Audi Wesley Chapel made purchasing a car easy and enjoyable.We felt comfortable with everyone we dealt with from Richard the Sales Manager to Jeff our Salesperson.It s the first car purchase where we left feeling great.I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.The service department is top notch. They are responsive and knowledgeable.

My Audi had to be brought in to the dealership for a couple of recalls on my Etron. I actually get excited to get a recall because of the excellent service at this dealership. My rep, Antoine, always goes above and beyond for me. I try to ask for him whenever I stop in. He asks the right questions to make sure I leave the place knowing I m well taken care of. And he delivers the best service. Thank you so much Wesley Chapel Audi and Antoine for taking good care of me.

Fantastic place to get my Q7 serviced.. Bill Moore went the extra mile to make sure I understood the services recommended for my car, and the entire team was quick and efficient to get me back on the road. They have a comfortable area to wait with nice drink and snack options. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and would ask for Bill next time I need to bring my car in for service.

I ve experienced services from Land Rover and Porsche and nothing beats the white glove service from Audi. Easy booking, they are great with communication, they always arrange for a loaner car. The whole process is seamless. Should out to my Audi rep Shaun Sharma who is phenomenal in what he does!

Appointment did not start off well. Called 2 week ago and was told to expect a call back, nothing occurred. Filled out 2 "chat" requests, no results. Finally sent an e-mail explaining communication issue and got a response. Made the appointment thru Niko Jimenez. He was very helpful in reducing the cost of the service (close to matching the cost of another dealership). He notified me of the service completion and sent me a text video of the car's outer inspection.

The Audi Dealership in Wesley Chapel is phenomenal. Shaun Sharma who works in the service department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff and facility are exceptional. Shaun Sharma goes above and beyond to help his customers.
