I m really pretty sure they sabotage things that they want you to pay extra for. Went there for an oil change because it was free, they recommended I get new wipers because mine weren t working well they said. But I had kind of recently gotten new wipers, and they were actually working great just recently before that. Got my oil changed and the next day it rained and the wipers were working terribly.A few months later I went to get the window fixed. Zero other problems present that day. Repair man calls and says that the cars battery is dead and in terrible shape. Needs to be replaced immediately. I refused, and needed a jumpstart to get off the lot, after it charged up a little bit from driving around, zero problems with the battery. Same as before same as always. They let the battery die on purpose or incompetence and tried to get me to pay for a new battery I didn t need.

I'm sure the sales part of this dealership is great. Of course they are happy to sell you a car. But this is for the SERVICE CENTER. I can not recommend this service center. Service is not good. And when they make a huge mistake, they don't even bother to try and fix it.

Excellent service, but horrible phone system. I cannot get a hold of them no matter how hard I try. It was so bad that the front desk had to give me their direct phone number because the company they outsourced their calls to was so bad. It s very inconvenient to take your car to a mechanic, leave it there and then have no way to reach them.Other than their awful phone system, the people working there and the service I have received have always been excellent.

I took my car in for an oil change for the fourth time since I bought it from this dealership. My last visit was the worst so far. It took them 3 hours to do an oil change. When I first walked in to the service department, the guy behind the counter was very happy helping a young blonde lady. You could see the back of his teeth. When he finished with her, I walked up to him, and he immediately changed his face and said that someone would be with me shortly. Of course I am not a young blonde lady. Just a regular middle-aged man. So I was left standing there while he pretended he was busy doing something on his computer. 10 Mins later someone showed up and checked me in.Anyways, I sat there for almost three hours. I watched people who came after me get their cars serviced and left before me. Exactly after 2h and 45 mins, the service boy brought my keys back to the front desk. I watched my keys sit there for almost 15 mins, and the guy who refused to help the first time was sitting literally right next to the keys. People would pass right next to me and no one would offer to help. Finally, I flipped out on the guy and he wasn't busy all of a sudden.Message to the manager: Do your job. If you are not capable of running a small service department at a Mazda dealership, then there is no hope for you.UPDATE: 7/5/23 - Received a survey to compete by this Mazda dealership. I shared my experience exactly as described. The so-called general manager called me to follow up on my experience over the phone. I thought "wow, they are trying to make things right." WRONG! The first thing that came out of his mouth after he introduced himself was " I don't appreciate the things you have mentioned in the survey." I was in an absolute shock. Just Wow! He was also very disrespectful and rude. He would cut me off if I tried to say something. Instead of listening to what I had to say, he went on and on about how wonderful his staff were and how unfair I was with my assessment of them. Well, three hours for an oil change, and they were not even busy. So, yeah, they were very incompetent.Anyways, he told me I wasn't welcome at "his" dealership anymore. I spent 35k on new a car at this dealership ( the car is paid off), and this how I got treated. I remember the day my wife and I showed up there to buy the car, everyone was fantastic, polite, and kind, including that manager. It must have hurt them so bad to be that happy and polite. To summarize, of you would like to meet the Florida Man you always hear about, well this dealership has plenty of them.
