My wife and I recently had brought a vehicle in for inspection by the service department in Wesley Chapel (a vehicle we were considering to purchase elsewhere). We were assisted by Patrick in service and he was absolutely amazing. He thoroughly explained things to us and provided excellent feedback.Once we determined that it was best to purchase a BMW through a dealer like Wesley Chapel, Patrick had referred us to salesman Rafael. We were originally looking for a pre-owned X3, and when Rafael found the perfect fit for us, we decided to also pursue a 330i.We could not be happier with the service we received we will continue to support Wesley Chapel BMW and recommend them to all our friends.

My experience with Patrick BMW@ Westley Chapel was wonderful, professional, pleasant and extraordinary service. It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at this location. As soon as I walked in Patrick greeted us with a pleasantly hello with a great smile. He explained the service I was getting and made recommendations. He also explained the reason for the recommendations. He kept me updated to how much longer for the vehicle to being done. He also went above and beyond with showing how much he cares for his customers. Thank you Patrick for your service.

Always a great experience at this dealership. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Have worked with Ryan and Patrick in service and both are great. The sales staff are on a different level than other dealerships I ve worked with. Chris A in sales is excellent, and the rest of the team is fantastic as well. I ve bought a few cars over the years from this team, and it s always an easy, professional, low-pressure experience.

Buying a truck from this BMW dealership turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The transmission completely failed just a week after purchase, leaving me stranded and incredibly frustrated.It's appalling that a supposedly reputable dealership would sell a vehicle with such a critical defect. This experience has shattered my confidence in their quality standards and overall integrity. It seems they care more about making a sale than ensuring their vehicles are reliable.To make matters worse, dealing with their sales department has been a lesson in inefficiency and indifference. Instead of taking swift action to rectify their mistake, I was met with excuses and delays. It's as if they couldn't care less about the inconvenience and financial burden this has placed on me.I strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership unless you enjoy throwing your hard-earned money down the drain. The lack of accountability and customer care is astounding. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase.In summary, my experience with this BMW dealership has been nothing short of a disaster. I'm left with a rebuilt transmission on my truck and a bitter taste in my mouth. They've lost a customer for life, and I'll be sure to share my story with anyone considering doing business with them.

Excellent customer service. The tech was very knowledgeable about the situation I was having and was able to properly diagnose my car fully and was able to show me more about my car with the video inspections. Definitely great idea hearing my car on video every step of the way. Absolutely recommend going back to this dealership, everyone was very helpful. Made my decision very easy to go to this dealership versus my local BMW dealer. 5 stars!!

Love my new BMW 230. I like that it is a lot more user friendly than my last car. All the personnel that helped from the sales person, manager and genius were all so helpful. Plus the service call I recently needed to correct a problem was taken care of in a timely manor to my satisfaction. I liked that they sent me a video of the work that they did and the overall check on the car. Over all I am very satisfied with BMW of Wesley Chapel.

I have to give a great shoutout to some of the team members that assisted my husband and I during our experience trading our BMW for a new one. We would always go to the Tampa location despite this one being closer and it was because we didn t want to risk loosing the quality service we were use to. However, the whole team here at the Wesley Chapel BMW met our expectations with both pricing and excellent service! Everything started with Jose who provided excellent customer service in the service department when we initially were only getting our previous vehicle serviced there for the first time. Then that was followed by Avery who worked hard on getting us a great deal for our trade in, along with the support of his manager Thomas who was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Overall my husband and I are very happy so far with the excellent treatment and service at this location!

Highly recommend this dealership, from the time I reached out to them inquiring about a vehicle I had Superior Service. Prompt Communication prior to arrival then upon arrival my Vehicle was out front ready for the Test drive and even allowed me to extend my test drive to show my husband. Andreas was our Salesman he was extremely professional and kind as well as the Sales and Service manager. They have been extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with If you re looking for a dealership that doesn t waste your time and genuinely cares I highly recommend them. I will definitely return down the toad when it s time for my next vehicle.

I've tried all the BMW dealerships in the Tampa area and this is easily the best one. They went the extra mile when I sold 2 vehicles to them and when I purchased 1. I've been going here regularly for service as well. Their prices are reasonable and they always treat me right. They have even done a repair for me out of their pocket simply because they sold me the vehicle. That type of customer loyalty is hard to find. Their 3 year unlimited oil change plan is a no-brainer. I honestly don't want to deal with any other dealership.

Very professionally run dealership.Javier, my service advisor, always listens to my concerns and needs and handles everything beyond my expectations. I have a few other BMW dealers closer to my house, but I drive an hour to BMW of Wesley Chapel because I know they will take care of me.If you're in the market for a new BMW, go see Chantz in the sales department.Definitely a 5 Star experience.

This was my second time using BMW of Wesley Chapel. The experience much nicer since the completion of the construction. Ryan was very helpful and informative. Went in for oil change and general inspection. I received a text with video from technician which revealed a split in my rear tires. Both on the inside of tire and out of sight. Ryan knew I was headed out of town on the highway. Both tires replaced, oil changed, wipers changed, software updated. All complete.

Can't say enough about our experience today. Lamar and Carlos were fantastic to deal with. We came to purchase a used Audi not a brand new BMW but they both went above and beyond to get everything done for us. The entire process went smoothly and made us feel very taken care of. Can't recommend them enough, they are an asset to your organization. Absolutely beautiful dealership as well. Highly recommend

I have interacted with both the sales and service staff at BMW of Wesley Chapel, and I am always happy with the customer service they provide. Since the new facility was built, this has become my preferred BMW dealership in the Tampa Bay Area, both for the environment itself and the positive atmosphere cultivated by the employees. I was especially appreciate of Harley in the service department, as there was a system issue when I was trying to purchase a maintenance plan on promotion, but she still honored that deal when I returned to make the purchase later. I would highly recommend this dealership for any BMW purchases or services.

Took my 2015 X5 in for an oil change. Patrick was my service rep, and he was very kind and informative. Not intimidating like you get at other high-end dealerships.Had a particular concern about my vehicle, and after I opted to not do the diagnosis to see what the problem was, he actually kind of broke down what might be the issue from his experience. That was helpful.The oil change was even slightly cheaper than those 5 minute oil change places I used to take it to. Plus with the free point inspection, the tech was able to identify another problem I had of smelling oil (worn valve cover gasket).Great experience overall.

Love the digital customer engagement for scheduling service, paying for service, ordering Uber service on my behalf, and keeping me up to date on status of service. Love this dealership and have just bought two BMW's from them. John Grimes is our guy! If you need a car, reach out to him! He is honest, not pushy at all, listens to what your needs/wants are in a vehicle and delivers exactly that! We have already sent two friends to him and they were also very happy! Everyone that works at this dealership is amazing! When I've sat at service someone always comes around to make sure I am comfortable and asks if I need anything. I go in for an occasional car wash and they always do a great job. Management there is awesome, too! I won't buy a car anywhere else. Go here!

While making a service appointment the advisors were professional and curtious. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and at a time convenient for me. Upon arriving to the service bay for the appointment I must admit I was a little confused as to whom I should speak and where I should go. There was no signage that I could see directing me in these matters and though there were many employees walking about the service bay they were all busy with their task. I walked inside. No one greeted me and so I walked outside again and waited. Someone did approach and asked if I had been helped. I waited in the lounge while the service was being completed and I must admit the lounge was very comfortable and the snacks and drinks were appreciated. I did receive a video link from the service technician while waiting. The video was related to an inspection of my vehicle and pointed out various needs for further service of my vehicle. At the completion of service I was given a printed estimate of the additional recommended service needs. Unfortunately one of the recommended services was to replace the valve cover gasket which was said to be leaking. That was an error which I could have spent $1,900 to repair when the actual oil leak was from the oil filter housing. I was able to have the gasket replaced for the oil filter housing for less than $200 by another mechanic. All of the other service recommendations made by the technician were accurate and appropriately prioritized. Though I retain appreciation and respect for the service department at Wesley Chapel BMW I am reminded that a second opinion is sometimes worthwhile.

I ve taken my M340i to multiple BMW dealerships around the Tampa area for concerns i had with my car and no advisor was as determined to help me more than Harley Kaelar. She was able to accurately explain my concerns on the RO and her technicians were able to replicate/resolve the issue in a timely manner!I ve been working in the automotive service industry for a while myself & i know how hard it can be sometimes but Harley is great! Always kept me updated on the status of my car even when she seemed to be very busy. Shes a pleasure to work with & definitely a go to!!!

What an absolute superb experience I had here at BMW of Wesley Chapel. First off let me start by say my husband and I showed up on a Sunday at almost 4:00 (they close at 5) I had been researching a new car for a while and they had one (previously owned) that I was interested in. Let me start by saying my husband and I met Viktor. What a kind, patient, hard working, mindful man he is. Viktor took the time (mind you it s now approx 4:15) to take us up to see the vehicle, he grabbed the keys, unlocked it and I sat in it and I fell in love. I asked if I could test drive it he said of course no problem. Off we went. I fell in love with the vehicle. So after the test drive of course we started to sit down and talk # s with Viktor, he also was so kind in offering us, coffee, tea, soda, water while we were talking. At this point I was looking at the time and it was very close to 5:00 when they close, I didn t want to keep him or the other staff late on a Sunday evening due to my account. I said I could come back the next morning and Viktor was so kind and patient and so don t worry it s ok! I felt so bad but I did really want the car. lol. So then Rami came over who was s sales manager, again a very kind, genuine, patient man. I also apologized to him for him staying late he said please don t even worry that they wanted us to be happy. It took a little bit with the finance because again it was a Sunday evening and typically at that hour it s very difficult to get a response from them in a timely manner. Viktor, Rami and Alex worked effortlessly and without any inclination of frustration due to us being there almost 7pm. I can t say enough about the outstanding service I received from Viktor, Rami and Alex. Thank you guys for being so kind and patient and making the buying process so smooth. I will sing your praises to all my friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle.

Went in for annual service on my 2022 430i. All service staff were very attentive and Ryan was especially helpful in reviewing details of the services to be performed. Was very impressed with the real time video showing technician reviewing various components of the car as they were inspected. Car was finished in the alotted time - very good experience.

I really had a great experience with this dealership buying a slightly used 2022 BMW X4. I actually looked at the reviews before I chose this dealership over Ocala because I reside between the two of them. I chose this one because there was a salesman named John Grima that had some honorable review mentions So of course I called and spoke with him. I also had the pleasure of speaking with his manager Rami. We worked a deal out and I have to say the customer service is 100% top notch classy Put it this way I haven t even been to the dealership yet and I have had my car two weeks why? Because we all know sitting at a dealership waiting for the deal to be finalized it s kind of a pain and it causes me a little bit of anxiety actually This includes John delivering my vehicle to me, to my residence totally detailed, beautiful!!! and today I met him halfway to pick up a couple of parts that I ordered for the car so basically he has done 100% everything I have requested and he did consistently go over and above what any car salesman has ever done for me! Special shout out to Yer in Finance and Matthew O in parts I m very happy with my decision to chose this dealership over Ocala

Purchased our first BMW, the 2024 X5 xDrive40i at BMW of Wesley Chapel 3 weeks ago and John Grima was very customer oriented, polite and friendly. The main point was he wasn t trying to force us into buying the car we didn t want. He made sure we don t have any questions unanswered so everything went smoothly and as expected. Initially we were on the fence about trading our car in and after great explanation by John we eventually decided to trade it in for a decent price.We had specific requirements for the car and John and Thomas, the sales manager, helped us choose the car we really wanted.They have also been greatly accommodating by providing an overnight test drive because my wife could not test the car during daytime as she worked at that day.

Terribly unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful. I made an appointment days in advance to test drive a car. A couple of hours before the appointment, they call to tell me the car has been sent off with another potential buyer for an overnight test drive, and asking if I can come in the next day for the test drive. Mind you, no explanation for why this was done, just a nonchalant phone call that although I had made an appointment days prior they went ahead and sent off the car with someone else anyway. What really got me was the fact they wanted to make another appointment for a test drive the next day, knowing fully well that the car may not even be available for me to test drive or purchase the next day because they may have sold it by then. They didn t care about me wasting my time. They just wanted to have a back up buyer in case they were unable to sell the car with the other buyer that took the car for the overnight test drive. I never got a call or text from Rafael the salesperson that I was dealing with up until this point either. Rafael was super responsive when he wanted me to come in and buy the car, but not a peep when they messed up and sent the car off with someone else when I was supposed to test drive it. To me, this is a great insight on how they treat people. With no respect and very unprofessionally.
