Ryan R is exceptional! Brought in my car to get serviced and he kept me updated along the way. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best service. I would definitely recommend that you see Ryan at the Nissan Service Center.

Rude and not very female with knowledge friendly..... Don't even get me started as to how many times while waiting on service I was approached to trade in my car and upgrade. So annoying I couldn't even focus on my reading. If I could go anywhere else for warranty or recall work I would.

Alfonso (AJ) is excellent as service writers go. I use to be one so I know. He personable and listens to the customer also doesn't sell what's not needed regardless of what the inspection report says. He's my go to guy. I hope he'll be there for many years.

What an amazing experience working with Ryan R. Honest, Transparent & fully Customer Centric. I went in for oil change on my Sentra first given the oil change specials they had going and then took my Altima there again because of the excellent service I received. During service, They found an issue with a leak on transmission fluid but worked diligently to get it fixed and through some extended warranty that my altima had which even I was unaware of. While they fixed my Altima, they arranged for a loaner for me, so I was not stranded.All in all, based on this experience, I will be using them for all my Nissan Service needs. Thanks Ryan & Wesley Chapel Nissan for making it worthwhile! You guys have my business.

In the past 9 months I've made over 3 visits to the Nissan repair shop in Wesley Chapel. Each time, I got charged for diagnostic test and made some of the recommended repairs. With each diagnostic, there was always a new findings that was not identified on previous diagnostics. In total in less then 9months I've spent over $3000 in repairs and my complaint remains unaddressed. Recommendations were advised that were not required ( per 2nd opinion certified mechanic). During my last visit on 6/7/23, recommended repairs totalled over $3000. I spent over $2000 in Dec 2022. I believe I was taken advantage of as a female customer.On 6/7/23, I was told an engine mount needed replaced or else the remainder 3 mounts would break down. A second opinion indicated the part DID NOT need replacing. When and if I decide to replace WHEN NEEDED, parts plus labor will cost $461 ( Nissan quoted over $800). I was told my battery needed to be replaced because it FAILED the battery test despite the fact that Nissan replaced that battery in 2020 and most batteries are good for 5 years. A second opinion assured me my battery is in good condition. Nissan quoted me a battery replacement fee of close to $400. This is a repeated occurrence at Nissan Wesley Chapel to search and create estimates and required repairs when those repairs were not needed. Scott, the service rep applied fear tactics to emphasize needed repairs. At times his approaches were inconsistent from the opinion of the Nissan mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I needed to get air in all 4 tires on my wife's car. They got me into the shop in about 15 minutes. The service manager who greeted me took care of me right away. He put the air in all of the tires & got me out in less than 5 minutes. Great personal service. I will be back

I was pretty impressed with the service they provided. They did a good job and it didn't cost me that much due to the extended warranty I purchased. Glad I did! They had me in and out fairly quickly and my service guy was Matt, a really nice guy! He went over everything and helped me understand my warranty. Matt took good care of me and my car!

Went to the Wesley Chapel service center this morning, to have my wife's Nissan Rouge serviced. The car needed a oil change, and the tire's rotated. The service advisor Kevin Ragano greeted me within ten minutes of my arrival. Explained to him what needed to be done. He then looked up then the vehicle record on the computer, and suggested other maintenance needed to be done. He explained everything, was very thorough. He even sent my wife a email listing everything that needed to done. We decided just an oil change, and tire's rotated for today. But, will be back for other maintenance items. Thank you, Nissan and Kevin Ragano for great customer service, all in under 90 minutes.
