I waiting for 2 hours for them to provide jump start service and they never showed. They said it was going to be a 45 minute wait. The dispatcher couldn t contact the person they supposedly dispatched and refused to escalate the issue. Had to cancel and get someone else to jumpstart my car. TERRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY!

Do NOT buy a battery from this company. Instead, have them jump-start your vehicle and go to the nearest AutoZone, even if the service representative insists you won't make it. The battery did not last longer than a year. I have been trying to contact someone, anyone, about the battery warranty. I paid for a four-year warranty and have the receipt on hand, but they "can't" find the phone number associated with my account

Our technician showed up with no tools. Couldn't get the lugnuts off, so he told us to call a tow and left us stranded. We are from PA so we were stranded. Thank God for Roadside Rangers! They saved our day! DO NOT USE INMAN'S!!!

This company will charge you $300.00 for a $50.00 battery with a bogus warranty and zero customer service. Battery lasted less than one year, contacted the company about its FOUR YEAR warranty with absolutely no help. In my opinion this reeks of FRAUD. You may be better off on the side of the road than dealing with this company. We will following up with legal action as it seems these sort of business practices are widespread.Service: Battery

Absolutely horrible and totally incompetent service! My family member had a tire blow out and was stranded on the side of a major road. We submitted a road service request through the insurance company that clearly stated the hybrid car had no spare or jack and the car could not be moved since the tire was shredded. Somehow the service request was subcontracted to Auto Rescue and they initially provided approximately 1 hour for tow truck arrival. Throughout the first hour, the initial estimate changed multiple times. After over 2 hours, an independent subcontractor hired by Auto Rescue showed up in his regular vehicle to "change a tire". Since it was clearly reported there was no spare, a tow truck was supposed to be dispatched. Over the more than 2 hour period, I spoke with 3 overseas customer service representatives that could not explain why the 1 hour estimate turned into a 2.5 hour wait. Two of the three representatives hung up on me rather than provided a reason for the delay. When the subcontractor arrived in his personal vehicle (not a tow truck) he claimed the delay was because Auto Rescue had re-routed him to perform 3 other service calls on the way to our location. I truly cannot provide a single positive statement about Auto Rescue based on their complete incompetence, lies and total lack of service. I highly recommend you immediately ask for another service provider if you are ever told that Auto Rescue roadside service has been dispatched for you.

I tried using them Sunday 9/11/22 for a dead battery & needed a jumpstart so I could drive somewhere & get another battery. After waiting 3 &1/2 hours I get a text message saying my request for assistance cannot be performed! No explanation at all as to why they can t come. Several text messages in between waiting has an ETA of 11 minutes, then 16 minutes, then 22 minutes. Finally I called & spoke to 3 different people at the insurance company but they were no help. Inmans auto rescue is a joke! Shame on you to jerk people around & waste their time. You are going to reap what you sow- bad service with no regards for anyone s time. Why insurance companies still use them is mind blowing. If you ever get a message that they are your service providers I urge you to request someone else bcz you will be waiting in vain

Requested roadside assistance through State Farm. The app assigned me this company and said it would be a 60-85 minute wait. After about 45 minutes, I got a text saying it would be an additional 160 minutes. Four hours to change a flat tire?!Service: TiresService: Tires

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Giving them 1 star is gracious. In my tire change requested I specifically indicated I was on the highway. Dispatch called and asked the same questions I had already stated. Asked if I have a spare. All just to say they don't have the tools needed to perform the service. JUST TERRIBLE

Terrible service. Have been waiting for over 4 hours for service, the phone attendants just tell you to be patient and that they sincerely apologize while providing no help and quite honestly patronizing me. I called multiple times as the estimated time kept getting pushed back right as they were supposed to be getting here , I was told the delay was due to traffic . Once the technician finally arrived I gave specific instructions on how to get to the car as I am in a parking garage, the technician cut me off saying he knew the area and how to get there. He proceeded to never show up so I called yet again and was told to be patient that he was already here and would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes pass and I get a text confirming that I have cancelled my service although I did no such thing. When I called again they said the technician tried contacting me multiple times unable to reach me and left the location, I had no missed calls and was in consistent communication with everyone I could despite their dismissiveness. I now have to wait until they assign a new technician and will probably have to wait another 4 hours. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND!!!

If I would go on about how they never came when I was more than 22 miles away from home, I'd be able to write a book. They finally called me hours later after repeated calls and voice-mail left ti them just to tell me if I still need help that they're on the way. The Insurance and warranty companies that subcontract them need to terminate those agreements IMMEDIATELY.

I got a flat tire while driving. I called Onstar and they sent Corey from Inmans Auto Rescue and he was fantastic. In less than an hour from when I called, I was already back on the road. My experience with them was great.Service: TiresService: Tires

Pretended to jumpstart my battery when he never even turned his machine on. Told me my battery was defective and he could sell me a new battery. I sent him away. A new company arrived 1 hour later and immediately jump started my car. I am horrified that Audi subcontracts this company for roadside service.Service: BatteryService: Battery

This company should change their name because they provided zero solutions . I requested roadside service through State Farm and waited for THREE hours only to have them cancel my request at that time. I called twice to get an ETA because the GPS showed the driver in the same spot for two of the three hours but they could not reach the driver and just advised to keep my phone line open in case he tried to contact me . Absolutely ridiculous. I doubt a more unprofessional company exists. It is a joke that a company that handles emergency services treats these matters with such lack of accountability. If you are in need of emergency help, do yourself a favor and contact ANYONE but this place. It is an absolute joke.

Organized by Progressive Insurance. Call time 6:22 PM w/ an ETA of 45-59 minutes. Now, we all know things can happen on the road, BUT: after 3 hours and 30 minutes, with Progressive and Inman sending an automated text EVERY 10 MINUTES on the dot stating the ETA being revised to "22 minutes" each time; I am still waiting. Just received a call from someone claiming to have just clocked in, stating that she cancelled one of the guys in Boca Raton (40 miles away) and that they should get to me in 45 minutes. That would make the BS wait period 4:45 minutes - IF THEY ACTUALLY SHOW UP... Worst service I have ever experienced. Progressive should never use these useless peopleService: Battery

Had the unfortunate experience of having a car that wouldn't start and assumed it was a battery issue which it was. First off progressive seemed like it was a good idea to contact these people who were nearly 3 hrs away from my location. Secondly I was waiting for these guys for about 2 hours with no eta before a random good Samaritan decided to give me a jump.Lastly when I decided to call these guys I was given an automated messaging system that was not only not helpful but changed my eta time from 56minutes to an additional 126minutes. If your going through your insurance with these guys and it's the weekend don't even bother just choose another company and save yourself the frustration.

Inman s was assigned my roadside assistance claim with Progressive. Sat in my car for an hour and 45 minutes and no one came. Called, was on hold for 26 minutes when I finally got notice from Progressive that they had to reassign my claim and another company would get to me in another hour and a half. Terribly unprofessional. Shouldn t have accepted. I hope Progressive has a process for removing these companies from their contract list.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Unfortunately Toyota care used this company. Took over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone fromThis company. The tech didn t answer their phone so the dispatch told me it would be another 40-75 min before someone gets to us. But we ve already waited 2 hours. It s just the worst over all.Service: Tires

I reported my flat tire to Geico, at 10 am, I was not assisted until 1pm, I was stranded for 3 hours, and this company kept sending me ridiculous wait time, first it was 59 minutes, then 85-100 minutes, then 25 minutes then 160 minutes. The guy who came was friendly and emphatic when I told him I was waiting from 10 am, he even wished my day would get better after switching my flat to a spare. I will definitely be calling geico and letting them know how horrible my experience was with this companyService: Tires

All I needed was air in my tire. I called around 9am and was told there was an ETA of 11:45am. I was luckily at work, but I called for an updated ETA around 3:45pm (4 hours late) and they "couldn't find me in the system", even though I still had had the "provider assigned" (someone named Diamonte) status on the map tracker. I had to call and start a request all over again.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Terrible communication, after I waiting 1 hour to change a flat tire, I called to find out the new ETA, I was on hold for so long that my call kept rolling over 4 times. At the end, I waited 3 hours to change a flat tire, that my brother had to come change. No excuses to keep a customer waiting that long. They should ve kept in communication with me letting me know that they weren t going to make it at the time posted. Call representatives weren t helpful they just let my call rolling over many times. Bad experience all around.

They came in less then the 45 min that was scheduled. They had a slight issue finding the house, but overall great service. And very nice guy. Fixed my dead battery in literally less then 1 min. There are lots of bad reviews, but I had a really awesome experience. On time, pleasant, and quick.Service: Battery

Very satisfied with their service. Insurance company contacted them for roadside assistance.Had locked my keys in the trunk when getting ready to road trip from FL to MD. Unlocking drivers door was done quickly, allowing me to get into trunk through the backseat.Only thing was it took about an hour for them to arrive.

I was stranded on the side of the freeway in the emergency lane. I received a call stating that Angela would be there to help me in an hour. I was able to track her arrival. I called her phone to confirm the location and spoke to her. An hour later the tracker stated she arrived and completed the service!! That is all a lie! I called her back and she never answered! I called the company and the supervisor just told me to call my insurance company!!! If the policy is about safety then decline service to 95! This was awful- no rescue- no solution!! NEVER use this company!!!

If I could give this company 0 zero stars I would. I waited 3and1/2 hours to get my doors unlocked . Called them 3 times during wait. Was assured tech on the way. I was stupid for waiting but lesson learned. They could not get in contact with their tech on the road. Very unprofessional. Will be contacting Good Sam to let them know of this poor service.

Called for Roadside through Progressive Insurance at 1245pm. It is 430pm and Progressive just canceled Inman's to get a new provider. The company is a joke. Not dependable at all and kept providing ETAs that we never met. I hope they get removed from Progressive's contract. Every thumb down possible!!! Don't waste your time. Save yourself - find someone else.

Yesterday evening I took my son to orlando, fl (1hour and 30 minutes from where I live) to visit his father. I got a flat tire called my insurance (State farm) for roadside assistance. Got a message right away saying Inman Auto rescue will be helping me with the flatire(that was at 815pm). 1st I got a EPA of 50 minutes then 46 minutes. 46 minutes went by I called the tow company (no one answers the phone by the way) the press 2 then 1 now the EPA is 90 minutes. Smh...i was in a place I knew nothing about so I was afraid. My emergency lights wereOn because I did not want any one to hit me. Because of that my car battery went dead and my phone went dead for a little minute until an officer came to tell me that they got a call someone was ina neighborhood scoping it (all types of trouble could have come my way but I am a child a god). The Officer (chase) jump my car so I could charge my phone and wait for the tow company. It's pitch black at this point, now it's 1053 I get a message from AUTO RESCUE that they will be at my location in 15 minutes. 12 oclock one the people in the neighborhood helped me take the flat tire off and put the spare in..I waiting 3.5 to 4 hours for roadside assistance in a neighborhood I have never been in. This company is the WORST...you all should be a shame of yall selves...I was so mad last night but everyone who helped made it better (no thanks to auto rescue)

Was told exactly what floor to find the vehicle and was told phone would definitely be dead when they arrived waited 3 hours for the SOB to drive away. When I finally found someone who let me use their charger I got a text saying I d still be charged for the service and they tried to reach me (lie) I couldn t get down the steps fast enough. Tried to yell for him and all I got was a cloud of dust. Progressive never needs to use them again

Probably the worst company out there if you need road side assistance. Not only they are unreliable, unprofessional and late, their technician will drive by your car (in my case the technician s name is David Rivera), call and hang up just to tell the insurance company they tried to contact you. Hopefully the insurance companies will stop using them so no one will have to accept this anymore.Service: Tires
