So the Boss (not Springsteen) but my wife, gets a Jeep from me as a gift. She says I love it but can't we get cool wheels? What? You know you can get different wheels? Yup I want cool ones. I called around and liked Custom Wheel connection. They were fantastic too deal with and prompt upfront. Came in got them done hassle free. Great dealing with them.

As a frequent customer I am never disappointed with the level of service I receive from Andy. I always deal with him directly for my rim or tire needs and he never fails to deliver! His staff of installers are also personable and professional. I went in today to have rims and tires installed on my wife's Mercedes and they did an excellent job as always. I went in a few months ago to purchase tires for my Jeep and received quality tires at a good price. Great shop & awesome service! Rich and his team were extremely helpful in bringing my 2022 Tundra to the next level. They installed MT 35's with a 2" leveling kit, a new grill & a skid plate. Thank you to the CWC Team! Nice work!

Place is a scam. Went here for an alignment after putting wheels on my brand new truck. They told me i had a bent tie rod I found it hard to believe being that the truck is BRAND new but i let them change it anyway. Asked them for the part back when they finished. Brought it to my mechanic and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Place scammed me 400$ Terrible

Copper and his team did an amazing job lifting up my 2020 Tacoma. Very happy. This was the first time I visited to their shop. Cooper was very helpful and gave me a great price. I ve been coming here for years and didn t have a problem until recently. I got new tires about three months ago and got a nail in one. When it was plugged and then inflated the tire was deemed no good. The shape was weird and smelled of fish oil. They were not helpful in any way other than telling me I can buy a new tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

Customer service was excellent the place was Booming. The inside amazing Wheels like you haven't seen and the service itself was excellent. They know what they are doing. I told them what I was looking for they had options they gave their recommendation and helped me decide and they are perfect. And they are fast. Highly recommended thank you guys.

Moved up to Lake Worth from Broward not long ago, and now I wanted some suspension upgrades done on my recently purchased Ford Taurus SHO from Al Packer Ford, just north of Custom Wheel Connection on Military Trail. So, when living in Broward, having already been told good things about CWC from my car nut friends in Palm Beach County, they were the obvious choice to have some H&R Sport Springs installed. Not to mention, the close to 5-star rating from the 170+ reviews before mine certainly confirmed what I was told.One that caught my eye was from a guy who came in knowing his vision and the end result he desired, but not the specifics of how to get there. He stated CWC helped him through options and he posted a picture of his Mustang with custom wheels, which also appeared to be lowered an inch or so.I then called up one day and got Vic on the phone. Explained to him what was on my mind, and he provided me a fair estimate to furnish & install the springs. Asked how much additional the required alignment was, and he said it was already included in the price quoted. Who knew? Like I said....fair.Of course, as I expected, being a new customer a down payment was needed, but only 25% to order the material. In my experience other companies routinely ask for 40-50-60% down.Gave the deposit, Vic ordered with expedited shipping, while we also scheduled a day for the install. Next, dropped the car of 1st thing that morning @ 8:30 AM, and with Vic not in that day the owner Andy took good care of me. He estimated the time frame, about a 5 hour job, and gave me call at home when it was ready.Springs were installed perfectly, alignment was all good and in line with Ford specs, and all the benefits of the moderate (1.5 ) lowering were felt. The SHO now rides, steers, and handles noticeably smoother / better in all respects. The less drag (from less air in front of the car) resulting from lowering it gives it a little more zip when accelerating, with the additional downforce (air is now on top) allowing for better cornering. Unlike a police cruiser, it looks nice and hunkered down as it should. Exactly the upgrade the SHO needed.And since I commute to work, the daily highway cruising is much more pleasurable. Wasn t bad before, but again, everything is smoother & better.........and the wife and I can t wait to head up to the Carolinas and Virginia to visit family, for upcoming July 4th week and as we do several times each year.Why all the before-after performance information and pictures? It s a sign of a job well done, which is to say there are other shops that DO NOT do the same quality work. Also, everyone @ CWC beginning with Vic - treated me like a long-time customer, so it was a great experience for me. Should also note, since I ve had this work done on a few other vehicles before living in Palm Beach, the price I paid was what I d expected. (Translation: Very reasonably priced, and as a regular working class not rich - family man.....I did not overpay.)Last, but not least, suspension lifting or lowering work is but one type of service they provide check out their website for the drop-down menu of services offered - and I look forward to doing more there in the future. (Custom wheels have already been discussed.......thinking gloss black, maybe gunmetal?)You should try em, too.

Had some heavy duty rims that we were not able to do (balance) at our own shop. Talked to Angel and he had us in and out of there in no time. Pretty inexpensive price as well. Everyone was helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 will continue to recommend. Thanks you guys. You're #1 in my book.

I went in with a pretty good idea of the look I was after for my particular car, but I needed an expert to help me pick the right size, offset, tires, etc. Pat and Andy helped me pick out wheels, tires, and suspension for my 2017 Mustang GT and it came out exactly as I hoped it would! Installs were very clean and issue-free, and the balance-job they did was top notch. When the difference between a 30 and 35 series sidewall makes a difference to you, I don't think there's anyone better in WPB than this shop. See you guys again soon.

Went here because all the reviews seemed to be positive. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. Rich and the team was helpful at first but upon receiving my truck numerous things were wrong. I left the truck in working condition and when I came to pick it up I noticed the headlights and taillights were on without the engine running. When I went to start the car the battery was almost dead due to headlights being on. Once I got it started the AC did not turn on so I had to mess with it a bit to finally get it working. All this could of been a coincidence but then my brakes stopped working. I brought it back and they wanted nothing to do with it and swears they did not move the brake lines whatsoever. What they did was install the brake line in front when they put the lift on so when I would turn my wheel it would pinch the brake line. I had no brakes and had to get it towed. Still after trying to communicate they want nothing to do with it and still insist it wasn't their fault when clearly it was. Others seem to have good business with them but for me I wouldn't recommend using them.

The folks at custom wheel just did my fourth set of wheels. A Jeep this time and I needed them to be just right. Andy really cares about customers being happy and he really went the extra mile to be sure we had the right sizing, a process which can be quite complicated on these rigs. The Custom guys really know their business and I am super happy with the result.

More discussion & guidance about what I was looking for would have been appreciated. I haven't made a decision yet because I have too many unanswered questions. The staff seemed more interested in pricing the 1 or 2 products I mentioned instead of asking questions & discussing what impact different options would have on my vehicle.

These guys are awesome, took my sister in for a mount balance and alignment on a saturday and got her in and out very quickly AND gave her a great price. Definitely grateful for these guys and prefer them over the local tires plus or tire kingdom any day. Hope these guys stay in business for a long time. They've earned us as customers for sure. Had a great experience here. I walked in off the street looking for new rims and tires for my mustang. The guys worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted and gave me an awesome deal.
