Parks recently took on our car's AC system issues and those were, let's say, multi-faceted and problematic! It included their looking closely at work done by another shop last year, too, and the attention to detail there finally paid off... MAWGA(Made Airconditioning Work Great Again)!!! We appreciate the effort put forth by their friendly service staff, techs, as well as even a manager at one point, to apply needed focus, expertise, and care to get this job done to our satisfaction. I called and made an appointment for Thursday and dropped the vehicle off Wednesday afternoon and left it for warranty work, I called Friday to find out what is going on with it and it had not been looked at and probably will not be until Monday or Tuesday per the service guy. This was my work vehicle and I can't just leave it until they feel good and ready to work on it. I would not take your vehicle there unless you don't need it for a week. What's this world coming to?

NOT recommend this facility. Very disappointed with Parks Ford at Wesley Chapel.We are here on vacation, drove 1000 miles from Canada and our 2014 Ford Escape died on Friday, January 19th. We were towed to this Ford as a closest one, and they promised to look at our car this afternoon or next morning (Saturday) keeping us posted. They didn t call us, we called them before closing time, but no news. The same story at Saturday morning, we called couple of times before we learn that BCM is gone, part is not available with national wide back order to February 19th (1 month), with estimated cost $1,263.50 for part plus labour $245 before tax. They advise to keep disconnected battery s positive terminal overnight and everything should be fine till part would be available!We paid for diagnostic $262.15 after tax, but car wouldn t start just after an hour after battery was disconnected and connected again. It was running on and off at will.After agonizing weekend and trying to find used part we end up at Brandon Ford. They took us right away to see it. While we were transported with their shuttle services, we received great news! Diagnostic/labour was $241.95 plus part $14.21 Total $275.37 after tax and our car is running smooth since then.

Last time I was there, they tore my tag/plates off (it was on their cameras as well) and didn't say anything about it. I noticed as I was getting in the car.I decided to give them another chance today for a simple oil change and was told by the girl answering the service phone that it I brought my car in for an oil change today, it wouldn't get done until August 8th! Today is July 23rd. I will happily be making the drive to support a small business today instead.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

We've purchased 6 new Ford vehicles in 3 counties over the last 8 years. We never purchased from Parks b/c they were 10-15% higher than competitors. We have, however, used their service dept for the last 4 years. We were pleased w/service provided, and even made referrals to friends/family; however, the last 4 times we visited and the most recent time I phoned, we were treated poorly. Specifically, I'd been there 2 wks prior w/a different vehicle and given the FORD special for "The Works." When dropping off another vehicle, I was charged full price for "The Works." When I asked about the special, the technician said she didn't know what I was talking about. I told her I'd just been there and was given a discounted rate. She told me I had to have a coupon. I was able to download the coupon from FORD and show her when I picked up car; she made the adjustment. The next visit, I was out of town, so my son took the car in. There had been a recall on the brake hoses for quite some time. Parks never had the parts and then never followed up when the parts came in. My son took the car in for "The Works" and hose recall. He was told it would take all day. Two hours later there was an emergency at home and my son had to call and get the car prematurely. When he got to the service center, he was told they had done the oil change and tire rotation and had the brakes apart to work on them, but had to put everything back together without replacing the hoses. My son asked why they hadn't told him that when he called to get the car. Again, the technician tried to charge full price for "The Works" until my son was able to produce coupon. Parks also put in the FORD database that the hose recall was completed, on subsequent appointments when my son had asked about completing the recall, he was told none was required. The last 2 times he has been to Parks, they have wanted him to get new tires and a brake job. (They've also tried to talk him into replacing air and cabin filters, as well as wiper blades, all of which had been recently replaced by my husband and were brand new). The most recent time my son was there, he had a FORD coupon for an oil change ONLY. He wasn't getting "The Works" b/c we were going to replace the tires and didn't need them rotated. The technician charged him for "The Works" and he was told "he needed it." Parks had been telling him for 6 months that his tires were worn and had to be replaced, but then charged him for an unnecessary tire rotation, on old worn tires. The final straw was today, when I called to make an appt for brake service and 4 new tires. The person who answered the phone never gave her name but was very short and curt. I also asked for the brake hose recall to be completed in addition to the brake service and new tire installation. She told me that no recall was due even though we have received atleast 2 recall/campaign notices since receiving the original brake hose one. When I tried to explain what happened, I was told I'd "have to talk to them about it" when I was there with the car. I told her at the beginning of the call the day I wanted the service done, before any explanation of service and disagreements about recalls. Now, at the end of our conversation, I was told that day (2 weeks from today) was unavailable. I ended the call. Out of convenience, I stuck with Parks, but no more. I called another FORD dealership and explained the services needed. They were helpful and courteous and able to give me an appt on the day I requested. In addition to all of that, for some reason Parks' service technicians always turn the headlights from auto to off. All three of my children have been driving at night and realized their headlights were not on the day after service. Parks' online appt system is also horrible. It'll allow you to make an appt on days that are fully booked, only to cancel them later. You can also only look at the booking calendar up to a week in advance. I'm relieved to say I will never return to Parks Ford.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Horrible experience. Took my car for service Monday, because a recall and a suspension concern. I had scheduled an appointment a week before. It took many phone calls to the service department to finally get my car in the shop Thursday afternoon. Not even once the service advisor called me to give me a status. They lost me as a customer.

Went in to get a part for my Escape , while they did not have it in stock the employee did print out the part number and told me where I could get it that day. He was above and beyond with his service . The date of the visit was 2/3/2023 at 8 am .

Nothing we tried to use the service dept scheduled a appointment 3 weeks out went there the day of only to be told we have to leave the car for 3-4 days for them to diagnosis on the radio speaker problem service mgr also confirmed that is the policy.. never heard of making a appointment to be told that .I think this service dept is the worst in the Tampa Bay Area also called last week to talk to the gen mgr who was in the Lincoln store in a meeting switchboard operator said she would have him call me that was a week ago mr Ellis never called back

Friendly and funny employees that work in the service department. Was quoted a reasonable time on my service and was finished with an added wash 30 minutes earlier. Keep it up.
