I have to say Chad Childs gave the best 1st car experience for my son. He handled my son with kindness and explained everything to him throughout the whole process. Making this one of the most memorable milestones in my son's life!!! A million thanks Meghan & Chad!!!!!

Very nice dealership very large selection of base model and prestige edition cars Matteo (is his first name sorry I can't remember the last) got my financing pushed through on very short notice I showed up at 8 am drove the car off the lot by 5pm everything programmed and connected to my phone and I took a hour lunch break. This may sound like a long time however this is actually very quick I've spent 2 and a half whole days pushing numbers around and getting a deal done so I would suggest this place again to anyone and say speak with matteo

Will not be ordering parts from here again. Opened an dealer account with them and received the highest rate I ve ever heard of. Found OEM parts cheaper through other dealers and on Audi parts online. Their employees told me I was buying after market and told me they know the auto industry better than I do I own a European auto shop. What I disliked the most was the disrespect that was shown to me and my team. Told me there is 20% restock fee on all items and then gave attitude when we returned parts. Unprofessional. Asked to speak with parts director and was left on hold and never attended to. Take your business to another dealership that cares.

I had a great experience buying with Chad at Audi West Palm. The service was wonderful, store was very clean, and everyone was very kind. Would definitely recommend!

Because they don't deliver cars after 5 in the afternoon, a place that is open until 9 at night, there is no person in charge to hand over the keys to the cars sold.Porque no entregan carros despues de la 5 de la tarde un lugar que esta abierto hasta las 9 de la noche que no haiga un responsable que entregue las llave de lis carros vendidos
