I had a great experience buying my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid N-Line from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel! I truly appreciate this dealership and the lack of games and trickery in their processes; that seems to be so common in Wesley Chapel! My Salesman ZACKARY DAVIS was great to work with and made this fun... just like it should be! Straight forward deal negotiation from the Sales Managers and painless movement through the Finance Office and delivery. Your salesman Charlie was great, but it looks like his hands were tied from making a great deal. We got our Venue from you without a hitch and that is why we returned. We could not come to a deal for getting another vehicle and I was quoted a ridiculous amount without you even checking my credit. Eventually we walked away. I knew it wasn't impossible to get a great deal and was given just that at Courtesy Hyundai. You guys not only missed out on one purchase but two.

This is a great dealership to purchase your next new or pre-owned vehicle from. Charlie was my professional salesperson here. He is very knowledgeable and professional and personable! He made my purchase very pleasant. Unlike other car salespeople, he was patient and did not push me into making a deal. I made my decision by his utmost respect of me being a widowed senior citizen. His thoroughness of showing me how to navigate all the accessories on my new Hyundai Tucson is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend Charlie Betances to sell you your next vehicle. I came to the dealership a week ago just looking for a car with little hope it could fit my wants and needs at a reasonable price. However I with the help of Carlos and the great sales team I was able to find a newer model that met my expectations! I noticed that the passenger side window wasn t working properly, so I went back in and within an hour they installed a new one. Overall great experience and forever grateful for Carlos!

We stop to look around and Devin was fantastic, Devin kept searching the lot until he found a Santa Fe that worked for our family. I will recommend Devin to ask my friend. 3/17/2024 findings of the 3/2024 service done at the Wesley Chapel Hyundai. It has been several months since we bought the car, My daughter took it in for the first oil change. They charged $100 for oil change and rotation. They wanted to charge her $90 for the cabin filter and $60 for the engine air filter. My daughter declined the cabin and air filter change . They overfilled the engine with oil and did not put glove box back together.

We had a great experience purchasing a car for our daughter at Wesley Chapel Hyundai. Devin was our sale associate and he did a fantastic job helping us find the right vehicle within our budget. Our daughter ultimately choose a 2018 Santa Fe Sport and it is a perfect for for her. Jay Lack the business manager did a great job as well finding the right financing for us and making sure all our questions were answered. Great, excellent experience at this dealership, everybody worked to get me the best deal, Robb, Will, Matt and everybody, Robb fought to get my needs and questions answered. And everybody else was just amazing and very professional. It was also a quick deal, usually buying a vehicle implies spending your whole day, it wasn't the case with these efficient people at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and Matt made the financial and document signing part so fast and easy. Definitely planning to keep my vehicle for a while but when any of us in my family needs a vehicle we'll be going to this dealership.

That s the 3rd Hyunday I bought within 12 months over there! I only go to this Hyundai or the Jacobs Mitsubishi! Two dealer that my family and I love to go! Thus, this time I had a great and professional sales consultant, Vik Katariya, he went above and beyond for me and exceeded all my expectations! I bought my second Ioniq 5 with him! The whole process was fun, smooth and quick! I will come back Vik! Thanks for treating me so well! Always is a pleasure to make business with top notch professionals! Customer for life! And I can t forget the Finance Manager! Chris! What a nice guy! He helped us in the past and luckily he helped my wife and I this time! Vik and Chris went the extra mile with love and care! The sales representative, Fabio, seemed reluctant to undertake the necessary groundwork, preferring traditional methods over modern conveniences such as car rental for test drives. This approach felt outdated and inefficient, reinforcing the need for a more customer-centric approach in the industry. This underscores the appeal of purchasing or leasing vehicles from companies like Tesla, where the process is streamlined and user-friendly. A few clicks are all it takes, and after a short wait, the car is delivered exactly as specified, devoid of unexpected pricing or exorbitant dealership fees. Unlike traditional dealerships, which may engage in price hikes even for vehicles abundantly available on the lot, the transparency and efficiency of Tesla's model offer a refreshing alternative that prioritizes customer convenience and satisfaction. Learned my lesson. Never again. I'll stick with Tesla and just pay the negative equity in cash. Far easier and less painful than this load of garbage.

I called and made an appointment with Fabio to test drive the Palisade for my wife, when I arrived Fabio was waiting for me with a vehicle to drive. Fabio was very cordial and upbeat, we went for a drive and he went over all the functions of the vehicle, I told him I would be back with my wife in a week because we were going out of town, he kept in touch with me until we got back where as we came back so my wife could test drive the Palisade. Long story short we came in for a basic Palisade and bought the Palisade calligraphy . Fabio made the experience easy from the beginning to walking out with a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Wesley Chappell.

If you're looking for a car dealership who will work with you on a budget, then look no further! I went here yesterday with my fiance, and worked with Christian for awhile who gave us amazing customer service, and really made us feel like we were apart of the Hyundai family from the start. After we did some test driving we found the car we wanted, and for the right price! Christian knew we were on a strict budget, and was able to get the number right where we needed it to be. After working with Christian, we sat down with Karl who was equally as friendly, and gave the same great customer service. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Wesley Chapel to all of my friends and family. Thank you Christian, and Karl again!

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. Robb was our salesman, and he was excellent! I'd highly recommend working with him. He was knowledgeable and patient and we never felt pressured as we considered our options. Waste of time. Took time out of my day to see the new Santa Fe. Greeted by someone who said they were the salesperson. Went over the car and what I wanted. He walked away to talk to manager. Another salesperson now says he is helping me and getting another car from a nearby lot. I never asked to see another car I wanted lease terms. I waited and waited 20 min and he finally showed up. He was personable and car was nice. I offered my name and number and explained after being there 30 min I had to leave but would call in 20 min and I didHe had ANOTHER person contact me and I waited and waited and waited hours for numbers. They were triple what was stated on Hyundai site. $14k down on a $45k car lease??????Never even asked to run my credit which is as high one can get. I then asked for straight cash deal and never heard from him againWhat a complete waste of time. Dealers are so used to treating people like utter crap they don't even understand they are the salespeople and it's THEIR job to follow through and guess what??? SELL THE CAR!!!!.Took 10 min on the phone with another dealer to get suitable lease numbers and cash. Even better they had several of teh exact model I wanted. Will drive by when car is delivered.When does this entitled nonsense stop?

Every time I have brought my vehicle to the dealership my experience has been terrible. I recently took a long break from bringing my Santa Cruz to the dealership as I was going to a dealership that was much further away and much more inconvenient. I brought it back to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would get a ride back to the dealership but at the end of the day no one would answer the phone. I even ended up calling the sales department who eventually walked over there and got someone to call me, but would not send a ride for me to come back and get my car, although this is a service that the dealership provides. when I got to the dealership there were tons of employees everywhere but no one can be bothered to answer the phone. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at 4 PM and ended up not getting my car back until around 630 because I had to find my own ride back , I called and left several voicemails, asking the service advisor to call me back so that I could provide feedback and try to make the experience better for others but no one could even be bothered to call me back

The dealership staff were great. I arrived early for my service appointment, and they greeted me professionally. They explained the process to me, and kept me updated on my vehicle s progress throughout the day. I enjoyed being able to communicate to staff/representative with text messages. Also, when I was unable to pickup my vehicle once it was ready, Hyundai was understanding, and they allowed my vehicle to stay over night with no charge. Additionally, the atmosphere inside the dealership was friendly and clean.

I bought my car here and have been using the service department throughout. The approach previously has been less than friendly but today it was a lot better. The approach seems to have changed. More proactive, so they came to me in the car. I confirmed my appointment and what I needed and was gone.Previously, I would have to walk into the service office and I would have to wait until somebody was free. Even when I noticed several service people were free, their heads would be down and nobody would address me with a hello, we will be with you in one moment . It was just silence until one of them would signal to me to approach the desk. I hated the lack of greeting and common courtesy.Today was different as I mentioned. Jasmine came to the car and I confirmed my appointment and was gone. Jasmine kept in touch with me, told me what was found and provided an estimate which I accepted. She even found a discount without me asking. It was a far better experience. She greeted me at my car when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. I don t need much and a nice greeting, which is easy, makes the experience a lot better. Hopefully this is the norm and not the exception.

They we friendly and able to fit me in between appointments. I thought I would have to leave my car over night but they took care of it quickly. They kept me informed and didn t charge me for unnecessary work. I was able to choose hassle free if I wanted to add anything to my service.

When we arrived, David greeted us and was so helpful. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process.Once I found the vehicle that worked for me, Jay and David worked hard to get a price that worked. Their professionalism and genuine care to help me get to a realistic point for me was showing and I m thankful for that. Very happy and grateful to drive away in my 2024 Hyundai Tucson!! Hyundai hybrid is worse car and hyundai wesley chapel florida service is worse.I bought a new car from them and within 4 months hyundai tucson hybrid gives trouble in engine and I was wesley chapel hyundai 5 days to fix the issue but they didn't. They keep wait every days 4 hours and said they fixed the issue but when I left show room within couple hour same problem come up .Be careful to buy hyundai hybrid car and be careful about the service of wesley chapel florida hyundai service .

Leonard was extremely helpful when it came to getting me a new car in my price range. He listened when I told him what I wanted, and he didn t stop badgering his manager until he got it for me. He was informative without being pushy, which is one of the best qualities a salesman can have. I m lucky to have worked with Leonard and I definitely recommend him if you re in the market for a new car, or for any of your Hyundai needs!

Once they get your money, they disappear.. bought a used car and spent 23k.. was told it was inspected and we paid an $890 reconditoning fee as well as a dealer fee. When we got home, we noticed the windshield had a rock chip/crack and i immediately sent pics and text salesman. Salesman said they would fix and I never heard back after 5 days so I called a sales manager who had an attitude and told me another manager would be in the following day. Never heard back from anyone after a week so I went ahead and had windshield fixed so we could move on with our car. Sales and management showed zero care after the sale was over and i reached out over 5 times. We like the car but won't be back.

We went to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel on July 1, 2023. What we like the most is their very warm treatment to their customers despite of the temporary office they currently operate at. They listened to us attentively and are very respectful especially our agent VIK KATARIYA who really guided us from the very beginning until we acquired our new 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz (Activity Package included). Vik made it possible for us to get a very good deal. Also, the guy in the Finance office CHRIS was very warm and so well mannered and he did an excellent job in explaining the numbers, benefits and protection stuffs being a Hyundai family. We did not regret driving 60miles from our residence to Wesley chapel, we had an awesome experience with very professional and passionate people. Thank you so much!
