I was very pleased with the service I received at Tire Kingdom yesterday. I had another nail in my tire (I drive by recently constructed homes too often). I popped in to Tire Kingdom and was seen right away and waited less than an hour for a patch. Was able to get on with my day quickly and I appreciated that!

Got 4 new tires, got home and the low tire light came on. Was going to check the psi on the tires and the wheel covers were put on incorrectly over the air valves. I add to remove the lugs, remove the wheel covers and place the wheel covers on the correct way so that I could reach the air valve. You would think that people who work with tires everyday would check to make sure the covers were put on correctly and the air valves were accessible. Plus the psi on each tire was 36 and the recommended psi is 44.

I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, my daughter lives in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She told me each and every time she takes her car to Tire Kingdom they treats her with excellent service, they takes really good care of my daughters car. I m Super Happy!!! Thank you!!!

I had to buy 4 new tires for my car and the tires I wanted were not readily available. I also wanted to get them at a good price and with lifetime rotations. Jay, the manager at this location matched the price from Walmart and special ordered the tires for me. Thanks to Jay the whole process was remarkably painless.

My girlfriend s got tires done today and the old guy in the front was extremely rude to her. She asked what kind of tires she was receiving because her dad made the appointment and he said whatever tires you ordered in a condescending and sexist tone. She then didn t receive an email when the tires were done and he rudely yelled at her saying I emailed whatever info you added sweetie . This is unacceptable customer service and whoever was handling her I hope he reflects his actions and understand he is a rude and unkind person. She is a younger girl who was nervous and he tried to make her feel stupid. I hope the company acknowledges this and trains their staff no matter how old the right ways to handle customers

I came to this place multiple times for oil change and it was OK. My wife dropped my 2021 truck last month for alignment and she was told to come and pick it up later on but the truck was never aligned It s still wiggly. W when I came back to town I took that truck to change oil and double check the alignment process and then I was told that I need tires and shock absorbent and an alignment so I asked why I was not told when I did the alignment last month that I need tires and shock absorbent the answer was cricket in the room!! And this time I was charged $117 for oil change and I usually pay $85 for the same oil change and when I asked about the difference, I was told that I used to do the conventional although I made sure that I tell them do whatever the truck needs so this place is becoming a big scam and I am highly disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Exceptional customer service! Michael and Chad provide over-the-top customer-first service. It is a welcome surprise to know we have a place of business we can count on. Products are top notch and at great prices. Nice to have a place in our neighborhood we can trust!

The technician who replaced my tires did a fantastic job. That being said ***My advice if you are a women have a man speak on your behalf to get a better deal***Case and point I called and was quoted $100 more than when I had my brother call for a quote.

We ran in to a low tire on our eay through Floridaand stopped off here. Found a nail in my tire and the folks here patched it up quickly and got us back on the road. So very grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.

It was almost closing time and we stopped by at Tire Kingdom because 1 tire was quite low. It probably had a nail it. They were very willing to help us. Fixed tire and we were on our way. Very accomodating.

I had a flat tire. I took it in, made an appt for the next day, they checked my tire pressure and filled it with air to make sure I d be good until then. I was unable to make my appt, but when I came back I was a walk in. They got it fixed up in less than an hour. Very kind and courteous. I will go there again for other service as needed.

Total rip off.They don t care, and lie.Was told I needed 4 tpms that would cost over $500.00At Walmart only needed one to be replaced and the cost is $28.00.Have a safe journey

Bought 4 very inexpensive tires that lasted about 6 months then road noise with a little vibration. After taking my car to the dealership, their diagnosis was bad tires... Was given a full refund and I payed the up charge to Goodyear tires.

I called regarding a tire plug, was told to come and they could do it no problem. Drove there and the clueless man at the desk said they may be able to do a plug, but would have to wait almost 2 hours to know if it could be done.Would never recommend

I called to get a quote on a tire as I wanted to make an informed purchase and the person that answered the phone was rushed and rude. He mentioned they do price match and I was like okay great, he asked if I wanted to make an appt then I said I had one other business to call for a quote. I m big on customer service and when I went to ask his name, he hung up on me. I liked the price he gave me but now I refuse to give them my business. Just like I wrote this review I ll be sure to tell friends and family about this experience as well. Tire Kingdom train your personnel better that was an outrageous experience.

Sent my son there for an oil change. He called me after saying it was over $400 because they told him his brake system and power steering fluid needed to be replaced and flushed due to it being dirty. Except this was all done 3 months ago. They saw a kid with a nice truck and took complete advantage of him. I called to speak with the manager and after telling the gentleman why I was calling I was told the manager was unavailable.

All four of my tires were down 10 lbs. Dave informed me that it was probably because if the quick change in temperature. He filled all four tires and did so with a smile. I was willing to pay but he did it for free. GREAT SERVICE, with a GREAT ATTITUDE!!!

I called Tire Kingdom And i got someone on the phone and told him a different Tire Kingdom did a terrible job replacing my brakes and pads and he said yeah come in we'll service you. I come in the gentleman tells me I need to book an appointment after they told me I should come in and he said he's busy so they won't see me within a few hours I looked left and right there was nobody there spot was empty so I was completely confused he looked back at me with a rude Facial expression. By far worst experience I ever had entire Kingdom Ever!!!!!!

My car had been making rattling noises for over a week which kept getting worse.I took it in and within less than 2 hrs. I received a call that it was fixed!The cost was a fraction of what I expected to pay.I gave it a heck of a test drive since I had to drive to/from St. Pete from Lutz to pick up a purchase.My car has never driven better!!Thank you Tire Kingdom for ExcellentService!

This was a horrible experience - oil change ended up costing over $450.00.We will never use Tire Kingdom again. Oil change was supposed to be $49.95 due to an online coupon, but they charged my family member $101.22 plus tax. When I called to complain, the first excuse for the store was my family member agreed to the increased charge and there was nothing they would do. I pushed back and was told that they were bought by Mavis who did not let them do the online coupons. The store refused to fix the issue.I called the corporate office to complain. They arranged a three way call with the store, and forced them to do a refund. The store ended up refunding only $40.00 about to two weeks later so still more than their original coupon price.To top it off, recently I had my oil changed at the dealership, and found out that Tire Kingdom stripped the oil drain bolt during the prior oil change. The total fix for that was over $400.00.I called the store to let them know of the issue, and I was told there was nothing they would do. The service here is dishonest and horrible.

This is my second time going to this store and this location. Both times were very smooth. I made an appointment, and when I arrived they said it would take a while due to short staffing, however it didn't actually take long. Both times the staff were polite and helped me feel less anxious about something I know nothing about. Since this time was the second time my year old tires developed a valve leak, they even checked the other two tire valves for me to ease my mind. I hope I don't need to come back, but if I do need tire work, I'll go here again.

Accompanied my friend for a new tire and an oil change. Tech used the wrong size wrench and stripped the oil drain plug then sent us away under the guise that "someone before" had stripped it. They said that they couldn't overcome the problem. It's an easy fix with a screwdriver and hammer but they couldn't be bothered.

Loose flat repair. They got me in and out. The shop guys saw me pulling out the car s little jack to put it on; they came right out and did it with the impact and floor jack. Good, quick stop.

Had a nail in my tire and needed immediate service without an appointment. Everyone was very helpful and attentive and my repair was done within an hour. They simply patched my tire as I had requested and there was no pressure selling to attempt to get me to pay for more services. All around good experience!

I walked in this morning. Not busy at all. I tried to buy a brand new set of tires and an alignment. I just had a couple questions. He was clueless and didn t even offer to find out. Waste of time. There loss!

Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto services. And kudos to all the guys in the shop working through all this Florida heat.
