I had a wonderful experience with the Service team at Subaru of Wesley Chapel. They were very polite, and expeditiously answered any questions that I presented. When the car repair was delayed, they promptly reached out to find out if that would pose any problems and were ready to provide solutions. Looking forward returning to Subaru of Wesley Chapel. Thanks Molly!

I don't normally write reviews but feel particularly inclined to do so on this occasion. Recently, I took in my car for standard service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and because of a humming noise that I suspected was a bad wheel bearing.Long story short, they could not find anything wrong with a wheel bearing and charged me for the diagnostic run that they did. Still feeling like something wasn't right, I took the car to a different service department which, upon inspection of the car, found a bad wheel bearing that was causing the humming noise (and on top of that, didn't charge me the same diagnostic fee that they did in Wesley Chapel). The wheel bearing got replaced at the other department and the humming noise is now gone.Additionally, the oil change/tire rotation services seemed to take much longer than usual (this isn't really a huge deal, since they informed me that the service department was a little short-staffed that day). However, they did not replace the sticker on my windshield telling me when my next service is due.HOWEVER, I do want to mention that at the time of writing this review, this location is still quite new. It is clear that they are making every effort to satisfy their customers. My advisor, Niko, was very personable and welcoming when I got there and they served the guests free pizza around lunchtime. So, I really have nothing negative to say about the customer relations aspect of this location.Perhaps with more time, this service department will be able to work out the kinks, as this is a new location, but I currently do not plan to return.

We were so happy to see a Subaru open in the area and the Service Department and their customer service did not disappoint. We felt the wait time was appropriate for the service that we had done and everyone we came into contact with with extremely polite. We definitely recommend this Service Department and it will be our new Subaru home too!
