I came in earlier today and needed assistance with a few questions about my car and possible fuel contamination. I went to one gentleman at the register, who wasn t much help and was kind of dismissive. Luckily he directed me to speak with Bill, who was friendly, very helpful and through in answering my questions.

A bit late, however first rate service from Bill, and Therese. I needed two very large batteries, which only Autozone at 5660 N Military had. The phone was answered promptly, he quickly confirmed the batteries were there in stock, and they were waiting on a cart when I arrived.Top notch professional service, and they know their products. I will only use this store in the future.

I went to get my windshield wipers changed today and Bill helped me out. He was very polite and helped me in a quick manner. He went ahead and helped me with changing them for me and he made sure that I checked they were working before I left. I highly recommend!

Christmas Eve and NO oil on the dip stick after checking. Not only did Bill Benson double check to make sure he sold me the correct oil, but he put it in for me! I felt very safe and secure working with Bill and his amazing customer service calls for acknowledgement. Bill you saved my Christmas, and probably my car's engine. All best wishes to you for 2024! I want to thanks the sales associate Rajh for his kindness and willingness to help me through directing me to the person who was able to change my spark plugs even was Sunday afternoon.He made it sure I will make it to work on time for night shift!

Anthony at the counter was so helpful and told me about special offers. Did not try to sell me the store, just answered questions and gave advice I may need. Will feel very comfortable going back there because of Anthony. I am a one and done shopper; if I don t feel like I was treated properly I will never return to an establishment. Please give Anthony your highest praise.

Rhita the store manager was absolutely helpful she did to me a miracle I went to 4 different store dealing with a receipt issue even though I had the receipt nobody couldn t pull up my information she actually went doing magic they customer services team is awe some I called them my favorite store all time everytime i go there I never disappointed I always leave with a smile and issues been taking care of that s the type people we need at customer services. Love what they do what they do and be efficient and professional.. thank you Rhita and your team

Bill had great customer service. I came in to get my battery swapped out under warranty. He was short staffed and asked that I come back the next day. I did, he remembered and changed my battery with ease

I went to Auto Zone on Congress and was told to take my wiper blade somewhere else to have it installed. I went Auto Zone on Mititary and Bill came right and helped me. A great customer Service rep for Auto Zone Thank you Bill for helping me.

Came in to AutoZone first thing in the morning as my car battery was having issues and Bill helped me out right away, let me know my battery was bad and replaced it for free under the warranty! He even gave me tips on how to replace it myself because I was curious.

Currently, having issues with my vehicle. My car broke down several times last night and I visited Autozone and was assisted by Andy, who was absolutely thorough and helpful, in helping me to get my car back up and running.. One guy selected the worst oil and oil filter for me. I realized the oil is bad and ask him to change to Mobil. But did not realize the filter was the worst. When I change filter, found I could not use it. When I return it, the guy was so angry. I will not suggest this place to anyone.

Honestly such a good and quick experience! From the lady that helped me at the desk as soon as I walked in, to the kind gentlemen that replaced my battery! Whole experience was no longer than 10 mins and very informational if you care to know more about what service you re getting!

Stopped by because my engine light was on. She gave me the monitor, I plugged it on my car and she told me what was wrong! Thankfully it was just my gas cap that was loose. Nice clean store, staff was friendly and professional. I'd go back to This store if I have any need.
