Called Friday at 430pm, young lady was kind, helpful and attentive to my needs of urgent tire replacement. She scheduled for someone to come out with 35 minutes. I was so relieved....communicated when he arrived and was by my truck. Within 15 minutes changed old tire for replacement. He as well was very professional and kind. I have locked their number in and would highly recommend. Thank you so much both for being so kind and professional.

Called first thing in the morning for my flat tire - they came right away! Professional, friendly, and efficient. What more can you ask for?! I cannot thank this team enough!! Call them you won t regret it :)

I had a very disappointing experience at TirePlus on 441 and Southern today. I needed a tire repair, but was informed that a replacement was necessary. The employee, Louis, handled my order and suggested I leave the old tire for replacement rather than waiting. He estimated about 3 hours for the job. I arrived at 9:00 am and returned at 2:30 pm, only to find that after 5 hours, my tire was still untouched, lying outside the building. This was an extremely poor example of customer service.

First off I called to schedule a flat fix at 3 or 4pm and I was fine with next day. But nope they were there in 45min with the tire and all! Honest prices great services from the first phone call to the last message. If you need a quick friendly and cost effective tire service call them!!! You won t be let down! I now have my company I work for starting to use them!

They get 5 stars. They answered the phone right away, gave me a price and they were out to change 2 tires on a box truck within 40 minutes of the initial call. Reasonable prices and fast work.

Woke up to a flat tire, within seconds of calling I got an answer from a lady who was extremely friendly and helpful. She got my tire information and within minutes let me know if they had one in stock. Prices were way cheaper then everywhere else and they come to you. The guy who came was the owner and also very friendly and quick (they showed in 20 minutes). He checked first for a plug opportunity to save me money and that s just what he found - he easily could have just gave me a new tire for more money but didn t.I NEVER review things even if bad but this experience was too good not to share - and I always choose to support amazing small businesses. Thank you Best Tire!

Responded quickly, came to my house in 35 minutes (exactly how long they stated), got my tire on in about 10 minutes, and gave me a wonderfully quote. Couldn't ask for better service on short notice. My tire was ready to give out but couldn't get her into a shop because I have transmission issues and no reverse. I'm glad there was someone close by that was so professional and fast.

I was broken down on the 95 heading north, I called best tires road service they told me they will send someone. UT he had 2 calls before mines it will be about 1 1/2 hours I said I will wait.They called me back and I told them I am right by mile marker 101 on the 95 heading north,they said they are by exit 101 and sent me a screen shot of where he was,I told him he need to come further north,I was given a bad attitude he is not coming and he put the phone down,I called back about 12 times and he wouldn't answer the phone,after waiting 3 hours this was yhe treatment I received.I will never ever recommended them to anyone and make sure I share this on all social media platforms.The owner replied back and said the reason they didn't come is because they didn't have the tire for my car,which is a lied,because when they called me to tell me the technician will be there some but he have to pick up the tire before coming to me.When the technician called me ,he was less than a mile away from me,he sent me a screen shot of where he was.Absolutely awful service and lying about it.

You know the type of service that makes you want to leave a review? That s how good they are. I called and before you know it they were in my driveway with my truck on a jack. Tire repaired fast and no problem. Remember time is money, you re paying for speed, service, and comfortability. Officially my go to mobile service.

Saved the day! I was at work in the middle of all of this rain, they came out in about 20 minutes and fixed the tire on my Audi! Fast, efficient, professional and very polite! Will recommend to all of my coworkers!

I like this service a lot. Would recommend 100%. We got a flat on the side of i95 and they got to us within 30 minutes. I didn t give 5 stars because they gave me one price on the phone and then charged me $15 more once they arrived. I own a small business and I know if I gave the wrong amount originally that s a hit I will have to take not the customers fault.

SCAMMERS! Be aware. They install used/bad tires without telling you and then they just block your number. I asked to pay the difference to get a new one and they said no.
