First of all, I couldn't be happier with the Mazda team that helped a girl buy her first-time car!!!! Thank you to Karim, KZ, and Abdul for making this experience such a fun, exciting, and safe purchase. They made me feel like family and big brothers looking out for the little sister. I was originally looking for used, but they got me into a brand new zero mile 2024 all black cx5 (dream car) for better price!!! 10 out of 10 for the whole team that came together and made my family and I comfortable, especially my father's approval, who is a tough man to please!

What a change for the best. Whatever changes they have made are working. We hesitated before going back here to look at lease trade in options but we re so glad we did. Paul Cruz was such a great sales associate to deal with and the whole process all the way through to finance was so simple and easy. My wife got her new car and she couldn t be happier. Great job by the whole staff.

My salesrep Vlad, and the other members of the mazda dealership helped me get out of my old financed mazda 6 and into a new cx50. They were very helpful and have a great selection with a nice dealership. They helped me because i was upside down and dont have good credit.

Working with Mazda of Wesley Chapel was an amazing experience. I walked into the dealership asking for the impossible, Vlad and his management team went above and beyond to get me into something new and at a price I felt comfortable with. Without them, I am not sure what I would have done. Their professionalism and knowledge was amazing, and I am so happy with my new car. I will continue to recommend them to friends, family, and even strangers.

Our salesman Paul Cruz was very patient and helpful in meeting our needs to get the most value in a car based on what we could afford. This is our 2nd time buying from this auto group and they really worked with us. Romy was also really helpful during the financing portion. 3 days ago, I purchased a brand new 2024 Mazda CX-50, which is the first brand new car I have ever purchased. I've always bought used. Our salesman, Paul Cruz, could not have been any better! Knowledgeable, kind, and understanding of normal buying concerns without pressure. We became comfortable instantly and that's important when spending a lot of money. Being a working drummer, I had to make sure my gear fit in the vehicle I was interested in and Paul was extremely patient with what I am sure was a first for him. Watching a drum kit get loaded in & out of a brand new car must've been nerve wracking for him, but Paul took it in stride and even offered to help!Abdul in finance was just as good. Very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. They're what I call, "Good Dudes." Go see Paul & Abdul. They'll take care of ya!!

I stumbled across this dealership after searching for used cars online and I'm really happy that I did! From the beginning, I felt stressed being a first time buyer and the unknown world of financing. But Paul made the process less stressful and as simple as he could. He gave me the in and outs on the car during the test drive, which made me more comfortable with my decision. I appreciated his transparency, kindness, and excellent customer service. Remmie in financing was transparent when going through the paperwork and gave recommendations as well. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm so excited to drive my new car! I m going to start off by saying I absolutely hate car shopping! My car was totaled, so in this case, I had no choice. After searching for cars online, I decided to go to Mazda of Wesley Chapel.Everyone that helped us that day were absolutely amazing! Jab in finance was incredibly helpful and very informative. He made it painlessly easy and he was very knowledgeable and clear on everything.Kudos to All of the guys that worked with us that day. We will definitely be back!

Greeted immediately upon pulling up to service dept by a greeter Greeted immediately upon entry into the building by my advisor. He was detailed, friendly, very funny (actually) and efficient. My car was serviced within the states time frame to my satisfaction. Waiting area was clean and plenty of space provided. Beverages and snacks offered. I liked the process of the video sent to my phone by the mechanics with detailed findings pointed out. Highly recommend

I had a great experience at Mazda Wesley Chapel. From start to finish the process went smooth. I was assisted with Stephen who was able to answer all my questions and present me the best deal possible for the vehicle I was interested in. Jad, as well was very knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative in successfully handling the financial side of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership again in the future.

We had a very good experience at this place. We run into KZ at the door and he was very helpful from the very beginning. He explained everything, he was very patient and flexible and made sure to get us the best deal. Mazda of Wesley Chapel has some of the most wonderful people to deal with! I had a brake issue in my Mazda that no one else was able to figure out until I took it to this service center. I had to take my car in several times until the issue got fixed, but at least they made good on their promise and I never had to pay anything because they warranty the work and the parts they installed. They also gave me excellent loaners each time so that made the whole process as convenient as it could be

I have to give a shout out to my salesperson Stephen, made the process quick and easy. Help me pick out exactly what I was looking for and I couldn t be happier with my experience. I know where I m going and who I m talking to next time I purchase another vehicle. Strongly recommend this dealership. Cool music, laid back vibes, and they will definitely help you get a good deal. Don t waste your time going to any other dealer, just go straight here and I promise you ll leave happy. The other dealers I went to that day were off putting and definitely didn t make me feel welcomed or valued as a customer.

Hi everyone! I would like to share my review about buying a car at a Wesley Chapel Mazda dealership. I am very grateful to the sales agent David Caquias. I was pleasantly surprised at how politely and patiently he did his job. I came there to see a specific car and David did an excellent work. Using a professional vocabulary he found the right words to lead the customer and at the same time he acted in the interests of the company. In my opinion, I bought my new Mazda on the same day because of David s thoughtful style of work. I work in sales for many years, that s why I always can see how sincerely the consultant provides the service or whether it is a routine for him. Moreover, I came to the dealership a few days after buying the car to ask additional questions and was very pleased that even after the sale, David spent enough time showing me everything and answered all the questions I asked. I am convinced that the seller who, even after the sale, is interested in this customer and is ready to provide a high level of service is a professional in his field. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and the excellent car that I was looking for. I highly recommended Wesley Chapel Mazda dealership as a place where dreams come true.

Ron is the best salesman I have ever met and he did us right.It was super easy to communicate, no pressure at all (like in other dealerships) and we got just what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.There were no any fees like New market adjustment or protection packages that could cost a thousands of dollars.

I had purchased my first lease through Mazda of Wesley Chapel and had such a great experience that when my lease was up, I returned to exchange for another Mazda. Our sales associate, Can, was super helpful, friendly and non aggressive which I appreciated. Rammie, the business manager, went out of his way to make the monthly payment that I needed was met. Highly recommended :-)

I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer! This is the 4th vehicle purchase I ve done in my life and it was by far the smoothest one. No games or gimmick like other dealers. Paul Cruz was an awesome sales rep and Jad was great in financing!

The drop off went smoothly, and I went off to do some errands with my daughter. Within two hours they diagnosed the issue and sent me a video to watch. We went back to the dealership where they went over the estimate and time frame, and it was ready the next day when they said it would be. It was a very positive experience, and Holwing, our service agent, was pleasant, efficient and humorous.

Plenty of inventory. Staff very friendly. I was impressed with the willing to negotiate my trade. Almost took business else where and GM made a good offer and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Also had my other car serviced there and they were very prompt and helpful.

I purchased my new car from Mazda of Wesley Chapel. My salesperson, Vlad, was most helpful in explaining all the aspects of my new SUV during my test drive. The entire sales team were kind and helpful throughout the sale process. Vlad also followed up the sale by helping me install my Mazda App and demonstrating all the various aspects of the car s technology. Vlad also phoned me the day after the sale to see if I had any questions or concerns. Wesley Chapel Mazda dealership has a polite thoughtful team. I recommend them to all car shoppers.

Mr. Moon is always very helpful and attentive. He provides the recommendations for my car in great detail and in level of priority, but he doesn t make me feel pressured or obligated to get them. I appreciate everyone at this service location, which is why we only take our vehicle here for servicing.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle here 3 years ago. I was turned off by their harassing sales tactics and leased from a dealership further away. I m now looking to either purchase the leased vehicle or lease a new vehicle. I fully explained that my primary residence is 8 hours away from the leased vehicle/their dealership (second home), but could make arrangements for the vehicle to be brought in which was done yesterday. Because I was not there, they sent a text stating I would have to wait until I could come there in person. This was a total waste of a trip there. I have purchased 2 homes and several vehicles without being present until it was time to sign the papers. I would never fly to purchase something that I wasn t even given a price for. I requested to speak to the GM (as I did 3 years ago) and was told he wasn't available. I wonder if the owner is aware of their sleazy sales tactics.

After initially having a less than ideal experience with a sales manager, this dealership has gone above and beyond to show me that they take their customers concerns seriously. The General Manager, Baird, reached out to me personally to apologize and make things right and leave my family and I feeling valued. Our sales person, Dominick, was great to work with and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle in the Tampa area go see him. This dealership puts their customers first.
