Having many choices when it comes to companies that replace windshields/auto glass I am happy that I chose Cornerstone to replace my cracked windshield. On 5/16/23 Andrea took my initial call and she was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for me. I was even given the choice on what brand of OEM glass I wanted, thank you Andrea for getting me what I wanted. The following morning the mobile crew arrived at my home and replaced my windshield. They showed up at the time I was told, they called me once on their way. Install went great, so far all is good without any issues. I have no problem referring Cornerstone to anyone that needs auto glass replacement.

I want to share a concern since I went with this company because of the high google reviews. Cornerstone committed to get a gm oem factory glass for install on my truck and they agreed. The oem glass came in broken and they offered up a sub-inferior no oem replacement windshield. Cornerstone refused to reach back out to gm to replace the damaged gm oem windshield for installation on my vehicle, with no explanation why. They also refused to communicate regarding this via email or let me speak to the owner so that we could make this right for the customer so I had to walk away. Very concerning regarding business practice and performance and I want others to be aware. Next steps will be to go with and established company that will deliver promised commitments to their customers.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Lots of 5 stars but I find it hard to believe that they are real. I hired them to replace my windshield. The installers installed the windshield wrong. This left the crash detection system non functional. I took it to the dealership for their evaluation as I was moving out of town in just a few days. The glass company pre-approved the dealership $699 to calibrate the system. Then they approved an additional $111 due to a gel pad that was only reused by the installers. The dealership never could get the system to calibrate due to the glass not being centered when installed. It was like pulling teeth to get the glass company to respond to me or answer the phone. Finally they sent a supervisor to the dealership only the tell the dealership that the owner could get it fixed when it go to where he was going. They did not even tell me this. They did not communicate whatsoever. Then on top of that they refused to pay the bill that they approved at the dealership. I had to pay the balance in order to get my car out of the shop. There was ZERO care from the glass company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

called for a quote, no call back. called again and got a call but couldn't understand the lady (bad connection), she got attitude over it and hung up...or line disconnected. no other call back attempted. guess they didn't want my business.

I have had several windshield replacements done by Cornerstone Mobile Glass in the past 5 years. Many companies use cheap glass and after 3 months the glass needs to be replaced again. The owner has always communicated very well and answered any questions concerning the job being performed. Each experience is always hassle free and very convenient with my schedule. This company really is true to providing quality parts, products and services. I have referred friends and family to this company and all of us have been very pleased. Highly recommend them for any windshield replacement.

I called to schedule an appointment for a chip repair on my windshield. I was asked to send a photo so I did. Then an amazing thing happened. I received a call from Jason who explained to me that the type of damage didn t require repair as it wouldn t spider across the windshield. He would be happy to do the job but said it would look worse than it already does when he finished due to the process needed to make the repair. He advised me to save my money if I was not bothered by the location of the chip. This was a nice welcome. An honest man who could have advised me to replace my window but did the right thing. Jason is amazing and if I ever need windshield repair or replacement I know who to call. I highly recommend this company for an honest opinion. He won t rip you off. Thanks Jason.

I was in need of replacing the windshield of my son s car. I did plenty of research before I decided to use them to the job as I really did not know where to go or who to talk to. After a full week of research I can say that they not only have the best prices around, but they are extremely professional and honest. I spoke to Jason and he is simply exceptional people. His customer service is just excellent and the job was done much faster than I ever thought it could be.I am amazed of this place; they are truly an example of a perfectly run business very impressive.I highly recommend them!!!

Cornerstone Auto Glass provided me with excellent service when I needed to have my windshield replaced. I was very impressed with their fast and great service. Everyone in this company were very knowledgeable and friendly, they answered all my questions and concerns, and the service was fast and reliable. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs windshield services.

This company is awesome! I needed to have the windshield of my truck repaired and with one phone call Cornerstone took care of everything. The technician came to my place of work so I not only saved time, I also saved gas. Cornerstone also took care of all the paperwork for billing through my insurance so I did not have any out of pocket expense. I highly recommend and I would definitely use again!

Cornerstone Auto glass installed my windshield on my Honda accord LX V-6, not only did they provide me world-class customer service but they also provided me the step-by step procedure on how everything works which made me feel really comfortable! I got original equipment manufactured glass for my Honda! (my baby) and it was all FREE through my insurance!! The installer called 30 minutes before he came which allowed me to be ready! From the Sales personnel to the installers they really know what they are doing and they do it well!! I will never use another company!

My windshield in my 2003 Acura CL Type S had been cracked for some time and was getting worse by the day.I contacted Cornerstone because I had heard about them locally. I spoke with Jason Fry and he gave me a fair price on the new glass and installation as my insurance did not cover the replacement.Cornerstone came out the next day and replaced it quickly and professionally!

Cornerstone was amazing! Met with all my needs on time, and location to work around my busy schedule. All of the staff i have been in contact with were extremely professional all the way through to the install crew. Highly recommend them!

Not from the area, but had an emergency and needed my windshield replaced. Cornerstone was awesome, they were super fast, and very precise. They work on, and care for customer vehicles as if it was their Grandmother who had the emergency. Great people, I d give them 10 stars if I could!

My fiance bought a new (used) car and the windshield had a slight crack in it. Went to several places for quotes but some were rude and short and others wanted way too much. Then I called to cornerstone auto glass . I was shocked at the difference at first and to be honest a bit skeptical lol. However they gave me an immediate quote that was actually reasonably priced and once i did schedule my appointment, they were prompt and on time. They were also super professional, which honestly, you dont find that too much around here these days. The calls and bs I went though before was insane. So glad to have found and called this place, otherwise i may now have broken windshield in our eyes. Thanks guys!

had my car glass broken into on a Sunday night. I called several auto glass repair places but Cornerstone Auto Glass was the only one that called me back and came out to my shop on Monday.They replaced the glass within 2 hours. Can't ask for more than that.Saved me a lot of trouble. They were professional and quick. best auto glass company!

Great company! I have gotten at least 4-5 new windshields from them...I drive alot, lol! Always quick, professional and use great product. They handle all the insurance paperwork etc....so easy!! I won't go anywhere else for my glass!!

Cornerstone autoglass is the best in the business hands down! Jason was very skilled and knowledgeable in this field and performed quality work in a very short time! His professionalism and personality make better than the rest! I will never use another company besides cornerstone again!!!! Again by far the best in the business.

Great company to deal with. Uses high quality glass. Friendly and honest installers. And with out a doubt provides excellent customer service. They came out to my house and and was done with the work in just about one hr time. And left no mess behind. Very satisfied and will use again if ever needed. Highly recommend them.

service was excellent. made the call to get estimate for my vehicle and the next day the gentlemen was there bright and early to get my glass installed. very cool people inside the company and outside. job was completed super fast and was cost efficient . id be happy to refer them to friends or family if needed and will use this company again.

After a lot of searching and getting quotes I ended up going with Cornerstone Auto Glass. They were very professional and to the point. I would def recommend and call them on any future work.The best auto glass repair company! Thanks

Cornerstone changed my windshield last week and I couldn't be happier!! The office staff called my insurance company and handled everything for me. The installer came to my house on time and was very professional. Thank you Cornerstone for my new windshield and I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Fast professional service. They handled my insurance claim = no out of pocket expense. Work was well done, they replaced with OEM glass, and reattached rear view mirror perfectly. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

It's really hard to know who to trust when it comes to Auto Glass. There are a lot of shady fly-by-night businesses that don't correctly install the glass, or that use bad parts and pass them off as OEM replacement. With that said, Cornerstone Auto Glass is a breath of fresh air. The owner is trustworthy and honest, the glass is professionally installed and the parts are defiantly top notch. Have used them several times and I undoubtedly will use them several more in the future. A+

Jason is very professional and makes sure the dilemna of replacing your windshield is as quick,inexpensive and turns into a positive experience. Please by all means if you need your windshield replaced dont hesitate call Cornerstone asap.
