The technicians and owner were very pleasant and helpful. All my questions were answered honestly and I was very satisfied with my experience. They were quick and kept me informed along the way. The GPS took me a back way which made the journey confusing. The correct entrance would be off of Okeechobee right into the golden shoppes plaza on 7800 Okeechobee blvd west palm beach.

I was recommended to use this establishment by a good friend. I m glad I took her recommendation. This place is awesome. They are great on their prices, and don t price gouge you like other shops. When I picked my car up, I asked if they could change a headlight bulb in my daughters car, and the guys did it with out hesitation. It s a little out of my way, but I don t care. I will be going to them for all my automotive needs. 5 stars from me.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

These guys are hands down the most honest and dependable mechanics around. I have taken 4 of my cars to them for general maintenance and a couple complex problems. Other shops given false diagnostics with outrageous prices. I moved out to WPB about 10 years ago and on my search for a shop, found plenty that charged outrageous amounts and I felt tried to take advantage thinking I don't know about cars as a woman. I have never had that experience at Best Brakes. I have taken multiple cars here for many different issues and they always find the problem and are amazing to work with. It puts your mind at ease during a stressful time. Pablo the owner and his whole team are amazing. I won't go anywhere else and always recommend them. Trust your car with them!

Good place to go for tires A/C total care car. Service is #1 oil change is quite different than last year was a big jump in price from then not sure if its inflation Ugh or just greed..straight forward .Very friendly service though . .I've been going here for a few years seems last years oil change was $30.00 cheeper.. then it was today. $85.00 is so much.

In February, my family had traveled from New York and went in to have an oil change. The staff alerted me of the A/C filters and Engine filters that had never been changed since the car had been manufactured in 2010! They quickly noticed and showed me an issue with my sway bar link. One of the techs, Eddie, was so accommodating. They were EXTREMELY fair priced. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone wanting good, honest service.

Thank you for your amazing customer service and expert advice! Two family members recommended me to come here and thank god I did! Dealership told me I had to replace all four brakes on my Jeep and were trying to charge me $750! Not only did Best Brakes help me save money, they also provided me with knowledgable advice and options that suit my needs. I highly recommend Best Brakes. They just earned a loyal customer.

It s so hard to find a good trusty mechanic. It s even harder when you ve recently relocated and don t have many references. Fortunately someone referred me to this shop.I had an issue that I could not figure out. Turned out to be two separate issues. They fixed one issue and used a third party to fix the other at no additional cost. The work was beyond expectations and quick.It s always nice when a mechanic of all places makes you want to leave a great review because they deserve it.Pablo and Eduardo will take care of you.

I've come here a few times already and will continue coming back. They are reasonably priced and are honest and they seem to treat every customer as family. I know alot about mechanics and normally would do things on my own, but with their prices, why do it myself and keep messing up my manicure when I can pay them to do for me lol

I have been taking my car to Pablo for years now and he has always given 150%. This place is very reliable and they get the job done. Everyone is very professional, caring, patient and understanding. Number one spot in West Palm Beach for your car service needs.

Would definitely recommend coming here. A few months ago I needed brakes really bad and also needed an upper and lower hose for the coolant. I called first of course to get quotes on pricing & Best Brakes Auto Repair was the most reasonable when it came to the price. Due to the fact that my car as hella problems, I will be back soon :) Thank you guys for being very nice and professional.

Wish they would have let me stay in the car, but the place is small. I liked how they made sure the maintenance light was reset. Not to many places care about that and I usually just do it myself. Purchased via Groupon.

So glad I chose to go hear. Not only was it great experience they did a awesome job on my brakes. Up front, honest and did a awesome job explaining everything and that's not even the best part. The brake job came with a warranty. What.....a mechanic that stands by his work....come on you would be dumb to go any where else.

Recommended bilocal brake & tire shop.After working 17 years at a big brake chain Pablo opened this small shop with his wife and a trusted mechanic. Veteran manager and one time mechanic Randy joined the team. Together they make an excellent local choice to the big chains, including the big one next door. (Ask about tires & alignment. Never buy lifetime alignments from a big chain, there will always be sonesomet they need to fix before doing that lufetlif alignment.)I believe they are honest and fair. Pablo may actually be too nice to be in the repair business. Randy is fair but more realistic. Support this local shop.
