We were recommended to Rick and Rodney from my Al Packer service agent to redo the convertible top on our 2013 Mustang. We are so happy we went with them. Rick and Rodney were so easy to talk to and work with. They answered all our questions, went over everything with us and were able to get us scheduled when we needed.We went from a vinyl to cloth convertible top , a new switch, and had two panels in the door redone. You can tell when you re there that Rodney takes so much pride and care in what he does. He really did a phenomenal job. When we pulled up to get it, we couldn t believe it was our car. The cloth top made it look so awesome!Ty Rick and Rodney for all the quality work you do! We will be sharing our experience with everyone who is in need of your services.

A giant thank you. Wonderful experience. My brand new luxury car didn t have enough lumbar support for person my size. Central Auto Trim made it no problem ! They fixed to perfection , and were very patient an understanding when I had to come back for a tweak to the length of the seat. That was fixed in about 10 minutes. I drove away smiling. And all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend any upholstery needs. Thank you Brian and Rick and all!

I had them do my motorcycle seat a few years ago. Was all excited cause I got a good recommendation for this place. Was quoted two or three weeks. Took almost four months. They didn t start actually working on it until I started regularly showing up and even then not really. Had to leave work early a bunch of times to make this happen. And even then they shut their doors early when they knew I was coming several times. It was a horrible experience all the way through. Rude staff that doesn t care about the customer. And after all this my motorcycle seat was not great. Was honestly more comfortable before.

The experience at CENTRAL AUTO TRIM was phenomenal: Rick and Rodney are uniquely professional, caring and talented! My convertible top was completed in an extremely timely fashion, perfectly, and was fairy priced! Entirely satisfied! Thank you, Rick and Rodney for your exceptional service! Amazing difference to my car s interior! CAT did an incredible job at a reasonable price and restored these eyesore seats to show room new.Highly recommend.

Called and got a very unproffesionalPLEASE HOLDNopeGain some phone etiquette....Edit:Owner responded a long duration after the event. Rationalized the poor behavior by being understaffed. Then went on to lament of a world where people are more patient.All understood, I am very reasonable1.7 million review helpfuls3.9 million photo viewsThat being said, I remember that day and call, thats how bad it was. I called and needed help that day. I was met with an abrasive response and left hanging.No sir.Advice:If you are that sincere, put that foot forward first.If you dont have time to do something right the first time, where will you find the time to do it a second?

Took a little while to get in but only because they were so busy. Great shop, would definitely recommend. They replaced my convertible top after there were a couple rips in the vinyl.
