Scammers !!!! I returned my car for service for the 3 rd time for a problem that should have been taken care of when we first purchased it back in November .The y wanted to charge me $2000 for misleading and money grab. They don t stand behind their word or their service . They charged my Amex without my permission .!I was just bringing car in for routine oil change !!!!!! NEVER BUY A CAR HERE . Palm beach Bentley is the worst

This was the 3nd Bentley I have purchased . This dealership is the absolute worst ! A few months ago we bought an suv Bentayga and had to return it because it was a lemon then we bought another and in 4 months it was brought in for an oil change ..We also bought 3 warranty ( just in case) . When I picked up my car there was a $2000 bill I never approved of and they automatically charged my credit card . TOTAL SCAMMERS . I didn t approve this charge & it s only 3 months after I bought it ! DONT BUY A BENTLEY FROM THIS LOCATION .

What a wonderful experience! We came in a few months ago and were treated incredibly well by our Client Advisor, Ishmail Merritt ofRolls-Royce / Bentley Palm Beach. We didn't find what we were looking for then but he made such a great impression on us that we went back to him when the right vehicle arrived. He made our purchase go smoothly and was considerate of our time. Once he handed us our keys he walked us through every feature and set everything up exactly as we wanted. .If you forget his name ask for the advisor who always wears a bow tie

Wow what a terrible waste of time. I drove 2hrs to see a Mercedes Amg gts. The car was in good shape. We negotiated a price and agreed to all terms. After going to the bank to issue a cashiers check and insure the car as per the dealers instructions they changed the terms. The salesperson Adam was wonderful, but he could not overcome the issues in the management department. I wasted two hours driving in traffic to West Palm Beach and another hour running around to my bank and insurance company.

So thrilled to share my feedback on the purchase of my new 2024 convertible Bentley. I worked with Ishmail Merritt of Bentley Palm Beach and the experience was truly exceptional. We have worked with many sales people in our lives, but Ishmail dressed in his bowtie made this transaction truly memorable. My Husband and I cannot give him enough praise and plan to tell everyone we know! We visited with him to place a factory order so we could get exactly what we wanted. Once our build was complete, he then knew what we wanted and was able to show us to a similar vehicle that he already had in stock. We bought the vehicle that same day and couldn t be happier. We plan to work with him again when my Husband is ready for his new chariot as well. If you re looking to work with a true professional who cares about his clientele, call Ishmail. He is the best!

Braman built the new Bentley/RR of Palm Beach dealership building in April 2019. It is conveniently located on Okeechobee Blvd and sales people are very helpful. When you are buying a car, they do all things right and easy for you. Highly recommend David Banner for Bentley.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership sight-unseen solely through communicating via text and email and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I was impressed by the prompt responses and availability of Marc and his team. Throughout the process, Marc was extremely professional and available. When making such a big purchase without seeing the car first, it is incredibly important to be dealing with someone you can trust, and Marc at Braman motorcars was very straightforward and trustworthy. Marc supervised the loading of my car onto the trailer, and it was clear that he was very concerned about its wellbeing. It being a used car, I had an issue with the battery upon delivery and the manager (Devin) immediately offered to have it replaced at an authorized dealer here. Thanks again for all your help, I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and colleagues.

I bought my first Rolls Royce from Braman forty years ago. Since them I have bought many sports cars. When I decided to buy another luxury sedan I returned to Braman. I can honestly say that the exceptional service, sensitivity to customers needs and vehicle knowledge have remained the same over 40 years. Everyone at the dealer from owner, to GM to sales manager to salesperson has been exceptional. The sales consultants were all very helpful and knowledgable . After looking at 4 fla dealerships it was an easy choice to go with Braman and Richard . They took the time to get me the right car and then had to customize the dash to get it just right ! The manager and Richard create a pleasant and funny experience out of car buying ! That's tough . I have never written a review before but had to this time due to the massive issue. I took my Porsche in to Braman in early November when there was apparently an alternator noise problem. I wanted to take it to a quality place to make sure it was fixed right. When I got the estimate back I had to get off the floor. I was quoted reconditioned parts price that was 10 times (no bull) the highest new (same part number) part. $2,165 for a reconditioned alternator, plus $327 to install; but only $198 on the internet. They provided me with a list of other "needed" repairs. The total amount was over $9,750, incluing what they said was a leaking oil seal (even though I had no sign ever in my garage) a clutch (which had less than 10,000 miles), a battery (less than 6 months), power steering pump and more. I picked the car up and took it to another porsche specialist. The results? they replaced the idle pully. Nothing else. It's been 2 months and no problems, no nouise, no power steering failure, no battery problem, clutch pulls fine and no alternator. The only thing I can think is this was taken in by a woman and they saw dollars dancing in their head. I have never seen anything so blately non factual from what is expected to be an honest dealer.

When buying a rolls Royce you expect a good experience I don t like being ignored and stared at when looking employees on there phones while you go up to them. I go to Lexus and get the best service so I guess I ll stick to my LEXUS

The service is not as expected. It took me 15 minutes to get someone, granted it was Saturday, so maybe short staff. The service manager was nice when he got there.
