I had an excellent experience buying my car at MB Wesley Chapel. It s a beautiful space, with a wide selection and great personnel. All the staff were respectful and considerate, but I have to shout out senior salesman Bruno Santelli in particular. Bruno has over two decades of Mercedes experience and stayed with me all through the process, from the moment I first stepped into the dealership through taking ownership and driving off the lot. It took me three visits over two days to make the final decision. He answered every question with cheer and candor. Other sales people try to lean into the hard sell but he gave me information, support and space and it was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

My rating is based solely on my sales experience. I had an awesome car buying experience!! I am grateful for Luis and the team for understanding my desire and not pushing me to break the bank. Luis helped me select the best car and provided a special lunch, prepared by his wife, a special touch. I love my new MB. I haa as e always enjoyed the service department here at Wesley Chapel Mercedes. My service advisor is you usually Brianna and she s amazing but last time I have something come up and I went in on the same day. Brianna was off and I had Suzie take care of me and she was also amazing. Even the service manger Michele is amazing. They are all very helpful and they ll go above and beyond and I m sure if they do it for me to do it for everyone because I don t know them on a personal level. I only know the professional level so thank you.

I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz Wesley Chapel for several years. They are simply the absolute best. I often work with Darrell Williams for service requests on my three vehicles. He s professional, always thorough, and a genuinely delightful person to work with. He is incredibly helpful in explaining detailed information to me and keeping me informed as to upcoming service needs. Honestly, everyone there is welcoming and professional. The facility is top notch and I love the attention to detail they always provide! Great dealership!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall repair. The service was great from start to finish. When I got there, they were ready for me right away. My service advisor was friendly and pleasant. She called me about 30 min before my service would be complete to let me know I could head over to pick it up. The pick up was just as easy as the drop off. Wonderful experience overall. Will definitely continue doing business here.

Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel. Recently took my vehicle in for service and Bryan Fernandez was took care of me. He was wonderful. Had oil change done along with an update on the software of the vehicle. They lent me a loaner vehicle until next day. The process was smooth and got my car wash and vacuum without me even asking. Thank you Bryan.

Excellent experience First time coming for service. Michael Nankovitch met me when I arrived andexplained what was involved and promptly resolved all concerns I had.He even helped me with a profile issue.The A service was completed in the anticipated time frame. The car was immaculate when it was returned.The coffee was excellent and the waiting area was very comfortable.I am a car person so I took advantage of the opportunity to look at the cars in the showroom and a walk around outside.Everyone I met was friendly and made me feel comfortable.I have been in other facilities where I just didn t feel like I belonged. Not the cas here.I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of WesleyChapel and their staff. Great place to buy a car and have it serviced

Though the salesman and finance manager were pleasant enough. But were lacking in either honesty or knowledge. Either they should be more up front and honest. Sales gets a C, finance a D.An update: I received a text asking me to call the dealership to discuss my review. The number to call was the general number and when selecting 0 for the operator, I was put into an infinite loop with the same useless recording. Absolute WORST customer service of all time...absolutely terrible to not give a damn about your customer.

First time at Mercedes Wesley Chapel, it was for a safety recall. My advisor was calm, but quick and I even received a decent rebate for a new set of tires. Definitely worth getting your car checked there.

I have owned a M-B, different models, & have for many years (still own two) and Darnell Williams is the BEST serice advisor I have ever met (Britteny in Scottsdale Az is now second!). Every employee contact was stellar (Parts, cashier, and a mechanic who actually took time to show me where Parts was), really topping my dealers in San Diego & Scottsdale.

We had a great experience at our recent Service Appointment at Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. Our service advisor Lindsey was very thorough and accommodating during our visit. She made us feel welcome and put us at ease. We enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her. We will ask for her next time our Mercedes requires service.

If you need you MB serviced look no further than the Wesley Chapel dealership and ask for Austin. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. First class experience. I'd give Austin more stars in this rating if I could!

I had such a great experience from start to finish with this dealership! Not very often anyone can say that about a car buying experience. I had been searching for my perfect vehicle for months dealing with several other dealerships along the way. Luckily, when I inquired about the vehicle I got a call immediately from Nick. He was so easy to talk to, listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen with zero hesitation or pressure. I drove two hours to the dealership the next day .he had the vehicle detailed while we were on the way and pulled up ready to go. He even had the paperwork ready to sign. The financing did take a while because it was a couple days before Christmas and there was only one finance guy working BUT they had a comfy waiting area with freshly baked cookies, snacks, water, soda, coffee, tea, etc! So save yourself a headache and go see Nick and the rest of the amazing staff at Mercedes of Wesley Chapel!

The employees are nice and it is a beautiful facility, but I had a negative experience. They wasted four hours of my day. I live an hour and a half from the dealership. I made my appointment online. It gave me the option of waiting while the work was done. All I needed was a diagnosis, and had a pretty good idea of what it was already. When I got there, it took 30 minutes for someone to meet with me. Then they told me that they would have to keep my car for a week to even look at it to do the diagnosis. I explained that I live an hour and a half away, and that I made the appointment online and selected the option to wait in the dealership while they looked at the vehicle. If there was a problem with getting a diagnosis while I waited, that should be reflected in the online process, or someone should call me after I make the appointment and explain that. An appointment is an appointment to get something done. It's not an appointment to be told that they can't get to your vehicle for a week. And if you give someone the option of doing the work while they wait, you should do the work while they wait. I drove all the way there, waited, and drove all the way back, for nothing. I needed my vehicle to drive out of state for Christmas. If you couldn't have gotten to it, I could have made an appointment with someone who could. Very very very frustrated.

I have had the pleasure of working with Matthew in the service side for all my maintenance/repair needs the last couple years and he s been so great. He is always very informative, takes the time to explain things about the services my car needs or is getting, has a very humble and down-to-earth personality and is an all-around genuine guy. He definitely cares about his customers and it shows in his work ethic.

I've already done this once before. This will be short and to the point. Purchased a new car in mid-November. Vehicle only came with one key fob. To say that it was difficult to get a key fob would be a kindness. I was handed off to salesmen, General Managers and on up the the line until I got to Edens. I made (without exaggeration) at least 10 phone calls trying to get this resolved until I called MB USA. Nothing happened for weeks until one of your service people took over and suddenly the key fob was ordered and ready to be programmed in about 5 days. Chloe took over from there and the issue was solved. Chloe did a professional job. You can take your entire sales staff and throw them in the trash. I have NEVER had such a low level of customer service. Customer service at this dealership is 100% non-existent! I would've had a better experience buying a Yugo.

The sales professionals are excellent, no pressure, and will handle all paperwork for an easy purchase and registration to get you on the road. The service team is the best. Had my GLE serviced at a different dealer and they made it worse This dealer service department took their time and solved the problem.

This location is a part of Autonation brand. After a bad experience with another Autonation dealer, I gave Mercedes-Benz a try (I have a prepaid Autonation maintenance plan that I start to regret to own). I am not sure about sales but if it comes to service experience, it was a nightmare. I booked my service ca. 5 days in advance. When I finally arrived for the scheduled service, I initially spoke to unfriendly service advisor, Brianna. After over two hours of wait time (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection) I decided to check on my vehicle personally. It turned out that at that time there was nobody working on my vehicle so I decided to find out what was going on. I learnt from another mechanic that they were not sure if they had the engine oil for my vehicle in stock. I could not believe what I heard and decided to ask Brianna to explained me where the issue was. She acted very rude and replied "This is Mercedes and you drive a Lexus, we do not buy your oil until you show up. If you do not show up, what we are supposed to do with your Lexus oil here?" When I, kind of shocked, asked her if she was kidding me, Brianna replied: "Are you done?" Somehow they found the magic Lexus oil. When I got into my car, I noticed that a floor matt was very slippery. I assumed it was wet after the car was washed there. The next day the matt was still slippery and when I looked up closely, I realize somebody from the dealership sprayed all the rubber matts with some cheap solution. Moreover, they over sprayed almost the whole interior: doors, console, and even glove compartment. Do not get fooled, their website states: "The level of service here is unparalleled, with each member of the team dedicated to ensuring that clients not only find their ideal vehicle but also enjoy every step of the journey." Did they copy that statement and then translated it to English from a dealership in Germany? Do they even understand their own words? Stay away if you can! You will get a much better treatment at your local Larry's Shop.

I do not have experience with any other service advisor besides Susan Cardoso, and I cannot say enough good things about her. From her daily updates and genuine care and concern, I give 5 stars. She rescued me from the horrible service experience from Mercedes of Tampa Bay
