I had a incredible experience today at Alonso A/C repairs.I walked in this morning without an appointment and they tested all system components, accurately diagnosed the problem (leaking o-ring and low compressor oil), performed the repair, and re-tested the system to ensure the problem was fixed, all within about 1 hour start to finish!AND they only charged $80, whereas one week ago the local Subaru dealership (stealer-ship) quoted me $2,200 to replace the evaporator coil and possibly more if the compressor was damaged.I found Alonso A/C Repairs by their Google review and rankings; 85 total reviews, all of which are ONLY five-stars, dating back 4+ years. Like an earlier reviewer, I was skeptical, as that level of service is unheard of today, but now I'm fully convinced all the reviews are accurate, they are a unicorn service company!I highly recommend their services. They are an honest-to-goodness, professional, highly trained, and personable family owned / operated business. Thank you, thank you.

Wonderful experience, Five thumbs up. The gentleman that helped me literally found the problem in under 2 minutes , by the time I requested my uber to pick me up he had already solved and fixed the issue with my AC and told me to cancel my uber . Wish I could take my car here for all car care needs. Cant say enough good things. You guys are the best

My Mercedez Sprinter was not cooling as usual.Went there.Junior took care of it, rapidly and explaining what is was going to do... no surprise recharged the system... now icy cold a/ c... thank you gang!!

We are currently there. One of our Volvo 780 VNL truck has AC compressor issue and it s on warranty. Although, they could ve turned us back they ve had an issue with warranties and insurances before and they still welcomed us. Our driver still out there while they diligently work hard to get us back on the road. Very courteous, professional, honest. I just want to echo everybody's glowing reviews. They are very pleasant and have great service. I had an intermittent A/C problem for 2 years in my Sprinter Van and they quickly fixed it for a good price. Nobody else could fix it. They are the best.

I own a small business and called last minute with an issue in my ford transit connect work truck ( someone else had fixed twice with new compressor and drier, and the A/C stopped blowing cold after few days) and they said to stop by that afternoon for a look. My driver was there in 45 minutes with the van and the owner (Alonso??) brought the van into the shop immediately and spent about 15 minutes testing and found an electrical issue and had one of his mechanics get under and spend another 15 minutes(not easy to get to) to find the connector plug to the compressor was not plugged in properly!! They reconnected it and didn't even ask for any money!! I sent the mechanic money by Zelle after for his kind, hard work. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AND MOST HONEST AND COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY. Do not hesitate to trust and use them for any A/C work.

This guy is one of the genuine persons in business I have met. Not only did he sort out my A/c on my truck but he found a fuel leak on one of my gas lines and fixed it for free. The dash A/C in my motor home was not blowing cold. I called all around, and no one wanted to work on a RV. Alonso said to bring it in. As soon as I got there, he put his gauges on it and started to diagnose the problem. In less than 5 minutes he diagnosed it was the dryer. He did not have that part in stock because it was not a standard dryer. He was able to cross reference it with another dryer and said he would have the part in 1 hr. We went to get breakfast while we waited. while we we're still eating, he called me and said the RV was done and ready to go.The service is GREAT. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and they take pride in their work. And his prices are very fair and reasonable. I will ALWAYS take all my AC work to him and recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

My local go to AC company. When's the last time someone gave you something for free? Juan answered my call and he said bring it in and they will look at it. I brought it in and Augusto hooked a guage up to my AC. He said it needs a little bit of freon. He filled me up, and when I asked how much, he said, don't worry about it, no charge. Guys, you are doing a great job running your business. I thank you, and I'll return and recommend other locals to visit you. The minute I need anything I'll be back.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so exceptional that I felt motivated to share my experience.My Mazda 3 s AC stopped blowing cold, and I brought it in for a repair. Augusto diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, exchanged the faulty relay, and had me out the door in less than ten.He didn t even ask me to pay, since it was such a small issue. I was expecting to be out $150-300. Instead I spent $10 on a small part and a fat cash tip for the best AC tech I ve ever used.

These guys are great ! They quickly diagnosed and fixed my trucks ac issues. It took less than 2 hrs for the job to be completed. The price was great too ! I ll definitely take all my trucks here for any ac issues in the future!

Gotta give a good review for a company that deserves it. Today I went in for my 3rd a/c repair/diagnosis on my truck with these guys. Every other time it was a different truck so it's not like things went bad after they fixed it even though that happens from time to time. Trucks run constantly and ac is prone to failure depending on how you run and the truck itself. Every single time I went in these guys were very welcoming and very nice warm people that give off a positive energy. All of them. They have a nice flow working together and man does it stand out almost family like. Anyways the repairs are always diagnosed insanely fast and within a hour maybe even less sometimes they resolved the issue i came in for. I wouldn't go anywhere else and their prices are always consistent and very reasonable. Thank you guys for what you do. Just got my wife's Cadillac looked at, They properly diagnosed the issue very efficiently and the estimate was on point. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the part has to be ordered and I will bring the car back once part is on hand. I will update the review once repair is completed, but I am very optimistic! UPDATE!! Just picked up my wife's car and the AC is running like new! Extremely honest people! Highly recommended!!

Just got my a/c compressor replaced today and it was a great experience. No shady mechanic vibes and very reasonably priced. The repair was nearly half the price another mechanic quoted me.The shop is at the end of an industrial park road but don t let that turn you off. They re very welcoming and honest. He wouldn t even quote me without doing a diagnostic, which they did not charge for. Super happy with this experience and will gladly go a little bit off the beaten path for such excellent value and service. My air conditioner drain line had been leaking into my car for a while. Alonso s staff looked at it first thing and fixed the problem in only minutes.Amazing, I know I would have been taken to the cleaners anywhere else. Alonso s son.. told me to come back if I had any problems and that he d take care of it.Very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone having problems with their AC.

These guys are awesome. My Sonata needed a/c and they diagnosed in minutes and fixed. When I got home I put digital thermometer on the vent and it dropped to 0% degrees. AMAZING Thank you Alonso

I am not impressed that often and was skeptical about the 5star reviews, but this place is legitimate. They knew what the problem was within a couple minutes, had the part there ready to go, swapped out the compressor and drier, and got me back on the road for a fair price.
