The experience my husband and I had at Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel was great! Our sales person, Morgan was awesome and she did a fantastic job helping us with all our needs and questions. I had found the exact vehicle online that I had hoped to get and she made it very easy to get us in it quickly! It really could not have went more seamlessly. Plus after having a not great experience at a dealership closer to home, driving 2 hours to Wesley Chapel to do business with a helpful and willing staff was well worth the time and effort. I would highly recommend going to Wesley Chapel!

I just recently purchased my second vehicle from this location. I came in on a Saturday determined to find a vehicle, I was immediately greeted with a smiling face of Zack Brown. He was kind, informational, and patient with me as I looked at many cars. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles and made sure I got the right car for my needs. Once the car was chosen, I had the pleasure of working with Courtney who assisted Zack in the closing as Zack was assisting many other people at the same time (however never once made me feel left alone). Courtney is as straight up as they come and I could not have been happier with that. Almost finished and Zack showed up with wraps for my husband and I!! Snacks and drinks. I wasn t only pleased with my interaction with these men, I was overjoyed and completely impressed with them. If you need a car, please see them! They made it so damn easy!! Thanks guys! Starting from jimmy the sales rep. And then Nicole they did what ever best they could to help me get the vehicle I wanted forgot the managers name but he helped out to I had a great experience buying my vehicle there and very happy with the outcome thank you all for all you did hopefully this car last me a long time but if I ever had to buy another vehicle I would consider goin there again

Chapel Chevrolet is a blessing, I was looking for a Silverado and found the exact one I wanted on line, send a message and soon after i received a call from Jakob one of there sales rep. He was very informative and patient, not like some of those other car sales rep that just want you to show up on their lot that they can push you in any car. I drove down there meet with him and drive away very happy and please with the out come. I paid almost 9k less than what it was listed for. Thank you Jakob.

I don t usually leave reviews but not sure where to go from here. I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado with 69k miles. After a couple days of owning it, the transmission went out. Originally I had spoke to Shawn the sales manager who said how do you know it s broke down, are you a mechanic? , then told me to come back the next day. I confirmed with Shawn that the next day is Labor Day and he reassured me that he would have techs there. I went back up on Labor Day and he told me to come back. I went back up the next day and finally got the truck in the shop. Once I got it back from the shop. The truck then broke down again due to a transmission sensor which they should have checked upon replacing the transmission, once again this truck left me on the side of the road. After I got it back from the shop the engine blew up, and the truck wouldn t start leaving me on the side of the road yet again. I have owned this truck going on two months and have been in a rental for those two months. I have a claim with GM, and they told me to give the dealership a chance to make it right but this is ridiculous. Yesterday I went into the dealership due to them having to give me yet another new rental. I spoke to the sales manager (forgot his name) to see if they could just swap the truck for something reliable since this is a lemon. We were good to go, test drove a different vehicle and everything seemed fine. They then come to tell me that they cannot swap because of funds, mind you the truck I test drove cost the same amount as the original truck that is non-reliable and has been in the shop for 2 months. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Highly disappointed.Update: It has been a week since my last visit up here to switch rental cars and check on the status of my truck. One week later and still no update or response from the dealership

One of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Morgan and Kari were fantastic sales people. They made it about as painless as possible. I found the vehicle I was looking for online and they had it ready for me for a test drive right when I arrived. I was in and out of the dealership just a couple of hours. Well worth the hour drive for the experience.

Bought a used truck from them in last week of January. I driven the truck about 150 miles as of 02/13/24 and the engine light came on. Had it tested at auto parts store said catalytic efficiency below threshold. I took it to Wesley Chapel Chevrolet and was here three hours to find out, they weren't going to do anything. They said "sold as is."Service department was great. Management wouldn't even talk to me.Sorry way to do business.Thankfully I negotiated them down $5,000 for what they wanted for the truck. Beware when buying used vehicles here. Get something in writing about any type of warranty 30 days 60 day's or som many miles or your screwed.DaleChastain Painting Contractors, Inc.

I felt welcomed and valued. I have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime and Derrick Bournazian was one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and low-pressure sales representatives I have ever dealt with. I had no intention of purchasing the day I was in, but knew I would be soon. After talking to Derrick and getting the information I requested, I decided to just go ahead and buy so that I could make the deal with him. Although we ended up purchasing a Suburban elsewhere due to a better deal on a used car, Josh's knowledgeable and patient guidance was instrumental in our decision. His professionalism and genuine care for our needs left a lasting impression. Jaden was soo great! I drove all the way from Orlando in hopes to find a car that fit my budget & a salesman that was everything I needed. After going to different dealerships, Jaden not only got me my dream car for my dream price but made the car buying process so smooth. Everyone was friendly. The salesman was prompt and didn't make me wait to talk to anyone. I can tell he is new and needs some more product and sales training. He tried to answer my questions with the best of his abilities. It would have been a 5 star review, but I asked NOT to have my credit pulled by multiple banks, and I now have multiple inquiries from just your dealership. I also made it well known to my salesman that I needed assistance getting my new vehicle home because I didn't have a trade and I can't drive two vehicles. I was told my vehicle would be delivered to my home that night, and it wasn't. The sales manager and salesman did deliver the car the next day and apologized. Just a learning curve, and teachable moment. Overall I am satisfied, but those things give a 4 instead of a 5 star.

My wife and I purchased two vehicles from this dealership 2 years ago and everything was great. Recently I went into the dealership and under there new GM they tried to low ball me by offering 10K under Kelly Blue Book for my trade when every other dealership offered Blue book. Not to mention last time our Tahoe was serviced at the dealership they did not fix recall like they were supposed to. I was a loyal customer for years but now I make sure everyone knows how horrible the dealership is.

I brought my Trailblazer is for an oil change yesterday and left with a $600 charge.It s my fault for being too trusting, I know. I should ve done my research before going in. I trusted what I was sold.I was told it was my 15,000 mile checkup and because I went somewhere else previously I had a lot of catching up to do on overdue service.Something didn t feel right after I left, and I should've listened to myself. I was sold multiple services that aren t even on the service schedule in the myChevrolet app!At least the service itself was good, although I m not sure how my license plate got bent.At the end of the day, I prefer to be trusting, but not with this dealership. Next service event I ll be cross referencing their recommendations with the Chevrolet app so I don t get taken again.

I was looking for a Toyota Sienna. I must of talked and emailed lots of car salesman's but one stuck in my head. I had the pleasure of talking to an exceptional employee there named Zack Brown. His attention and commitment made my buying process very stress free. Zack worked diligently to secure a great deal for me. I had the pleasure of meeting this great person at Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel. From the moment I walk in he made me feel like family! He has the ability to understand and feel what customers are experiencing and is able to meet their needs. We have purchased 3 cars from Chevy here in Wesley Chapel and the experience thus far has been great! Johans and Jaden make car buying feel less stressful. I sent the dealership an inquiry on a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 I saw online the day it was listed. My initial interaction with the dealership was promising, as the car was priced attractively and I was eager to move forward.The sales process began as expected. I provided all necessary documentation, including my license, insurance, and proof of income. Additionally, I completed a credit application, which resulted in a hard inquiry on my credit report a step I believed underscored my serious intent and commitment to making this purchase.Our negotiations hit a standstill over the final price as the sales manager remained firm. Even though I said I'd be willing to make the deal happen as long as I could pay the taxes cash (so they weren't factored into financing), I never received an updated buyer's order to reflect that.I was then told that another potential buyer, present in person at the dealership, was also undergoing the application process for the same vehicle. This situation put my deal on hold, dependent on the other person s acceptance or denial. This turn of events left me feeling sidelined and undervalued, a mere backup option despite my readiness and commitment demonstrated through the hard credit inquiry.To add to my frustration, I was later told that the dealership had received an even higher offer for the Corvette Z06, and I was now welcome to purchase the car at an out-the-door price of $14,000 higher than the initially listed price.This sudden price hike, presented after my serious commitment was demonstrated through a hard credit inquiry and extensive discussions, felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me questioning the integrity of the dealership s sales practices.I had hoped for a buying experience that matched the excitement and significance of purchasing a vehicle like the Corvette Z06. Instead, I am left questioning the dealership's customer service practices, their respect for potential buyers' time, commitment, financial readiness, and their overall business ethics.

I will say from the start that my service advisor was excellent. I appreciated his response time and attempts to help me save money. That being said, my power steering issue was never addressed. You wanted to charge me $500 to replace a light bulb for my headlamp which is absolutely insane. I spoke with the SA and he said if I bring the bulb down, the mechanic will just throw it in for me. I bought a bulb that night on Amazon and my wife drove 25 minutes to the dealership in the morning to drop it off. I got it call late in the afternoon from the SA stating the bulbs wouldn't work, they had a different connector. So I got the GM part number from the SA. I ordered the exact GM Part for $135 on Amazon. My wife again drove 25 minutes to the dealership to drop it off. The SA said it would be ready by Friday. I tried calling but couldn't reach anyone as you closed at 6pm. So I called the next day and my SA said the bulb didn't work that I needed to get a whole new Headlight Assembly. So I could come pick the Tahoe up. I looked up the cost of the Assembly and it was almost $350. When I got home, I decided to try and plug in the bulb myself and it worked absolutely fine. It took me all of 10 minutes to remove the old and put in the new. It seemed like the existing bulb had never been removed. It was extremely tight to turn. After spending $5K dollars with you, I would expect that putting in a bulb would not be a big ask. Having me waste gas and time to drive over there multiple times and then to be lied to and told I need to purchase a new assembly does not sit well with me. I've always believed in going to a dealership to get my cars repaired properly. This experience has me rethinking that for future work on my vehicles. Do better by your customers.

Excellent service! The people who work here do anything they can to make your experience there the best ! Honesty and polite people who really care. My salesman Angel Salas was fantastic and I highly recommend him. He really wants to make sure you are pleased with every facet of your purchase.It was such a easy experience and no pressure to add unwanted warranties or anything I didn t want. Moving to Florida from Michigan. 2022 2500 HD broke down on I75. DOT guy stopped to check on us waiting for the tow truck. Told us to go to Wesley Chapel Chevy if we were going to dealership. Took his advice and paid the tow truck more to take it to Wesley Chapel. They are trying to service it same day (it s 3:22 PM). They had a truck for rent, 60.00 a day which is cheaper than a compact at any car rental place. And service advisor said he d see what he can do on the daily costs be depending on what s going on with our truck. In and out of the dealership back on the road in less than an hour. Now just hoping it s nothing major with our truck. but so far this is the Chevy dealership to go to in the area!Service writer was quick and professional. Rental agent was also quick and professional.

Had an amazing experience getting my dream car. Angel Salas was so professional and on point on helping me and my husband. I didn t feel at all rushed in getting a new car like many dealership like to do but instead Angel took the time to make sure my husband and I got into a car that we could afford. He provided excellent service and if I decide to get another car I would definitely go to him.

Good experience overall. Had to wipe oil dripping from filter when I got home but don't think it is leaking. Keeping an eye on it. Be nice to clean that stuff up before I get it back. Car wash was free and included but only worth about that price. Service guy,Brad Cormier, was great and service was fast.
