I have a Fiat that needed some minor repairs. I called the service department and talked to Bill. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I made an appointment and took my car in. Bill checked for any recalls that my car needed and found that there was one. I waited in their clean and very comfortable waiting room while my car was being serviced and repaired. I received a text message that included a video link of the inspection of my vehicle, which was impressive and helpful to see what happens when your car is in the bay being serviced. Bill came into the wait room and discussed what ny car needed in addition to what I brought it in for, with an estimate of what everything will cost. I gave him the okay to do the work. When my car was done it was clean and looked like a new car. I was very happy with the service I received and the work that was done to my Fiat. Arrigo Alfa Romeo has never let me down.

Incredible service experience, I really enjoyed working with Chris Francis. Their pricing was significantly cheaper than Fort Lauderdale plus they sent me a video of the work being performed on the car with commentary from the service tech, included a free car wash, and even covered my ride to and from the local cigar shop while I waited. Very happy customer, I'll be back for all my future service needs!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Not feeling like I am treated The same as when I purchase cars From other dealers In that price range. There service department Waiting area is lackluster. And the sales person that I dealt with was Not as informative after the sale. The sales manager was very helpful. Like the car but not the dealership.

I had Claudio as my service advisor. Super kind, told him the problems my car was experiencing and he assured me they could figure it out. Brought my car in and they were pretty quick and gave me a detailed review of the issues and gave me cost effective options to proceed. definitely recommend them!!!Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Original review: They had me in and out on a Saturday with no appointment for a tire light check. Awesome service!One week later: After giving a great review the week before they missed the fact that I had a nail in my tire. When I looked up Pirelli run flats for a replacement I learned they were warrantied for 1 year against road hazards such as nails. The service center did not know about the warranty and when I showed them they refused to look into it. They told me to take the tire and do the claim myself. When I contacted Pirelli they said Arrigo service center has to do it. I basically paid almost $400 when it should have been free. I sent an email to Arrigo asking for someone to reach out to me to educate them on the warranty and no one has called me5/24/22 The manager Michael looked into the warranty for me. For anyone that has this issue he said the warranty for Pirelli run flat tires is 1 year from when the car was built.
