I just recent lunch purchased a F-150 at Parks Ford and had a very good experience. I started off by utilizing their online chat and then went to their location once I found what I liked. Their prices were competitive to the other Ford dealers in the area is why I chose to go there. Once there, I dealt with Tanner and he did an outstanding job getting me what I asked for or needed. From start to finish, it was a good and smooth experience.

Tyler White was my sales agent, I honestly had the best experience ever. I did all my research online before I even messaged him. I knew what car I wanted and I told him my price point I wanted to stay under and sent everything to him. He worked his magic and I literally picked my car up the same day. I was in the building maybe 1 full hour , 1 hour GUYS. Do you know how rare that is? I never felt pressured, it went so smooth I was really in shock how fast everything went. I couldn t stop smiling and of course I knew nothing about this neon green mustang, Tyler took the time to show me how everything worked all the buttons all the setting and said I could call him anytime if I needed help with anything. It was just amazing. You could tell he was so happy for me too. He was smiling just as much as me. You guys this place is amazing it the second vehicle I have bought and it won t be the last. Thanks again Tyler.!

Went to have some work done on my car. Get through the diagnosis and I start seeing charges for things I specifically asked NOT to be done. Then, finalizing my charges, my estimate starts changing dramatically, anywhere from 3800 to 4400, with no services added or removed. I received about 4 different numbers from the technicians on what my estimate would be, none anywhere near the other.I also opted for the free shuttle service.I was the earliest appointment you could make for the day (7:45). Proceeded to sit around until 9:30 for the shuttle to come, after having my technician check on where the shuttle was after 2 hours, and they told me the driver was on an extended trip Well in the 2 hours that I sat there, I walked around. My driver, along with Atleast a dozen other employees, are just standing around talking amongst themselves. Then my driver finally comes, and he was one of the people I ve watched just stand around for the last few hours.To top it all off, I was told my car would be done by the end of the day, then early afternoon, now I m told end of the day again, all after they tried to make sure that it was fine they kept my car until the end of the first day.Manager calls me because I m clearly frustrated with the service I ve received, and just tries to defend his employees and not figure out where the problem lies, OR to solve the problem.Just go somewhere else.

I ended up not buying a vehicle there. My situation is a tough one but it is offensive when they low ball the value of your vehicle so much. Also the prices that they advertise online is not totally true. Make sure you read the fine print that says you get that price only if you qualify for all the rebates....you wont qualify. Also they like to play keep the key to your car tactic.... your key should be returned to you promptly after they do the appraisal.....not kept behind a desk and the sales man asking you "but if...." We shouldn't have to ask for our key and we should have to ask for it more than 3 times. If you can't work with us, just say so. I thought dealerships were hurting and trying to make sales and work with customers???? I guess not when you low ball trades and post not totally true "sale" prices online.

Garfield was our sales associate, the experience was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. We bought a used car for my daughter, it was a 2010 Infinity. The car is great! The service was wonderful, Garfield actually drove it home for us! The facility is very clean

I recently purchased a 2019 F-150 from Park's Ford and decided I wanted back into a Mustang. I spoke with Tanner Goktepe, a sales person, and he did a phenomenal job on working with my requirements. I know I'm a stickler and I haggle on price like crazy, but he was super patient and understood my reasoning. I also dealt with Frank Lacey and Robert Vido and they too were amazing. I've told them in person and I'm letting other people know that they will get you what you want. They are not just some big dealership who doesn't care about you as an individual. They take all things into consideration and work on numbers. I will always be going back to Park's Ford! Tanner, thank you again for having such great customer service!

I was dreading go to any dealership to buy my car but from the minute we got there Tanner Goktepe our sales person made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and made the experience painless. Our business manager Carlos Gonzalez (with a z) was professional, funny and went out of his way to save us money and get us in the perfect car for me. I would recommend them to anyone who does not enjoy buying car. This experience made me walk away not feeling like I made the best decision.

Ricky Rodriguez did a great job with the works oil change. Just took a bit longer than anticipated, but no big deal these pandemic days. Courteous professional service tech. Never been anywhere else with my F150 4X4, or any other Ford products...they do a great job! Can get a bit pricey with the add ons they recommend but as they say... Take care of your vehicle and it will take care of you!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Disappointed with the fact that the lady online promised a car for a certain amount out the door, and after I made the drive, the final coast miraculously went up $1500. I am not a fan of wasting anyone s time, and that s what it felt like-a waste of time (mine, salesperson s and my teenager who was very excited about buying his first car). The sales person was great and I have no issues with him at all. My problem is with the fact that I was misled.

I would not recommend for service. This establishment makes me think of a bully stealing your lunch money. I was quoted one fee prior to work being completed. Then after waiting one hour passed the estimated completion time, they had to change things and add on more money totaling more than triple the agreed on pricing. I called the next to speak to someone and I was never called back. I feel taken advantage of. Take your business elsewhere.

I hate to leave a review like this but I also hate the fact this is ever happened. I took my truck to have them fix a recall on it. I never received a single paperwork from them. Not when I dropped off my truck not when I picked it up. Unfortunately my brand new, high quality safety googles were stolen from the center console of my truck. I noticed it right after I picked up my truck. I called to ask if maybe someone took it out from the truck. The answer was " I personally know the person who worked on the vehicle and he would never stole it."Well, I just bought the googles, removed it from the package and placed it in the center console right before I dropped off the truck. Googles were gone when I picked it up. Shame on Parks Ford Wesley Chapel!

I ve been having my Ford serviced here for about a year and a half. Destin and the other service personnel always super helpful and explain anything that may come up with my car in ways I can understand. They are easy to work with and very understanding.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is a joke. I asked about valve adjustment and was told they dont do valve adjustment but if I wanted they could do a diagnostic on the car. I asked well what if the diagnostic comes back as needing a valve adjustment, and the reply was they dont know what then, they would have to send the vehicle elsewhere for that service.
