Truly the best experience with a mechanic I've ever had. As a woman who has limited knowledge about cars, I felt very comfortable sending my car to Andy's Auto Repair on more than one occasion. Each time I was treated fairly and my mind was put at ease with each service. Andy's is honest and upfront about their diagnostics, pricing, and estimated time of service. Communication is amazing and the people at the shop are friendly, inviting, and down to earth. Instead of the usual anxiety I get going to a mechanic, it is a huge relief going to a shop that treats customers fairly and respectfully. I couldn't recommend a better shop. Every other shop feels like a scam with pricing, but Andy's found me the best deals on parts and unbeatable price for labor. Thank you again for fixing my car!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Andy and his beautiful daughter Julie for the first time approximately 2 years ago for one of my vehicles and the service was absolutely great. The price was reasonable and the service was fast. Our vehicles were always serviced within a day. But besides that, Andy and Julie are the most kind, loving, beautiful, heartfelt, sincere, down to earth people you can ever meet. I absolutely love them and would recommend any and everyone to them. You will not only receive top notch vehicle service at a fair price you will end up making new friends. Honestly, every time I go there I spend at least 30 minutes standing there talking to the both of them!!!! I was actually late to work the last time, lol.

I needed new brakes. My coworker has always raved about Andy and Julie. So I asked if she was able to drop my car off and take me to and from work. Thanks Debbie. Julie was amazing. There was a hipcup on my behalf. Julie explained everything and I decided to persue. Best experience ever. At 118 thousand miles, never having a break job it was suggested not to shave, turn the rotars. Mine were worse then other places said. I can t explain how safe I feel driving my car now. And I do 2,500 miles a month. Thank you again Julie for explaining everything to me and keeping me safe. I am now a customer for life. Just amazing care, information and kindness. A lost art these days. Also, they don t rip you off with pricing.

Great service and great people. I brought my wife's car through an appointment and was told I would get my car the same day. Three hours later, they called saying my car was ready. I would definitely recommend this place.

My dad had purchased a 08 suburban from an auction that kept going into limp mode so I called a few shops & no one understood the problem / wanted to charge an arm / leg for JUST LOOKING AT THE CAR! When I called Andy I didn t do much explaining & he knew exactly what the problem was / what to do which alone made my decision easy to bring the Burban there! Very honest people & family oriented as well. His daughter is awesome! Reasonably priced as well - which other shops were quoting me ridiculous prices without even knowing the issues. All in all, I am happy to have finally found a shop that is honest, professional, knowledgeable & reasonably priced especially now a days! I will be coming back here :)

We are so happy to have found Andy and July. We got our Santa Fe towed in today, Andy told us exactly what the problem was and gave us the right advice. They are so knowledgeable, honest and give such great service that we couldn't imagine going anywhere else to get our cars fixed. Thank you!

Andy is a life savor and a true master at his craft. I thought I needed a new starter put into my truck through some ill-advice. When I brought my truck in I had no wait time and Andy confirmed that I did not need a new starter but simply to tighten some cables for the battery. You can tell he has good intentions and I m truly thankful for that. The girl who works with him is also a sweetheart. 10/10 would recommend his shop to anybodyService: General repairs & maintenance

Andy is the best went to another shop I pulled my car from there knowing that they were ripping me off boy was I right not only over a thousand dollar difference I didn t need four other things that they said,I will and again repeat will never go anywhere else but Andy s!!!

Andy and his daughter and the other mechanic he has are always helping me and deserve more than the 5/5 and are very budget friendly and always provide great and friendly customer service. They ve helped me on more than one occasion with my vehicle and I appreciate them for that and always fit me in and communicate with me at every step of the service and if I need anything more or if they come across any potential issues. I trust them with keeping my whip on the road and keeping it safe. If you are looking for a repair shop or quotes, give Andy a shot. His prices and quality of work will speak for themselves and you ll be a repeat customer like myself. Thanks Andy!

I have had bad experiences in this area with mechanics doing work that appears passable at first, but then fails by some measure (e.g., symptoms are only partially resolved, or come back after a few days). Andy's work resulted in a clear removal of symptoms, and didn't have any unnecessary work that didn't need to be done. Will update if the work fails the test of time.

Absolutely amazing experience! Andy and his daughter are exceptional. They are honest, fair and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic. I just had to leave a review for this auto repair shop after my experience with them. This is a real family business with truly outstanding customer service. My grandfathers Hyundai Tuscon trunk struts failed and he was unable to open his trunk for over 3 weeks. I searched around for an auto repair shop and stumbled upon Andy's auto repair. I couldn't be happier that I found this shop. I called in and a very nice lady picked up the phone and answered all of my questions including quoting me for the work (which was very affordable). Needless to say, I sent my grandpa to this shop and let them know that he's hard of hearing and also speaks broken English. He came and even before he was able to take a seat in the waiting area, the work was already complete.I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone looking for a local trusted mechanic with a genuinely good and trustworthy disposition.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don t take your car to this guy he will lie to you. He told me I needed a new compressor and was going to charge me $1300 I went somewhere and they said I needed Freon and it fixed the issue.

These guys really know their stuff. I recently bought a "lightly used" 2004 Corvette Z06 that needed some transmission and AC work. Upon inspection, they found that the clutch was essentially brand new and ended up saving me a ton of money on the quoted price. Thanks for sorting me out, guys! Great shop. I had a headlight out and it turned out there were two bulbs that were needed and I could not get them out. A friend highly recommended Andy s auto repair to me. Not only did he replace my bulbs but he found out I had a bulb out in the back. In and out in just a few minutes and so unbelievably low on costs. You would not believe me if I told you. I would highly recommend this auto shop. The owner and his daughter are very nice. And don t forget to say hi to the massive puppy on the couch LOL !

That is Jack in the picture. He is a great puppy. Very friendly. I trust Andy with all my cars. He is as honest as he is good. He will treat you as you treat him. The best mechanic I know. And would never even think about taking my car to anyone else, except for an oil change.

Andy's Auto is a mechanic shop you can trust.I was getting my car worked on one day. A man showed up with an expensive Audi.He had just come from the Audi dealership and they said he needed a new motor, and you could hear the motor sounded bad.He said they were rude at Audi , so he literally drove to the nearest mechanic.Andy ended up fixing his car by replacing a wire, charged the guy nothing. When the guy had already authorized Andy, to just replace the motor.The man was amazed. He couldn't understand how somebody would fix his car for free, when they had an opportunity to charge thousands.That is why you deal with an honest mechanic.

HONEST!!!!I had my son s car towed to another facility at which time it was identified that his engine had burned out due to a no oil situation that occurred without warning! My initial quote for repair elsewhere was $6500. I called this shop on a recommendation and gave the details to look for a used engine. He called back and notified me that this particular Hyundai engine had been recalled quietly for this same reason and I should tow it to a Hyundai where it was done for no cost to me! I have not used this shop yet but will in the future and will recommend them easily as being honest!

Best auto mechanic in town. Andy's is a hidden gem in Palm Beach County. The staff is friendly, upfront and honest. I've been going to Andy's for over 15 years now and I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else.

I will highly recommend Andys Auto Shop .Myself and husband are so thankful we found Andys Shop! We really couldnt have asked for a better mechanic to take care of our vehicles. Andy is nothing short of just great. He is honest and that is the most important thing in a mechanic. After dealing with mechanics all throughout South Florida, my close friend suggested I speak with Andy after purchasing my new project vehicle. I can do most maintenance tasks easily, however certain aspects of any vehicle are best seen by a professional. Andy, is by far the most honest and straightforward professional I have met, and I will definitely be using his services again.
