It was a great experience! Tech was professional and knowledgeable. He alerted me when he was coming, showed up on time, and did a thorough job. Office was in touch with me and updated me sufficiently. It was less expensive than the leading glass replacement company which was great. I saved about $80 and this included coming to my house with no additional charge for that.I would highly recommend City Auto Glass and will definitely use them again if the need arises.Service: Glass installation

I had a great experience with city glass. They called me to make an appointment and they showed up on time. The man that came called me an hour before he came. I had plenty of notice. He explained everything that had to be done and then did the work while I stayed in the house. I went out to check on him and he said he was almost done and that he would finish the paperwork and I could just sign it. Everything was perfect, the windshield glass is installed correctly, the truck was clean with no remnants of the work that had been done, and the man was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend city glass to anybody that needed window, windshield or other glass replacement. There is nothing I would change about the experience I had and I really appreciate that.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It was a pleasure dealing with City Auto Glass. Making the appointment over the phone was easy and the agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. The technician, Mike, kept me informed about his arrival time and when he arrived explained how he was going to proceed and how long the job would take. By phone, their own representatives admitted that their staff are incapable of removing an undamaged windshield without breaking it 95% of the time. Not the level of skill or care I would want doing my work. (Volvo dealers have local glass subcontractors who can do this successfully everyday.)

Great experience with City Auto. Professional all the way. Was a little bit concerned before hand about the calibration with the lane assist but once finished talking to installer I was not worried at all. Install took about 90 minutes. Very happy with the installation.
