Called to ask how long the required service would take and what it would cost. Was told 1 hour and $69. When I got there for my appointment I was told it was $90 and would take 2 hours. Not sure how this changed between making the appointment and arriving?? On top of that when I got it back although they washed the outside, there were oily handprints all over the interior. Would not recommend this dealership service center.

This Kia service center is quality. Service advisor Shannon is the BEST and the technician who serviced my vehicle fixed 100% of my issues to my complete satisfaction. Keep up the great work y all!

Don t bring your vehicle here if it s not a Kia. I bought a used vehicle they charge me over $200 for them to tell me to bring it to a Chrysler dealership. No one told me I could use my warranty at another dealership until after I paid

If I could give it less stars I would. We have taken my moms car here 4 times in the last year. Our two latest visits have by far been the worst experience. A few months ago took car in for routine maintenance and to have 2 of the tires changed - one of the tires needing to be replaced had a patch. Some time goes by and tires are still losing pressure. Take the car back in to find out the tech had changed out the wrong tires. Had to call Kia several times to have it resolved as they thought it was our responsibility to pay for two new tires being they are the ones who replaced the wrong tires and also left all the caps of the tires. A month after we take the car back in as it is now making weird noises. Come to find out exhaust pipe under car is completely rusted and has a hole. My frustration here being if the car was in the shop 1 month ago, and roughly 4 months ago before that, did none of the techs notice this rust? Why wouldn t they let us know as the issue could have been handled sooner. So now the entire thing needs to be replaced because it got that bad, with a cost of $1,700 out of pocket for something that could have been a smaller problem had they advised of this issue when we took the car in for maintenance. This is sloppy work!

We took our Sorento in for regular service and a tire pressure issue. Xavier A. helped us. He was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would be happy to deal with him again.

Update: Im still bothered by what happened. I'm only changing the stars because I have been in touch with the Service Manager (seems very sincere) and hopefully this wont happen to others.Original post:Before my parents left with a car for our 16 YEAR OLD daughter there was already an issue with the tire. They put air in it and said it was fine. Days later it went low again, put air it in and tire became low again. Stopped by the dealer and all tires were checked and there's no issue (they knew the car was for my daughter.) Obviously there is if within a few days it goes from 35psi to 26psi and it's only ONE tire. Again 2 days later we had to place air in the tire. The guy that helped my parents said to let him know if we are still having issues. Why so they can tell us again that nothing is wrong? We are talking about my child's safety so we took it to our trusted mechanic and low and behold they found the issue. They checked the tire and sprayed it and didn't see anything. Difference is they didn't just fill it with air and let us go. They knew something was wrong and they knew a kid drives the car. They took the tire off, filled it up and put it in their dunk tank. What do you know they found the hole! We are supposed to get 2 free oil changes and i would rather pay then take my kids car there since they don't care. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know something was wrong.

Came to get my Kia telluride serviced, Mr. Garcia was very helpful and tended to my car. As I was leaving I forgot to mention my key fob wasn t working and before I left he replaced the battery in my fob and still had me out in no time. Thank you for the great service today. Might have found my new Larry.

Had a misfire driving back North from fort Myers. Stopped here on my way home cuz I couldn't drive it anymore safely. Just a fouled plug in cylinder #1 but they got me out of there in less than an hour and they are definitely busy. Thanks for getting me back on the road and on time for work!

Had a great experience with Cory. He made an extremely anxious process for me into a very pleasant experience. Super detailed video breaking everything down so I knew what needed to be done. We had our repair done quickly with minimal disruption to our vacation. Thanks!

Very disappointed with the Service Team. First they asked for documentation to provide to their Tech Line to submit the repairs to warranty. They called me days later on a Saturday to say that warranty denied the repair request and they provided me with a number to call. Kia Consumer services wasn t available on the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday. After hours on hold, they review the Tech Line Ticket and informed me that they did NOT upload any of the invoices that I provided to them the week before. Kia Consumer Services said they would reach out to the Service Department about reopening the ticket and would call me back within a few days. After 3 days, I called back and spent many more hours on hold to find out that they were not able to get in contact with the service team because they were not answering their calls or replying to their emails. I then called to find out why they didn t upload the invoices I provided and they blamed it on the mechanics and said they would reopen the ticket and upload them. Days later I still haven t heard anything, so I call to speak to the service manager named Paul. He tells me that Corporate Kia are a bunch of liars and that they never reached out to them (even though they put me on hold while they called). It is now October 25th and they finally submit the documentation to warranty review that I provided on October 6th. This entire experience has been very unprofessional. I would recommend that anyone who is denied a warranty repair, to call Kia Consumer Services and verify they actually submit the correct information.

Called and spoke with Eddie to schedule an appointment. He was helpful, professional and made sure I was taken care of with me needing an appointment for first available as I am heading out of town soon and needed to have service done beforehand.

I worked with Holly and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and made my first time buying a car so seamless. She even managed to get the license plate off of my trade in (which was impressive because it was practically welded onto the car). I would recommend Holly with Kia of Wesley Chapel to anyone who is looking for a simple car buying process!

Ok. So I gave them a four when most people probably would have scored them a little less. But this issue I had wasn't completely their fault.I brought my Kia here to get some work and loved the service department. The tech sent us regular video updates on my car and kept us updated on the work progress. We got our car back in no time.However, long story short, a month later the car motor went (it s a 2010 with 147,000, so yeah). We immediately called Kia Wesley Chapel and had the car towed to them.Again, service went above and beyond; called us for every step. They were able to get the car warrantee repaired, so very little out of pocket and a loaner car to boot. Great! Then that s when the glitch in the matrix took over.Fast forward to month later, after taking the car in, and we were still waiting on parts. Not much to update, so everyone is in a holding pattern. Finally, the call comes in - parts are in and the repair is being made. Yay! A couple days later ready for pick up. And we did! Did I mention that the service department was awesome here. Well it is!Unfortunately, during the six weeks they had the car, they parked it in what must have been a grass lot somewhere. We get in, car is running great, we get three miles down the road and ants start taking over the car. Not few a few thousand! An entire nest of creepy crawly ants. With babies! They are coming through every crack and crevice. My granddaughter is screaming because they are on her. We pull over and start cleaning out ants by the handful. The car seat is infested - that s in a dumpster at the store where we pull over. The child is traumatized. I m traumatized. It s pure heck trying to get the ants out. Two days later we turn on the air conditioning and ants are blown everywhere.Well, two ant bombs later, we got them gone. A couple more weeks later and we still can t convince our granddaughter in getting in the car.This was not the fault of the car service department, it was nature of ants. But it s a story worth sharing. Ask that your car be parked on the parking lot and you will have the best service. Word from the wise.Service: Engine repair

They told me that the approximate time for the repair would be 2 hours, after 4 hours they gave me my vehicle and told me that it has not been repaired yet.

I feel any time I call there s always a smart comment made by the Kia representative. I ve come in person to have work done and to told after waiting I had to reschedule due to parts not being in. Fantastic experience - very knowledgeable staff, Jonathan Vidal helped me find the best solutions for the work that had to be done on the car.
