I came to this Goodyear after having all my tires replaced at another shop. Not even 4,000 miles later one of my tires blew. The other shop refused to even call Goodyear and ask if they would do a warranty exchange. I had to call Goodyear myself and was directed to this shop. Jim helped me out and was very kind and answered ALL my questions. He put in the claim and had my tire replaced within the hour. Excellent customer service! Will absolutely be back in the future! I m a young female and he never made me feel like I was stupid or anything. Highly recommend!!

Scott and Ruben provided EXCELLENT Customer Service to me today. I did not have an appointment, and stopped by the store because my vehicle indicated I had a low tire. To ensure I was safe driving, I was willing to wait as long as necessary to make sure the tire was okay. Scott and Ruben inspected and inflated my tire and had me back on the road quickly. Thank you again.

I had a tire pressure monitoring light on for my Honda Civic and went to this Goodyear location to have it checked out. The technician was very friendly and showed me how to simply reset the TPMS from the dash in my car with no repair needed! Great experience and I will be going back when I have tire issues. Thanks again!

I when to this place twice and the guy behind the desk denied me service he not even did eye contact with me, he couldn t patched my tire because they were too busy.At eight o clock in the morning nobody was doing anything.I m Latina that was the only reason.

Rebate for 2023 is a joke cant get your $25 no matter what you send. And the all season tires devoloped a hairline crack in 3 months that leaked and caused a flat. Front desk is no help just some rude lady with alot of apathy in her voice. Boycott goodyear.

I called this location on Wesley Chapel Blvd after having my truck fixed at another repair shop that did not fix my truck correctly. I spoke to Scott and he was wonderful. After explaining what was wrong with my truck he told me to bring it in and drop it off and they would give me an estimate upon arriving to the shop. I met the general manager James they assured me that they would take care of my truck and get it straightened out. After inspecting my truck, they figured out what was wrong with it and two days later I was picking it up. I can t believe what an amazing job they did on my truck. I m able to drive my truck and feel safe that it s completely fixed. I would recommend this Good Year location on Wesley Chapel Boulevard. The staff are amazing. The place is clean and they know what they re doing when it comes to fixing your vehicle. Kudos to the team at Good Year.

My wife and I we're on our way back from Lakeland with a brand new puppy and we had a tire blowout on i-75 and we did not have a spare. I called this store and they had the exact same tire and size in stock for my Cadillac Escalade. I am an ASE Master technician and my wife is a service manager at a local Ford dealership. We were 100 miles from home and they went out of their way to take care of us and get us back in the road quickly. We are home now with the puppy and all is well thanks to this team at Goodyear

Diagnosed I needed to buy a new tire for 373.00 tire had nail in it with only 19k miles on it ,I wanted to save it, had it patched somewhere else 44.00 , I would not recommend here, I'm am not an idiot because I am a woman. Despicable!

Had a slow leak in one tire. Bought whole set and opened credit in 2021 from Goodyear . Drove to riverview store and they couldn t help me unless I left it to start the next day. Called Wesley Chapel and Jackie said they could do it same day but a wait. So I drove up and got there at 1. They were done at 2! And n/c! I was so pleased with the service Scott and Jackie gave I gave them gift card for their next lunch. I am loyal to brands I like and they proved me right. Thanks guys and keep it up!

Found a screw in rear tire. After calling several other tire shops, this shop was able to check it within an hour. All others recommended I leave my only car overnight, because they were to busy.

Staff was very friendly. Tires I bought did not have review, I got the Starfire Solarus AS. My car drives so smooth. I am very pleased with the product. I will definitely be going back.

Do not recommend for car ac vent cleaning- I have done it for my car as it was smelling little bad and post service the smell was good for only 3-4 days later it started again. Not sure what they have done. All my money in vain.

Was quoted about $180+ at Meineke , went online ordered same tire and made appointment and saved about $50. I was in and out in 30 minutes

Walked into the store on a Friday and the guy behind the desk shook his head and acted irritated that I was even there. He wouldn't even make eye contact. I asked if someone could look at my tire he said it would be Wednesday before they could pull my car in. Again acting as if I were a bother. I turned around and walked about and took my car to S&R Tires where they changed my tire in 10 min. Goodyear doesn't deserve my business and hard earned money.

I went in this place to get my brakes looked at they checked my brakes and said I needed brake pads and calipers replaced . They did that then I started home I hardly had any brakes my brake pedal almost went to the floor then I smelled something . I got home and called them the guy said put brake fluid in it so I went back up there and they finished them after replacing the brake line they broke sad I could have got into a accident

We ordered tires and when we came in to get them the specialist said that our current tires are great and we didn't need new ones yet. The sales agent didn't apply any pressure to us. Great honest folks! We decided to keep our current tires for a few thousand miles. Thank you very much!

I went in for an oil change. My car had a rattle from the dust cover on the catalytic converter. The technician came in to ask if I would like it removed. That little extra mile means they now have a loyal customer. Thanks guys. I have to say something about the reviews that I read. Things happen and an appointment may get delayed. It happens all the time at doctors offices. Why get so bent out of shape for a small delay? I'm betting those people have made someone wait in their workplace. One of the customers was actually late for their appointment then complained about having to wait. Maybe if you had been on time, you wouldn't have had to wait.

Bad customer service.I felt one of the service managers was rude. Don't want to mention his name here. But noticed that others also had the same experience with him.He was not polite. I had an online appointment, he couldn't find that. The way he was asking.e questions was as if I was asking for a favor.While picking up my car there was a different person, maybe Scott. He was nice. That's why gave a 3 star.

My disabled 68yr old mother and 2 -2yr Olds in the car with her, they tell her it'll be 3-4 to change 1 tire when on goggle it says it's. 10min to 1hr "live" estimate on wait time. If you're pour and can't afford all 4 tires or $1000 In mechanics work they look at you as a no body. Absolutely the worst place ever.

The service is outstanding.. they are very honest, friendly and professional. I went to get new tires and they told me that my tires were good for a thousand of miles.. this type of honesty and friendly service they have a customer for life. Nate the young man that greeted me was very friendly, professional and honest.. the owner of this location should be proud to have such a outstanding employee like Nate...I will recommend this Goodyear location to my family and friends...

This shop is great way better than the Tire Kingdom across the street in my opinion. Havent taken my car anywhere else since. Scott up front is very helpful you should definitely talk to him. Got multiple things done to my nissan today and Scott was very prompt to call me with updates/info and when it was done being serviced. Thanks guys!

Met Scott and ordered a premium tire on Saturday - he provided a great service. Came over on Tuesday to get the tire installed and got the worst customer service ever - Shannon doesn t know how to treat customers. I am not surprised that he said at 5pm that I was his 2nd customer of the day! Won t come back!

They never fail to show a bad time. I brought my car for a simple flat repair and tire rotation. had a 4pm appointment car sat till 6:30 till they even touched it all for them to tell me they couldn't fix the flat or do the rotation due to the nail in the tire but the guy did tell me to just plug it myself and they would do. now why would i do most of the work and then bring it back for the easy part and pay for it and they were rude as well. when i asked how long for my car around 5 they said they would get to it before they close at 7. worst customer service ever.
