In 2021 I bought my Expedition from Al Packer Ford. I have been getting my oil changes there since. Their service department is the sloppiest group of individuals I ve ever had work done by. Every oil change they claim I need air filters, I replace those on my own. At the 50,000mile oil change they left the engine air filter box open. At my 55,000 mile oil change they ripped my tint and tried to cover it up with a sticker. Now I am getting my oil changed elsewhere and I just found out my engine air filter is MISSING!! I just drove 6k miles with no engine air filter. These guys are messy and untrustworthy!

From beginning to end, I was well taken care of by the entire staff. Andrea Wright made sure my car was tended to and provided me with regular updates. Thank goodness I purchased a service warranty when I bought my used car because it also go me a loaner vehicle while they fixed mine. Mariela was so helpful! Seriously loved everyone I dealt with and would be happy to bring my car back next time! And my AC is ice cold again. Yay

If you want to drop your car off for a service appointment and then wait two to three days for them just to look at it then this is the place for you. I can't believe this is how if Ford dealership operates. Im not sure they know what an appointment is

They will try to rip you off any chance they get. They just tried charging me 110$ to replace one valve stem. I called two other ford service centers and got the actual price. I walked back in and said this is the wrong price, she went in the back without saying a word and came back out with a new receipt and the correct price I was quoted from the other dealership. I just wonder how many times A-day they "accidentally" overcharge their customers.

I purchases a new F-150 from Al Packer Ford in 2018. They have been the only place I take it in for service. My service advisor is Dillon. My experience at Al Packer started pleasant but went downhill quickly. I purchased my truck at Al Packer in September 2021. I took my 2022 f250 king ranch in for a water leak in the roof which I later found out was caused by a drain line installed incorrectly at the factory. I was told they would need it for 3-4 days and they were hesitant to give me a loaner vehicle. After some back and forth I was able to get the loaner and assumed my truck would be done by the end of the week. I stopped by on Friday to see if the truck was done to find the interior torn apart and the truck sitting in the service drive unlocked with all windows open at 6pm after service was closed. I was able to find a porter in his way out to close up the vehicle. On Monday I found out the parts had not arrived and they would need until the end of the week to finish. This same story repeated itself 3 weeks in a row until I had a previously planned trip I needed to tow my boat for. I was told they had the parts but all the techs were busy so there was no way I would have my truck in time. I contacted my salesman in a last ditch effort to get my vehicle so I wouldn t have to rent a truck. My salesman spoke with his GM and was able to get the ball rolling for my truck to be finished. I did not get my truck back for a month. After getting my truck back I realized while washing the truck (they did a horrible job, tire shine slung all over my vehicle) they had sprayed some sort of chemical on my brand new polished wheels and now I have to get them polished at my expense. Although I had a bad experience overall my service advisor TJ was very nice and did to my knowledge all he could to attempt to get the truck done faster. I believe this is a management issue and definitely needs to be taken care of. I did not feel like a cared for customer after spending over $130,000 in your dealership on 2 different vehicles within the last year and coming back for warranty work. Sales department will say anything to make a sale , lie cheat but if there is a problem with the vehicle that you purchased they will brush you off and don t want to have anything to due with you . Be aware of the finance department they will tact on all kinds of add on without your consent such as extended warranty, gap insurance, maintenance plans, so read the entire contract before signing or better yet buy from another dealership.

Went for a diagnosis which I was told was a 174$ fee, week later the service consultant call me an said do I give the okay to authorize 600$ because the problem was found called me back said the car was ready,went to pick it up my total was $1052, no problem was fixed they just reset my pcm next day car was back running bad,so I paid $1052 just for them too tell me the problems smh

Transferred me to Maintenance Department and they answered with "yeah, yeah, I'll be there in a second" and hung up on me. Pretty sure there was a mix up, but I just got my maintenance done somewhere else.

compre un carro en la ford al packer y no he tenido muy buena experciencia, a las 2 semanas de comprar mi auto la pantalla de la radio dejo de funcionar, la lleve y me dijeron tu carro lo tienes que dejar por 3 dias y cuando volvi no lo habian revisado, me dijeron necesitamos tu carro mas tiempo, yo compre un seguro extra psra cuando tuviera que dejar mi carro ellos me dieran otro, y en ningun momento me dieron nada, tuve que pagar uber y quiero que la ford me devuelva la plata que gaste en uber por que yo pase todos mis gasto que tuve en uber y nadie me responde por nada, cuando recibi mi carro tenia otro da�o, la manija del conductor esta partida le pregunto a service y me dicen que van a revisar las fotos, y despues me dicen que van a pedir el repuesto, ya llevo 2 semanas esperando repuesta de la manija y nadie me dice nada, cuando fui por mi carro a service a pagar la cajera me pasa la factura, no saludo solo me dijo tu nombre y me paso la factura, cuando mire tenia que pagar 1,933.19 dolares, le digo por que tengo que pagar esto y su repuesta es, eso fue los arreglos de su carro, pedi hablar con otra persona y solo tenia que pagar 100 dolares, la se�ora en ningun momento se intereso en ayudar me parece muy poco profesional de ella ya que su trabajo es ayudar a los clientes, ahora estoy esperando mas de un mes sobre la plata que pague en uber y nadie me responde, y la manija de mi puerta sigue da�ada quiero que me den una repuestaI bought a car at Ford al packer and I have not had a very good experience, 2 weeks after buying my car the radio screen stopped working, I took it and they told me you have to leave your car for 3 days and when I came back They had not checked it, they told me we need your car for more time, I bought extra insurance so when I had to leave my car they would give me another one, and at no time did they give me anything, I had to pay Uber and I want Ford to give me back the money that I spent on Uber because I spent all my expenses that I had on Uber and no one answers me for anything, when I received my car it had other damage, the driver's handle is missing I ask service and they tell me that they are going to review the photos , and then they tell me that they are going to ask for the replacement, I have been waiting for a response for the handle for 2 weeks and no one tells me anything, when I went to get my car to service to pay the cashier gave me the bill, she didn't say hello, she just told me your name and she handed me the bill, when I looked I had to pay 1,933.19 dollars, I told her why I have to pay this and her response was, that was the repairs to her car, I asked to speak to another person and I only had to pay 100 dollars, the lady At no point was she interested in helping, it seems very unprofessional of her since her job is to help clients, now I am waiting more than a month for the money I paid in Uber and no one answers me, and my door handle is still damaged I want you to give me a response

Muy mal servicio fui por un cambio de un codo pl�stico del sistema de enfriamiento y me dijeron que el precio era 380 m�s los taxes de un simple arreglo se convirti� en 6 d�as hoy lo recog� y mi sorpresa fue que de una primera cifra a pagar se convirti� en 911.00 y unos centavos m�s e pasado una inmensa pena con la compa��a para la que trabajo pues creyeron en mi para una soluci�n y se convirti� en una gran suma no recomiendo este lugar a nadie muy mal servicio
