While on vacation got a flat tire. We went to Elite Auto and they were very accommodating and plugged the tire for us. I would highly recommend this place for anything you may need. In and out in less than a half hour.

We were leaving Florida for our home in North Carolina when our engine light came on. We had no time to spare as I m scheduled for surgery in a couple of days. We got to the shop and were assisted by Reuben. He definitely knows the meaning of customer service. Tim was a superstar and quickly evaluated our vehicle. Luckily, it was an electrical problem and we were safe to travel.If you need service in the Palm Beach area, this shop should be your go-to auto repair. Many thanks, Reuben and Tim!

Great service!Reuben and Tom fit us in for a quick diagnostic test after the engine light came on. We had to get home to NC for a hip replacement and were able to leave on time. Thanks so much!

Incredible customer service. The gentleman at the desk is exactly that he s professional. He s courteous and he seems straightforward. And the gentleman that does the work is quiet and seems like his biggest interest is the cars. The car was my baby. I really use this doctor again in a second. pricewise I have been told he is very fair and not cheap and he s not super expensive but the job is done great. Even above and beyond.

We dropped a car off for AC repair on a Thursday and was told that the car wouldn t be ready until Monday because of all the work they had. This was very disappointing and I said so. We finally bit the bullet and agreed to leave the car.Much to our surprise, we got a call later that afternoon saying the car was ready for pickup. Elite really impressed us. The price was just as quoted and we are very happy with the work done. I d definitely do business with them again! Thanks Elite!!!Services: A/C installation & repair, Auto body & trim replacement

Singer Island location sucks. I don't think the mechanic knows what he's doing. Can't fix a leak. After 3 consecutive service appointments/attempts to fix this leak, charging me over $1500.00! and spending over $200.00 in Uber fees! ...I still have a damn leak!! Management and owner have no morals or ethics and I still have an unrepaired car. And after their 3rd attempt at the repair, I was willing to go back a 4th time because the owner Nick said to me, "I don't know what's going on bring it back in tomorrow and I'm going to take a look at it myself just call me when you drop the car off and I will pay for an Uber for you." The next morning I dropped the car off and called him. he never answered my call and I have not heard from him since. He totally blew me off and now I'm left with this huge bill and a leaky car. Sad you can't trust any one anymore.It's hard to find honorable people and businesses. Gotta wonder how people sleep at night. My advice, stay away from this location.Service: Engine repair

Just popped in on these guys with an emergency fallen under carriage cover. Moe was awesome, put it up immediately and his guy fixed in in a flash. Can't say enough about the prompt friendly service!! Highly recommend Elite Auto Repair!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE, VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP, I WILL SAY WHEN BRYAN WAS STILL AROUND IT WAS FINE BUT NOW THAT ITS RUN BY THE GENERL MANAGER NICK AND HIS SIDE KICK MOHAMMED ITS A JOKE. THESE GUYS ARE 100 PERCENT CON ARTIST SO IF THATS THE KINDA PLACE YOUR LOOKING FOR THEN LOOK NO FURTHER, THE FUNNY THING IS I KNEW IT FROM MOMENT I MET THEM SO THEY WERE REALLY FOOLING NO ONE BUT THEM SELVES. UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME I TOOK IT THERE ANYWAYS BECAUSE IT WAS SUGGESTED BY MY WARRANTY COMPANY WHICH WAS EVEN MORE OF A RED FLAG.. SO NOW ONE ENGINE REPLACED BY BRYAN WHEN HE WAS STILL AROUND THEN A CAM SEAL REPLACEMENT ONE YEAR LATER UNDER NICKS WATCH 2,000 AFTER THIS REPAIR THE CAR STILL LEAKED OIL SO I TOOK IT BACK THERE ONLY BECAUSE THE REPAIR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY OH BUT NOW ITS THE CRANK SEAL NOT THE CAM SEAL HMMM.. HOW CONVENIENT L.. 1,300 THEN GET THIS I FINALLY GET IT BACK 3 WEEKS LATER, I START TO DRIVE IT BUT HEAR A VERY FUNNY NOISE COMING FROM THE TIMING AREA ALMOST LIKE A GRINDING NOISE NICK TELLS ME TO BRING IT BACK BUT HE THINKS ITS FINE JUST THE TIMIMG COVER SO I BRING IT IN AS REQUESTED AND THE FECH THERE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TODAY TO BRING IT IN TOMORROW EVERYTHING IS FINE ITS JUST THE COVER I HEAR AGAIN SO I SAY OK WELL THEN LETS DRIVE TO WORK, I MEAN THE GUY THAT JUST SUPPOSEDLY FIXED MY CAR ASSURED ME IT WAS OK RIGHT HAHA WELL AS IM PULLING OFF THE HIGHWAY FRESH FROM LEAVING THE MECHANIC THAT JUST ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS OK, I HEAR AN ALFUL KNOCKING NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE AND AS I HIT THE CORNER GOT A WARNING LIGHT- OIL PRESSURE LEVEL LOW UHOH THERS ONLY A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THAT SOUND AND COINCIDE WITH THE WARNING LIGHT YEP ITS A BLOWN ENGINE WOW RIGHT AFTER THIS GREAT REPAIR THEY DID FOR ME GO FIGURE SO I CALLED KNICK AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION HE S LIKE OH WELL GET IT BACK IN HERE AND LETS SEE IF WE CAN GET THE COMPANY THAT PROVIDED THE ENGINE TO WARRANTY IT FOR YOU KNOWING THAT WE CANT THERE WAS ONLY 12000 MILES I WAS AT 23,000 HAHA I LISTENED LIKE A FOOL AND TOWED IT BACK TO HIM 4 WEEKS LATER AFTER ZERO COMMUNICATION I FIND OUT THE WARRANTY COMPANY WONT BUDGE ON PROVIDING ONE BECAUSE IM 1000 MILES OVER MY 12,000 MILE WARRANTY BUT IM ACTUALLY 13,000 MILES OVER SEEING HOW IVE PUT 23,000 ON IT IN TOTAL SO THEY WERE EVEN TRYING TO SCAM THE WARRANTY COMPANY WOW WHAT A POS. THIS PLACE REALLY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. SERIOUSLY!

We were literally the very first Customers on their opening day. The service was impeccable and after doing comps on the repairs it was very fair. Jump to our second visit. Did not recognize staff and the service was completely different. We went there to put a battery(that we purchased) into the car and an assessment of any other repairs needed. When they called me back, we find out first that we were being charged the full cost for the battery, as if they purchased it and by the hour even if it took them 10 mins to install. We asked why we would pay for full cost if we got the battery and they told us it didn t matter. When reviewing potential repairs, I felt extremely pressured to get all repairs done. I did not have over 3K out of pocket and the mechanic seemed annoyed. I was literally told I was a ticking time bomb on the road. Compare comps and don t be pressured into anything. Take their advice into consideration, of course, but do your homework and never feel pressured. There are thousands of mechanic s out there who respect and need your business.

This auto repair shop was the best I have been to, they fixed up my Tesla so fast you can literally say in a blink, they are so amazing and even fixed up my janky old tire and my seats and they repaired so much and reached way higher than my expectations I am so happy this is the best day ever, it is literally in the name ELITE auto repair they are so humble and kind Nick has such a calm tone and handles problems so easily.Services: Tires, Painting, Engine repair, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Vacationing on Singer Island, I left my Audi A4 with Brian for a simple oil and filter change. Brian is a friendly guy and has a tidy shop. After about an hour he calls, "You know, you have a pretty serious coolant leak." Dang! Yes, I knew about it but neglected to mention it. I had asked my regular mechanic whether he could fix it, but he didn't want to touch it. I didn't have the time or desire to go to the dealer, so I had been dealing with it by simply topping up the reservoir as needed. I asked Brian whether he was confident he could fix the leak. Sure! I'll call back with a price. An hour later I get the price. Based on how my regular guy had described the project it sounded fair. We agreed to proceed, the car remained overnight and the next day the oil and filter were changed and the coolant leak repaired. He showed me the part that needed replacing and answered all my questions about the process. And the final price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. We were on vacation in South Florida when we had an issue with our vehicle. Elite auto repair was able to get us in within a day, they diagnosed our problem and called to let us know what the problem was, the cost of parts and labor and when it would be ready. The price was very reasonable and the repair was done within a day! Everyone we spoke or dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and we are just so grateful to Elite Auto Care! Elite Auto Repair is nothing but... AWESOME!!! They helped me when I was in a super jam. I purchased a car at an auction, and I did not make it one block from the seller's house. Elite Auto Repair replaced the shift linkage for me. I wasn't even in FL while they did the job. Brian was completely transparent, and kept me informed of the progress he made. Brian is professional, fair, and cool. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Brian was exceptionally helpful in getting an interior repair performed under a 'protection package' I had purchased with my truck. I had purchased this service through my dealership's finance department; the dealership was of NO help whatsoever. The company (Assurant) providing the coverage was NO help whatsoever (wasn't even able to tell me where to go or what to do). After calling perhaps 15 places around the area out of frustration, I had called Elite and spoken with Brian. He made sure to communicate with me during the entire process of getting a claim filed and approved and ordering the part, and once the part had arrived he turned the truck around quickly. While the truck was in his shop (this is for an INTERIOR repair to a damaged seat), he noticed a transmission shaft seal leaking; when he called to let me know the truck was ready to be picked up, he let me know about the leak, and informed me he confirmed it would be covered under the still-active powertrain warranty so I could make an appointment at my dealership to have it rectified. Brian went above and beyond. I'm thoroughly appreciative of the work performed and the customer service provided.Service: Body & Trim

They saved us. Honda CRV electrical system failed. We were checking out at Singer with no rooms available. Worked us in did the repair in a few hours . We had no options and they were more than fair. I was referred to this shop by Car shield and thought it prudent to stay in network..BIG MISTAKE. I made an appointment brought car in (Monday)and rented a vehicle to use. I told them the lifters were tapping so they called the insurance co and told them the estimate. They could not secure a payout, drove the car 30 Miles to another shop and let it sit there for 10 days while getting abused by the insurance co. Finally they said they would do the repair but I was responsible if the insurance co didn't pay. They also wanted me to pay 350 tear down fee upfront(don't forget 500 in car rental fees already) The vehicle had not been touched , driven 30 Miles away, they could not effectively deal with the insurance co and now want me to pay for the repair out of pocket! I told them I just want my car so they had someone drive it back. I was met with a FEE OF 187.50 FOR "DIAGNOSTICS". They extorted this payment for doing NOTHING! Complete failure to work with the insurance co, put 100 miles on the car and left me out of pocket 187.50 + 500 car rental. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM EXTORTION SHOP AT ALL COSTS. (FYI!!!!I took the car to DARYN at Automotive specialists and he had it fixed with full coverage from insurance co in 5 DAYS!!) Spread the word and stay away from Elite Scam Shakedown Extortion pros. That's all they are.

Just moved to Singer Island my 53 GMC truck needed a tuneup and some maintenance Brian and crew got all the classic parts and got it running good as new even though it s 70 years old.Will definitely bring my cars back to Elite and would recommend to others.Services: Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

I'm very suspicious of a shop that does not let you bring your own oil & filter which most small shop do. I have a Mustang GT and I only use Mobil 1 Synthetic and I only use a Motorcraft Ford filter and the guy behind the counter didn't even want to order them for me as an option. I will not be using this shop.
