I asked for an alignment and 4 tire install. Guy says no problem. He later cashes me out. I notice he only charged me for the install. So I said hey you for to charge for the alignment. He replies "oh, can't do that today we're about to close come back tomorrow". Which would have been fine if he said that an hour and a half earlier when I asked for an alignment. I've been coming here for years first time I've been unsatisfied.

My front tire popped on the highway and I didn t trust the spare tire to get me home. I found Johnny at Caroline Tires who was more than accommodating at such a short notice. Johnny was kind, fast and down to business. 10/10 will be back and great to know they offer more services over than tires!

Went first thing in the morning. My tires on my jeep were absolutely done no tread left nothing. The guys took about 30 minutes maybe less to put the new ones on. Great workers that work there. Would definitely go back.

Service was quick, customer always great, my tire was rotate quick, this is a place they don't charge to put air like others place, I have been. People very nice.A friends of mine referred me there since I been going to them for services and my daughter as well.

RUDE. They don t care about customer service just money. Billy the guy who s been there for 40 years can talk to customers any way he wants because he brings them the most money according to the guy in the front office. I would rather walk 10 miles with no shoes than to go here and have them work on my car. RACIST AT ITS FINEST!!!

Always a pleasure to come to this location. I ve been a customer for about a year now for my 4 vehicles.The staff is very good, friendly, efficient. The tech that usually services my vehicle: Diego.. a class-act !The staff that takes my call, confirms they have what I or members of my family need; Johnny.. also great !!Good stuff all around from this location !!

My experience at Caroline Tire was a pleasant one. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Being a person not knowing much about cars, they explained what was to be done and made sure you understood also what was done.Thank you for my alignment. Car feels great

I was so very pleased with the level of service I received today at Caroline Tire. I stopped in unexpectedly, hoping to get a used tire to fit my car. Not only did they have what I needed, at a great price, but they got me in and out the door super quick. Mind you this shop was super busy but EVERYONE was kind, efficient. and respectful. Y all did not disappoint. I ll definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience . Everyone that works there are so helpful and very pleasant and know what they are doing. I have been buying my tires from them for twenty one years.,and referring my friends and family. John gives great advice on what tires to buy,and will know if he has them in stock and order and get them asap.

Normally I don t write reviews but I got to say Caroline tires earn all five stars. I tried to get my rear springs changed on my Escalade and most mechanic shop told me leave my vehicle or they don t work on Escalade. Caroline tires did it the same day while I waited it took 30 to 45 minutes AND you see what they re doing unlike most mechanics shops they don t want you watching them!! I definitely would recommend my grandmother going to Caroline tires. They are very professional, HONEST and friendly and also affordability, they also do any mechanical work needed on your car.

I moved from Broward to Palm Beach and would always return to Broward for tires -- until I found Carolina Tires! They're conveniently located (right off Okee @ Indian Rd), they always have the right size tires for my SUV (their inventory is unmatched), the service is courteous and quick, and the price is always right! This is my new "go to" for tires! Trust me, you're wasting your time anywhere else!

I wish I would have found this place sooner. Johnny was amazing! Quality work, clear and honest explanation of the required work (with no extra unnecessary fluff), and at a price that is far lower than any large cooperate competitor. Definitely recommend!

This Caroline tire on Indiantown is trash I ve been coming to this location and the Dixie one for years never had a issue till Saturday 11/4/23 they damaged my stud and try to put blame on me they try to charge me 250 to remove the stud they damaged I ended up going to a wheel shop to get it removed whole bunch of kids that work at that location if you want good work go to the Caroline on Dixie might be a lil busy but worth the wait they know what there doing

I want to thank Johnny for the great work he did on car. In addition to managing the shop and having to juggle several jobs at the same time (they were packed with customers!), he gave me honest advice so I could choose the best option that fit my budget. It is clear that John, the owner who I have known for several years, hires honest and capable workers. I own 4 cars and have been getting great service throughout. Caroline tire is the only place I go for tires. Johnny, thanks for the two estimates for work I will soon need. Your knowledge of tires and car mechanics in general are outstanding! See you for the next repairs.

My husband and I along with my son's girlfriend was visiting my son in college in west palm beach and he was having tire issues we went to Firestone and they wanted to hold the car for two hours we went across the street to Caroline tires and was taken care of promptly. Excellent customer service. While my son is in college in palm beach this will be his go to spot. I highly recommend.
