled the damage with clear coat, buffed it out (I had to come back twice) and it s good as new. Cost? Zero.He had previously done an absolutely perfect repair on my wife s Mercedes.So, at Elite you get an owner who is more interested in saving you money than he is in making money for himself. You get a shop that does top notch work. And you know you re going to be treated fairly.What more could one ask? John and Elite are awesome!

Great service. My 2018 M5 had a loud sound coming from the engine and I was super worried and my buddy told me about these guys. I never heard of them but I must say these fellas were absolutely professional and had my baby (my car) lol in and out in about 2 hours. Super affordable as well. These are my go to guys for here on. We brought our 2013 Toyota Rav to Elite Paint & Body Shop after an accident we had. They did a completely phenomenal job & made it look brand new! Every single employee we came in contact with was efficient, friendly, & totally dedicated to doing the best job & making us feel comfortable about leaving our car in their hands! I have been using Elite for more than 30 years and I wouldn't go any place else. John and his entire staff are top of the line in every way. Their work is impeccable because John doesn't accept anything less than perfection. Just two days ago I had to take my 2004 Toyota convertible with only 60,000 miles into John, with a lot of damage. My biggest concern was that they would total my car, but in his typical reassuring way, he told me that whatever the outcome , he would help me. He asked me not to worry and just to let him do his job. He did and my car will be repaired, not totaled. Before I get my car back I know that it will look perfect. Having had John do the work on all of our cars over the past 30 years, I know exactly what I will be getting when I pick up my baby. It may be a 2004 vehicle but it will look like it just came off of the showroom floor. I am writing this before I pick up my car because I want to share that in addition to doing amazing work, John is a breath of fresh air in today's environment. He is honest and ethical and caring in addition to being a perfectionist when it comes to the finished product. It's not surprising that the rest of his staff follow in his footsteps. I have always recommended Elite to my friends, and I am happy to recommend to anyone who reads this, there isn't a better place to take your car for bodywork. John and his staff are the very BEST. After much research, I selected Elite Paint & Body to repaint my hood and blend the fenders on my 370Z. John was extremely knowledgeable and fair with his estimate for the work. He stood by his prices and went out of his way to polish my headlights and cover them with vinyl. He wasn't happy until I was 100% satisfied. I can say that I was amazed with the quality of the final product. Every employee there is a professional and very respectful. This is the only shop I would recommend for paint and body work.Service: Painting

This is an excellent shop. I was referred to them by i95 Nissan. Our new car had about $5K in damage. Yes, they did an excellent job on the car but that's not all.What sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. We needed our car. They put our car back together even though two insignificant plastic parts had not arrived. When the parts finally came in, they replaced the plastic parts at no extra charge weeks later and these parts were buried and not easily replaced. They also picked up our car at Nissan and returned it there. When you have a family and you lose a car for a day, these little things can make a huge difference and they did for us. My car was stolen on September 10 my insurance company decided to tell me it was totaled so I told them to take the claim away. Monday the 26th I picked up my car the gentleman that took my money agreed with me that the car was not totaled. Today he again agreed with me and then the insurance company called him and he said the car is totaled I totally agree with you so how can this man agree with me and agree with her at the same time. I m not talking about the owner John Cuz he was really nice And I m not talking about the lady that does the money part. I m talking about the other gentleman that told me today my bumper could be glued together and I only needed one rim the left front one yesterday he told me that the insurance company wants my car for some reason because it s not totaled out it s a nice car We had someone drive it it drives good so all that being said why would he lie to me and then lie to the manager of the adjuster that was going to totaled out my car my name s Jeannette Devenyi I certainly would like an explanation from the owner as to why this man would lie to me and lied to the insurance company so John please give me a call back you got my numberService: Brakes

We just picked up our car yesterday after 2 weeks of them working on it. Long story... wasn't their fault though. This body shop was very professional from beginning to end. Everyone from the owner on down were very nice. In the end our car looked like it wasn't even damaged! Will definitely bring our car back here if necessary...but praying it won't be Thanks again!!

We recently purchased a new Honda Insight for my mother and someone carelessly smashed their door on ours and put a small dent in the door. The Honda Dealership recommended Elite Paint and Body. I met with John who assessed the damage as minor and suggested that given the limited damage and newness of the vehicle and its paint, we would be better off having a well-recommended paintless dent repair company do the repair for a fraction of the cost. John even called the company for me on the spot to confirm an estimate, which we needed for obtaining payment from the individual who damaged our car. That company in turn did a fantastic job. His honesty and helpfulness truly exceeded expectations. Whenever we have any paint or body shop needs in future, we'll definitely be bringing our vehicles to Elite Paint & Body Shop.

John talked me out of paint project I was considering. I was very impressed with his integrity, and willingness to help without making a penny. He even offered to review any quotes I got elsewhere. His priority is his customers satisfaction, and not his wallet, something all to rare to encounter these days. Hats off to you John, and should I ever need any work done, Elite Paint & Body Shop will be my first stop!

I have had to use this business a few times over the years and I will say it is the ONLY body shop I will use. I have OCD issues with my vehicles and this shop always meets and exceeds my expectations. Giving this a 1, wish i could give it zero. Pathetic excuse of a body shop. I have a 20 year old 4 runner that had a messed up I beam and side board. I took it in for estimate, 6 THOUSAND dollars!!!fully we re trying to take advantage of a young person, fixed it myself for $500. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

Great shop to take your vehicle to. My wife's car got rear ended. John and his team provided a detailed estimate, worked with my insurance and delivered the car as promised. The shop went through great lengths to match the pearly finish on the car. Everything lined up well. I would use this shop again if I need a body shop in the future.

Best body shop in Florida! John Hauser is a businessman that truly cares about his customers and the QUALITY of the work he does. The local Toyota dealer did a lousy job fixing my Toyota, but Elite Paint and Body made it look as good as the day I drove it off the lot!One of the few businesses I have no problem recommending to EVERYONE!Keep up the good work John...
